• nike (6/5): Zentral gelegene Hotel ohne schönem Blick mit nettem Pool - Die Lage war sehr zentral, und der Pool sehr schön mit angenehmer Temperatur. Das Mobiliar war schön und geschmackvoll wie auch die gesamte Architektur des Hauses. Zum Skifahren gab es Skischuh Overmars und einen Spind. Das Hotel liegt mitten im Ort und hat keinen schönen Blick. Der Fitnesscenter beziehungsweise der Raum ist direkt an der Straße und hat keinerlei Privatsphäre auch viel Raum für Yoga oder Gymnastik. Es ist alles sehr beengt und in die Jahre gekommen. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön allerdings auch sehr einsichtig von der Hotel Lobby aus. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste und haben es daher sehr genossen. Wenn das Hotel voll ist, weiß ich aber nicht, wie man sich da fühlt. Die meisten Räume sind im Untergeschoss ohne Tageslicht. Hauptproblem fanden wir, dass wir gerne Upgrade hatten. Das war richtig leer und man AM schon sehr sportlichen Preis uns da nicht entgegengekommen ist, geschweige denn ein kostenloses Upgrade angeboten. Hat auch nicht ein Sonderpreis Upgrade. Das Personal war teilweise super nett beim Frühstück, aber an der Rezeption auch teilweise total arrogant und hat auch nicht mitgedacht. So mussten wir auch aktiv fragen, ob es nicht noch ein anderes Zimmer gibt, was nicht zur Straße geht, mussten bitten, ob man sich die Zimmer anschauen kann, und so weiter und so weiter. Die Dame wusste aber nicht mal, wie viel Zimmer das Hotel hat, obwohl sie uns arrogant mitteilteilte, das ist im fünf Sterne Segment keine kostenloses Upgrade, gäbe geschweige denn ein Sonderpreis des absolut nicht üblich… Und überhaupt hätten wir über Booking gebucht, in Klammern das Gefühl für sie ist schon Frevel darstellte… wir hätten gerne auch für das Upgrade gezahlt allerdings nicht nochmal in top 200 Euro . Und die Art und Weise wie uns unwillig und nie auf Anfrage ander Zimmer gezeigt wurden taten ihr übriges. Der Preis war - gegenüber anderen vergleibaren Hotel eh bereits super sportlich.

• Gustav (8/5): - Das Hotel selbst ist wunderschön, und wir sind mit unserem Zimmer sowie den Einrichtungen sehr zufrieden. Frühstück ist auch lecker. Leider entspricht der Service eher einem 4-Sterne- als einem 5-Sterne-Niveau. Beim Personal fehlt teilweise die Professionalität und Schulung, die man von einem Haus dieser Kategorie erwarten würde. Mehrfach hatten wir den Eindruck, dass viele Mitarbeitende noch wenig Erfahrung haben oder nicht ausreichend ausgebildet sind. Zudem war es enttäuschend, dass das Hotel keine Skikarten organisieren konnte und keinen eigenen Shuttle-Service zur Piste anbietet.
• uwe (10/5): Fast perfekt Kosmetik Behandlung minus - Ausstattung ist wirklich sehr gut. Das Personal und der Servicegedanke sind auf höchstem Niveau und sucht schon seines gleichen im Zillertal. Ungespielte Freundlichkeit von der Anreise bis zum Schluss. Kein Wunsch war zu viel und die Zufriedenheit des Gastes standen immer im Vordergrund. Wir waren 8 Nächte vor Ort und kommen wieder. Gesichtsanwendung im Spa war fachlich sehr kompetent. Die Nebengeräusche der Dame während der Anwendung war jedoch unterirdisch. Sie spülte und reinigte ihr Arbeitsgerät sehr laut im Waschbecken, ich lag 20 cm daneben und sollte bei schöner Musik entspannen. Mit ihrem 15 Jahre alten Bürostuhl rollte sie hin und her und schraubte ihre Gläser laut auf und zu. Das war alles absolut laut und unerträglich für 152,- Euro. Passt überhaupt nicht zum Hotel und war wirklich anstrengend, nicht zu empfehlen.
• Dominika (9/5): - Great, nice staff. The spa is top notch, I really loved it. Room is huge and spacious, with a kitchen. Two toilets. Breakfast was ok, but nothing Michelin worthy. No specialties. Ski bus is a two minute walk away. Parking was a bit of a hassle each time, they offered to park the car elsewhere, but they park it for you. When we wanted to get our car in the morning, we had to wait about 15minutes before someone from the hotel even started to go pick it up. A bit odd. The other odd thing was that we were offered welcome drinks and then at the end they came up on the bill. Our other family member paid for them and only told me after we left, otherwise I would have disputed it. Not cool.
• Christian (10/5): Amazing luxury boutique hotel - Luxury hotel at great price. Excellent, friendly and service minded staff. Good restaurant and great breakfast. Very good spa area og ok gym. Our stay at this hotel was in total amazing. And the room was well equipped, good size and balcony with amazing mountain view. As Arnold said: I'll be back! Everything was great, but the gym could have been a little bigger with heavier weights.

