• Amanda J (7/5): Nice stay - The staff at the hotel section were very helpful and friendly. They helped us with how to get around Florence. The walls of the B&B were thin and we could hear people around us. Unfortunately some guests were not very thoughtful of others and were very loud at 2 am and disturbed those sleeping. The room was very basic but clean. No tea/coffee facilities which would have made it more comfortable, especially for in the morning.

Very good and friendly reception service. The elevator was to small to take the stroller to the room. We carried it upstairs a couple of times (however, we learned that it could be kept in the reception)
• Lee (8/5): Great - Very good location. 15 minutes walk from the train station. Central to everything to would want to visit while in Florence. Loved the hotel. Staff were super and the breakfast was spot on. Nothing about the hotel. But more about the shops near by. Be mindful that you can literally pay 50% less for items like ice-cream and sandwiches 100 yards apart. So defo have a look up and down the street before just jumping into the first you see.

The room was clean, the bed and water pressure were awesome. The breakfast and staff were wonderful, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the area. Loved the rooftop terrace for breakfast. Lots of exceptional restaurants in the area. Honestly, everything was perfect about this place. I have nothing negative to say.

• Alice (10/5): Consigliatissimo per una fuga romantica a Firenze - Abbiamo soggiornato io e il mio fidanzato per tre giorni al Florence Old Bridge e ci siamo trovati benissimo! La posizione è davvero ottima: affacciato sull’Arno, in una zona tranquilla ma strategica, a massimo 15 minuti a piedi dalle principali attrazioni come il Ponte Vecchio, il Duomo di Firenze e la Galleria degli Uffizi. Perfetto per visitare Firenze senza dover prendere mezzi. La pulizia è eccellente, la camera spaziosa il giusto e molto accogliente. Anche il bagno è ben strutturato e funzionale, con una doccia davvero perfetta! Il personale è stato sempre gentile e disponibile, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta con il sorriso. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo anche la possibilità di accedere al rooftop dell’Hotel La Scaletta: una vista bellissima che rende il soggiorno ancora più speciale. ❤️

• Emanuele (7/5): - Florence Old Bridge è un B&B in pieno centro a Firenze, dal nome si può capire che è situato letteralmente a due passi dal Ponte Vecchio. Il check-in si fa all'Hotel La Scaletta, dopo ti accompagnano nel condominio davanti dove hanno alcune camere di proprietà. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Soluzione ok per 1/2 notti di lavoro a Firenze ma nulla di più La Camera onestamente non rispecchia assolutamente le foto di booking, stretta e datata, bagno rinnovato ma cheap. Tra ingresso nel condominio e camera sono rimasto un pò deluso.

• Roni (7/5): Florence Old Bridge is a sub property of Hotel Scarletta. Location was superb but no amenities. - The location was extraordinary ~ so close to Pointe Vecchio, the heartbeat of Florence! Check in process, with all facilities being at Hotel Scarletta across the street with separate entrance was odd. Very odd.
• Gerold (7/5): Nah am Zentrum aber ohne Komfort - Das Bad war neu und sauber Auf Booking waren tolle Bilder und wir waren in einem Zimmer mit einem Fenster zum Hinterhof wo es total verdreckt war und stank. Auch ging die ganze Nacht alle 10 Minuten ein Ventilator. Die Unterkunft ist für 100 Euro ohne Frühstück viel zu teuer

• Ioanna (10/5): - Big ,quiet ,pleasant rooms with good climatisation very well situated near the P.onte Vecchio. and the Arno river. not far from the main points of interest ,The rooms are administered by the hotel La Scaletta which is across the road where you can have a good breakfast for 16 euros per person.The staff in the reception of La Scaletta is friendly and helpful..They can provide you with information about restaurants in the area which are really good., and make arrangements for excursions in Toscane if you wish to do so...The area of the left side of the Arno is very interesting for walks,, shopping and for a moderate night life as well as for many excellent cultural visits .Don t miss the capella Brancacci with Masaccio s frescoes..If you are a jazz cd or vinyl collector the shop Twisted in Borgo S Frediano 21 is very well stocked particularly with new editions of old archives ..They have a good rock music collection also..

• Janet (6/5): Wish we had better neighbors because we loved the location - Fabulous location. Staff was quick to respond and very helpful. Mosquitos in December buzzed in our ears and the people in the room next door were up until 3 am having a party. With the paper thin walls we didn’t sleep.

La vasca era sporca. In generale la camera non profumava di pulito e mi è parso un ambiente freddo.

• Edoardo (10/5): Eccezionale - Ho soggiornato per 5 notti con la mia compagna, non abbiamo purtroppo potuto usufruire della colazione poiché lei è celiaca, ma nel centro di Firenze erano presenti numerosi bar, ristoranti e via dicendo con opzioni che cercavamo. I ragazzi del ricevimento erano davvero gentili. chiari e in gamba, così come la signora riccia che si occupa della pulizia delle camere, veramente eccezionale e gentilissima, oltre che impeccabile nel suo lavoro. La camera era graziosa, il bagno molto bello con la doccia spaziosa, unica piccola pecca è la posizione del bidet un pochino incastrato tra il wc e il muro, ma nulla di grave da compromettere la qualità del soggiorno. La camera in sé era davvero accogliente e calda, e devo dire i prezzi del frigo bar li ho trovati molto più che onesti, anche se alla fine non ne ho usufruito. Ringrazio tutto lo staff e indubbiamente consiglio la struttura a chiunque, è stata la mia prima volta a Firenze ma sicuramente non l'ultima. I miei più sentiti complimenti e ringraziamenti a tutto lo staff. nulla in particolare

• Madeleine (10/5): The location, staff, and comfort made it an excellent experience. I’d definitely stay here again - The location was unbeatable, definitely the best part of our stay. The staff were very friendly and available 24 hours. They stored our bags when we arrived early, and by the time we checked in, the bags were already in our room, which was such a nice touch. The room was quiet with no noise disruptions. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here again when I come back!

It is in a residential building across the street for the hotel which turned out to be very nice. A special shout out to Laura for her excellent customer service. Also, the breakfast crew was friendly, the food was great and the Latte's were the best we had on our trip.to Italy. Definitely a little gem!

• Matti (7/5): Hotelli kaupungin parhaalla sijainnilla, mutta huoneisto ja sen sijainti hieman erikoinen. - Sijainti täydellinen. Kaikki kaupungin palvelut lähellä kävelyetäisyydellä. Hotellin vieressä suhteellisen kalliit palvelut, mutta lyhyellä kävelyllä pääsee paikallisempien ja halvempien palveluiden ääreen. Hotellissa hyvä aamupala ja hieno kattoterassi ravintola/baari, mutta se on huomattavasti paikallisia ravintoloita kalliimpi. Hotelli oli rakennettu yksityisen asuintalon rappukäytävän yhteen kerrokseen. Kaikki hotellin palvelut olivat tien toisella puolella La Scaletta hotellissa, joka teki asumisesta hieman epäkäytännöllistä, mutta ei vaikeaa. Huoneisto oli muodoiltaan hieman omituinen. Huoneiston ovella heti omituiset portaat, jotka hankaloittivat huoneeseen pääsyä. Huoneistossa ei myöskään toiminut wifi-yhteys ollenkaan ellei seissyt eteisessä. Syvemmällä huoneistossa netti katkesi kokonaan, eikä mobiilidata toiminut myöskään. Saattoi olla vain yhden huoneen ongelma. Muuten huone oli siisti ja asiallinen.
