Due to the ongoing energy crisis, the following rules apply to all properties in Italy:

The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM.
The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.
Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuse box. Please do not use more than one appliance at once.
Please note that if the type of check-in of the property you have booked is "Greeter", there will be extra Late Check-in Fees (note that late check-in has surcharges, payable via card/payment link before your arrival:) for check-in after 7 pm.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Sorin (3/5): Poor - The apartment was suitable for three people and had acceptable equipment. The main issue was the lack of regular and thorough maintenance. Additionally, it was not properly prepared to accommodate three guests, despite being booked and paid for accordingly. We raised the issue with Joivy, but their communication was poor. They refused to acknowledge the facts and consequently made no effort to improve their service. We also contacted Booking.com, but as usual, we were redirected back to Joivy. After this back-and-forth, we eventually gave up and accepted the situation. Very disappointing!
- Vivian (10/5): Updated and clean apartment close to the subway - Very clean apartment with an updated kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom has ample closet storage and a desk for working. The apartment is conveniently located one block from the Metro and there are several grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Nothing to specifically to dislike about the apartment.

- Karolina (10/5): Great stay, helpful, quick responding, friendly staff. I would definitely recommend. - Location and clean, comfy space, AC. Good supermarket 24/7 5 min walk. Same distance to the Metro 1 (Gorla). Always there is something, but this time only small things to consider. Could be good to have i.e. Salt in the kitchen or some „welcome” basic snacks package for late arriving guests. But overally, really grat place.
