Guest Reviews
- Ong (5/5): Host needs to be more responsive - It’s clean and all facilities are working.
Location is good and safe The door lock was not working when I arrived
The water pressure is too weak for showering
There is no fan in this hot weather
- Petra (1/5): There is nothing to like in the place. The place is a dirty council estate and not worth paying a pound for it. It is c - There is nothing to like in the place. The place is a dirty council estate and not worth paying a pound for it.
It is completely misrepresented. The pictures, the environment all deceitful. Horrible place and environment. They should put a description stating it is a dirty council estate. There is nothing to like in the place. The place is a dirty council estate and not worth paying a pound for it.

- Scoobiedids (2/5): Filthy, dingy, dated and dangerous - I don't like to be so negative generally but this place was the very worst I have EVER stayed in. I have messaged the owner and booking but have not received satisfactory responses. So here goes: the gas hob was faulty. The hob ignition button was broken off and missing which is a Gas Safety breach. The oven and the baking tray were filthy with black grease. All the floors which incidentally were very poorly laid old laminate with gaps and holes in places was filthy and covered in long dark hairs in the lounge. The windows were all filthy. The duvet had black hairs on it which made me want to check the mattress which had several stains on it. The bathroom had a sink so small it could only accommodate one hand! I had to wash my face in the kitchen sink. The kitchen drainer was filthy. The whole place was disgraceful. It was also not cheap. We did not stay there although booked for 2x nights it was that awful. I have contacted booking regards my gas safety concerns and the property owner and both seem ambivalent. I wish I had taken photos and videos but I was on a weekend break, it was nearly 9pm and I just wanted to get out of there to somewhere that didn't make my stomach churn. Please heed my sincerity and go elsewhere

- Nicolas (10/5): Easy - It was nice
- Salvatore (7/5): Good -
- Vaughan (9/5): Superb -
- Rafaela (7/5): It was good for 3 days. - This apartment is very well located, with lots of public transportation services. It was a very calm neighbourhood. The heating was not working and communications with the host was a bit hard, I never got back from him about the heating issue.
- Adam (9/5): Superb - Location
- Kelli (8/5): Very good - Reasonably priced in good location. Easy access to underground and Tower Bridge. Cute pub called Roebuck within walking distance. Nice view of the city skyline Didn't see that was on 4th floor with no lift. Wasn't a problem for us, but just bear in mind when carrying heavy luggage.
- Muhammad (8/5): Very good -
- Sofia (6/5): A passable stay - Very centrally located. Easy check-in. Responsive host. The beds were really uncomfortable. Linen wasn’t clean. Overall the flat seemed a bit not taken care of. We were asked about our check in time and we were submitted information mentioning the possibility to accommodate a late check in for about 50 eur, but it was a self check in. It was a bit hard to find.
- Angela (1/5): Make sure you are aware of the location, floor it is on etc - I have given low scores because we could not stay there Fourth floor no lift. There was not mention of this anywhere in the description. Supposed to have parking but no spaces available, again no mention in the description. We had to urgently find somewhere else to stay at very short notice and had to pay a premium for it. It messed up our first day in London as we were late for our booking on the London Eye. Worthy of note also that this block of flat is actually social housing and is not a particularly nice part of London.
- Jstjill (10/5): Brilliant stay. - Everything. The check in was smooth. The owner was very accommodating and replied almost instantly. The flat was clean and comfortable. Free parking comes with it which was an absolute bonus. You can see the shard from the dinner window. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much. Nothing really. FYI, no lift so don't bring anything too heavy. The flat is on the top floor. And bring your own coffee and tea 😊
- Kristina (8/5): Very good - Nice room
- Leonearmato (7/5): Good - Nice location, walking distance to the tube (Northern Line), the Tower Bridge, and local pubs, cafes, and restaurants. The host is available 24/7 for any issue. Kitchen very well furnished, with a washing machine as well. Not the cleanest place I've been. Beds are not comfortable, and in sunny days the house tends to become very hot. Strikingly lack of a mirror in the bathroom, and a miniscule sink (plan to shave beforehand)
- Olaf (8/5): Very good - The owner cared very much about easy check-in/ check-out and ensured we had everything we needed while our stay.
The apartment is located a few minutes away from the tower bridge in a quiet area. Perfect for a few days of sight seeing London.
For London the apartment is much more spacious and modern than most of the hotels - and considering the location, actually a real bargain.