• Sarah (10/5): Wunderbares Boutiquehotel mit exzellentem Service und Küche - Gemäß der Prämisse, sich im neuen Jahr öfter etwas Gutes zu tun und sich selbst an erste Stelle zu setzen, fiel meine Wahl – aufmerksam geworden durch die Auszeichnung des renommierten Guide Michelin 2025 – auf DasPosthotel in Zell am Ziller. Ein kluger Schachzug, wenn man so will. Unaufgeregter, exzellenter Service, wie man ihn heute nur noch selten erlebt. Eine hervorragende Küche (Michelin Key), nachmittags himmlische Törtchen im Schwesternhotel MalisGarten aus der Eden Patisserie. Die Suite überzeugt durch äußerst guten Geschmack und ein mutiges Farbkonzept. Ein kleiner, feiner Spa-Bereich lädt zum Relaxen ein. Währenddessen wurde auch unser Familienhund Herr Hofrat liebevoll betreut – inklusive Dogsitting und Spaziergängen an der Zillerpromenade. So konnte ich rundum entspannen. Auch wenn ich diesmal nicht zum Skifahren hier war, bietet das Hotel einen perfekten Einstieg in das Skigebiet Zillertal Arena, das sich ganz in der Nähe befindet. Summa summarum: ein Hotel mit Charakter, wunderbarem Flair und definitiv ein Ort der Wiederkehr – dann mit Familie und Freunden. Nichts.

• Margit (3/5): Get your staff trained!!!! Or downgrade your stars - Prob one of my worst stays in a 5 star hotel - our room was beautiful but that was about it. Service was beyond awful - not cause of anything else than bad managment and untrained staff. Was veryyyyy surprised. Spa is wonderful though. You have no service training of your staff. One of rhe managers yelled at me saying “she is the boss here” when I asked about our TV being off Internet. They forgot everything there was no personalized approach or not even 2 star level Service. Overall people were ok but just sooooo untrained and well with quite few rude people too. Breakfast waiters rolled their eyes when someone asked them anything 🤣🤣🤣

• Simone (8/5): Mehr Schein als Sein, gut aber nicht ganz oben. - Die Loft Suite ist toll, wenn man eine Suite mit guten Blick hat. Wir hatten Glück. Gut ausgestattet. Die Badewanne ist sehr toll. Zu sehr an der Straße. Der Ort selber hat nicht wirklich was zu bieten. Privatsphäre könnte etwas besser sein, man kann von der Nachbarterasse in die die Zimmer schauen. Dem Hotel selber ist zu sagen, vielleicht wollen sie zu sehr sein, was sie sind. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht ganz.

• Chutima (7/5): Good place to stay, unfriendly reception. - Very nice breakfast, room and atmosphere. Gave up on Sauna. We told reception and other guests also gave up. Waiting too long and never get slippers after asking for from reception. The way Reception treated and answered our questions was unfriendly. It made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome to her Luxury hotel. By the way, we are Thai who look like Chinese. If you are Asian, there are lots of hotels near by.

• John (10/5): Beautiful hotel and spa - Beautiful hotel with fabulous spa and pool. Lounge, bar and restaurant all excellent. Close to train station. Room we booked is described as village view which in fact is a shop and the railway line.! Room had wooden doors to the balcony to shut out noise and an air filter for fumes ! Moved rooms but got stung for another £120 euros. Restaurant food is exceptional but £4.50 for water when it unclear as to whether it is bottled or tap is ridiculous. No much going on in the village itself restaurant wise so you are limited on choice.

• Loris (10/5): Exceptional - The spa area was incredible, the different kinds of sauna are big and really nice. By the time we went there, some kids were in the pool and the quiet zone. They were a bit loud but it was okay.

I felt expected long before arrival - I received comprehensive messages by email + there was a phone call a week before the check-in date. Lovely staff, smiling and engaged. Excellent breakfast and menu in the restaurant: a la carte + offer of the day (classic + vegetarian option). Great bartender - I particularly enjoyed the aperitif (the Gin Cassis Fizz interpretation) and the mezcal. The massage was perfekt - as strong as I wanted and very stress relieving. And I know that from a 5* hotel you can usually expect a lot, but not to every hotel I would like to return, and to this hotel I would very much like to come again :-) I have no comments... only perhaps if I had stayed longer, I would have found something :-) P.S. Kind request adressed to the person running the website (https://www.diemarie.tirol/en/menu/) to verify the information "Only two menus on Sundays" and to check more carefully the links redirecting to the menus of the day in the classic and vegetarian options ...
• Lenka (9/5): Confertable cozy hotel ! - Super cozy ( all wood) and big room with red light in shower for your back if pain after hike or ski. Bath tub with view on the mountains ! Mini kitchen corner on room.Restaurant has glass around so you have always day light. Food was very good and the view from upper room we were is beautiful. The spa is great but the lady who did massage was in my opinion not great. I felt like this was not really her job.

• Luis (10/5): impecable great service! - second time staying at the hotel and we loved it even more. the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Denis from the restaurant crew was fantastic! the rooms are very cozy, large and functional and it is so easy to get to the ski lifts. we will come back in 2023! the breakfast provided in the room is top notch as all the fine cuisine. it is hardly difficult to mention something negative.

• Sangie (9/5): Superb - We really liked the Friendly employees. The breakfast was amazing the room was clean and big ,we also really enjoyed the beautiful wellness. The location was also really good close to some nice Waterfalls. We will definitely come again.
• Abdulaziz (7/5): Under Expectation - The place was super clean The breakfast was awesome The pool was great The check-in was so long, they served us in the waiting area but no one called us if the room is ready. Finally when we get the room we surprised that our luggage are not there and after times we have been informed that our luggages were in the wrong room and after 5 minutes our door was knocked up and we have been informed that we got a wrong room as I booked the bigger one, which an upgrade to the room that I had by mistake. I trusted the lady and moved on but I figured out it was vice versa. I told the lady that I need to stay in the old one and I don’t need the upgrade one but she told me it was booked already and she will find me another one, but she never called me anymore. I felt I was fooled, which really a bad feeling.

• Anonymous (9/5): wonderfull stay - nice family room delicious breakfast and good location ( in summer it is great!) advice: book a room at the top floor otherwise you have no view the restaurant in the evening is quite expensive for a quite regular meal. parking is not regulated well
