• Serhiy (4/5): Leider nicht zu empfehlen - Positiv: - Moderne Wohnung - Parkplatz vorhanden - Große Terrasse Negativ: - Straße mit starkem Verkehr und Bahnstrecke direkt in der Nähe, Schlafen mit offenem Fenster nachts unmöglich - Schlechte Ausstattung: keine Seife im Bad, kein Waschmittel - Sehr unbequemes Bett, Rückenschmerzen danach - Billige Bettwäsche, man schwitzt stark - Unpassendes Spannbettlaken für das Schlafsofa, sehr unangenehm zu schlafen, da es die ganze Nacht verrutscht ist - Unfreundlicher Vermieter: trotz sauber hinterlassener Wohnung wurde sich beschwert (völlig unverständlich) Fazit: Leider nicht zu empfehlen.
• Rafal (10/5): Unkompliziert, sauber, Gastgeber umsorgt den Gast - Terrasse rings um die gesamte Wohnung. Hellem Räume. Fernsehturm aus unmittelbaren Nähe sehr gut zu sehen. Modern und trotzdem gemütlich. Alles da was man braucht. Parkplatz sogar für Bus.

• Christine (10/5): Schöne moderne Wohnung in der Nähe des Fernsehturms - Top Apartment, in Fussreichweite zur U Bahn, grosse Dachterrasse, blitzsauber und alles da, was da sein muss. Grosse helle Räume, Fussbodenheizung, moderne Ausstattung. Unkomplizierter Check-in. Alles bestens.
• Ilia (10/5): Great stay, recommended :) - We had a great stay. The flat is modern, almost brand new, and very clean. It was warm and cozy, and the large TV was a nice bonus for the evenings. The location is good - it’s very quick and easy to reach the city center via the U-Bahn. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would recommend it!

• Siniša (10/5): Great stay at Modernes City Apartment Nuremberg - Apartment is spacious, clean an with great infrastructure. There is a lot of daylight, fast internet connection and big TV. As we love to cook, we really enjoyed spacious kitchen, and all amenities, so we were able to relax by enjoying freshly cooked meals. Coffee machine and hot water cooker were at hand. Apartment has great insulation, a lot of light and we really appreciated big bathroom and spacious shower. P.s. Host Ulii was really accommodating and kind. First we were sent great information videos, about how to access the key and location of the building Second, also very informative video about apartment and amenities in the apartment. Third, we were able to check in bit earlier, which was really nice and accommodating Fourth, we were able to stay bit longer in the apartment on the day of check out Fifth, great connectivity with downtown with U 2 subway line, only cca 350 meters from apartment and only 5 stations from Nuremberg main train station and downtown and old town of Nuremberg All together, high five 🖐️ for being so accommodating and respectful. Thank you so much, we would definitely love to book again with you if we would ever be back in Nuremberg Everything was great, there is nothing what we could mention. Apartment is great and host is very friendly. Definitely to recommend

• Sambou (10/5): Il proprietario super gentile, molto attento alle esigenze clienti, lingua di comunicazione inglese, dialogo perfetto. U - La pulizia, la grandezza, la qualità dei materiali, il silenzio completo ma Soprattutto il parcheggio super privato. .La posizione rispetto alla città vecchia, che potrebbe penalizzare chi non ha la macchina, Però siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti perché avevamo la macchina.
• Lucian (10/5): Great aparment - First of all, I really liked the beds — they were extremely comfortable. The house was warm, clean, and very cozy, which made our stay really pleasant. We also appreciated the parking availability and the quiet area. Everything was well organized and exactly as described. We will definitely come back. Overall, it was a great experience. The only thing we didn’t like was the pillows, as they are very soft. It would be a plus to have a set of firmer pillows (possibly foam ones). I personally had no issue because I travel with my own pillow, but my colleagues did mention this, and I would have as well if I hadn’t brought mine.

Gerne wieder! Gefallen hat mir alles. Was noch ein Sahnehäubchen wäre, ist ein kleines stimmungsvolles Licht im Wohnzimmer :)

• Vesko and Nataly (10/5): Lovely Christmas stay in Nuremberg. - Lovely apartment, very close to metro station. Fully equipped, very warm with floor heating, spacious rooms. Very big terrace, for warm days. Self check-in, the key is in a box with code opening. If you come by car, there is a parking place in the building. The apartment is definitely worth it. It is not in the centre, but very easy reachable by metro. None.
• Deyan (10/5): Perfect stay - Cozy, big living room with a comfortable sofa and a huge TV. Kitchen well equipped with everything you might need, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, oven, stove. Comfy bed and sofa, big bathroom with both bath and a shower with a pleasant surprise - a speaker to listen to music while in the bathroom. Close to the tube U2 line (5 minutes walk at most). Warm via the heated floors. Absolutely recommend the accomodation. Host sent us detailed videos of how to enter which was easy to follow. None

• Maryna (10/5): - Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, der Gastgeber freundlich und der Kontakt verlief problemlos. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sehr bequem und es gibt ausreichend Küchenuntersilien. Besonders gefreut hat uns die Fußbodenheizung. Es war sehr ruhig, sodass wir uns gut erholen konnten. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Alles war top

• Mariia (10/5): Великолепное крутое современное жилье, WOW! - Ооооо, вау!!!! Это невероятная крутая квартира, полный восторг! Даже не знаю, что еще можно пожелать, мы хотим такую квартиру, чтобы жить!😀 На фотках даже не так круто как в реалии. Огромная терраса,умная система отопления, вентиляции и тд, даже радио в ванной😀 Кровать в спальне круче чем в 5*отелях! Очень большой телевизор, как в кинотеатре, со всеми приложениями Netflix и тд. Очень чисто, удобно, много места, пространства. Парковка под домом, заезд по ключу, инструкции максимально понятные! Много окон в пол, панорамное оформление, что делает максимально освещенным пространство. До метро 5 мин пешком, 10мин на метро и ты в центре. Рядом русский магазин, где есть все продукты, к которым мы привыкли, очень вкусные пельмени,орешки и тд Супер, еще и цена адекватная! спасибо! Да как там может что-то не понравиться!?))) А, ну может мебель на террасу, типа два стульчика и столик, но это просто как рекомендация, а так все супер, приедем еще 100% и не раз!
