• Nathan (10/5): Super easy, amazing apartment, great host - Amazing location and 2 amazing terraces. The Host was great and helped with any questions we asked. He replies extremely quick and also checks in everyday to make sure all is ok. I would highly recommend staying here.

• Gaide (10/5): - The apartments were in a good location (between the central station and the Colosseum), spacious apartment, great that the bedrooms are downstairs and the living area with the kitchen upstairs. Spacious terrace with a beautiful view! All appliances work and the apartment is comfortable for 6 people! 2 bathrooms are a big plus! Good communication with the owner! The only thing missing was a spatula, which is used when cooking with a frying pan!

• Angeliki (9/5): VFM - Όμορφη μεζονέτα σε διατηρητέο κτίριο. Πολύ ωραία διακόσμηση και το πάνω μέρος του σπιτιού είναι καλαίσθητο! Η σκάλα μέσα στο διαμέρισμα είναι αρκετά απότομη και γλυστραει.
• Nadine (10/5): - Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich direkt neben der Unterkunft und außerdem sind viele Geschäfte, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist ein bisschen abgewohnt, aber die Unterkunft ist trotzdem wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Die Dachterrasse ist das absolute Highlight. Man hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht über die Dächer von Rom. Die Betten waren auch sehr bequem. Der Kontakt zum Anbieter war super und auf eine Nachfrage zu einer weiteren Decke wurde sofort reagiert. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und würden es immer wieder buchen.
• Iliana (6/5): - Το κατάλυμα ήταν αρκετά βρωμικο είτε οι καναπέδες ακόμη και από πίσω, τα υφάσματα είτε το μπάνιο γεμάτα με άλατα. Το μπάνιο στον πρώτο όροφο μύριζε πολύ άσχημα. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν πολύ καλός στην αρχή μας βοήθησε δεν είχαμε σχεδόν κάθε μέρα νερό ζεστό και θέρμανση από τα καλοριφέρ. Τα κλιματιστικά δεν ήταν τόσο δυνατά στον να θερμάνουν όλο το σπίτι. Το κλιματιστικό στην βεράντα έξω δεν λειτουργεί. Την τελευταία μέρα έπεσε εντελώς η ασφάλεια δεν είχαμε ρεύμα σχεδόν 30 λεπτά όταν επανήλθε έπεσε η ασφάλεια από το κεντρικό στο ισόγειο αντί να έρθει ο ιδιοκτήτης να το φτιάξει μας ζήτησε να κατεβούμε και να το βρούμε εμείς ενώ του ζήτησα να έρθει. Γενικότερα ως προς την τιμή και τις υπηρεσίες που παρέχει το κατάλυμα τα λεφτά είναι υπερβολικά. Αξίζει το μέρος επειδή βρίσκεται αρκετά κεντρικά και το ότι βρίσκεται και κοντά στο μετρό πράγμα που κάνει πιο εύκολο στο να μην ξοδεύεις λεφτά στα ταξί. Ήταν καθαρά μόνο τα σεντόνια στο δωμάτιο αλλά σε κάποια σημεία πάλι του δωματίου έβλεπες σκόνη και βρωμιές. Για αυτά τα λεφτά θα μπορούσαμε να κλείσουμε ένα ξενοδοχείο με δείπνο θεωρώ πως ήταν πολύ ακριβό και δεν άξιζε τόσο.
• Agnieszka (10/5): - Apartament jest bardzo ładny, przestronny i czysty. Super lokalizacja, sypialnie są od strony wewnętrznego podwórka wiec jest cicho. Dwa Piękne tarasy. Obok.sklep i kawiarnia. 3 suszarki do włosów!!!! co było fantastyczne bo byłyśmy grupą 6 kobiet i takie rzeczy zawsze trochę trwają. Piękny widok na Rzym. W pokojach nie ma gdzie rozpakować ubrań a w łazience na dole nie ma gdzie rozłożyć kosmetyków. Nie ma gdzie wysuszyć ręczników. W kuchni mogłaby być Oliwa. Nie ma możliwości wcześniejszego zameldowania ani przechowania bagaży. Schody na drugi poziom raczej strome a na wyższy taras bardzo strome, trzeba to brać pod uwagę przy rezerwacji dla osób z mniejszą sprawnością.

• Emmanuelle (7/5): - L’appartement est très beau et bien situé. Propre et confortable Les terrasses sont très agréables. La cuisine est très petite peu équipée : pas de four 6 assiettes 6 verres 6 couverts pas de produits vaisselle pas de torchon 3 rouleaux de papier toilettes pour 5 nuits à 625 €/nuit c’est mesquin. Mesquinerie confirmée par notre hôte quand nous avons demandé un départ tardif.
• Mistye (8/5): We had a minor hiccup with plumbing but this was dealt with very quickly. - Great location. Great views. Plenty of space. Just a nice homely place with a terrific outdoor area. Property management was friendly, helpful and prompt.

• Federica (9/5): - Appartamento accogliente, come da descrizione e host molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima posizione. Siamo Stati molto bene. Unico neo il Wi-Fi non funzionante, ma l’host ha provato a darmi indicazioni per risolvere.
• Sabine (9/5): - Die Lage war bestens, der Bahnhof Tremini 5 Min. entfernt, die Basilika Santa Maria Maggiore nur 5 Min. entfernt, der Supermarkt war gleich neben dem Gebäude, alles wurde uns gut erklärt, wir kamen super gut ins Gebäude der Unterkunft, der Pincode und die Erklärung bekamen wir direkt aufs Handy gesendet.
• Leyla (8/5): - I loved the location. It has lots of things nearby. I loved the second floor, although we couldn't enjoy the outside because it had rained. The first-floor bathroom was uncomfortable and had a bad smell coming from the pipes.

• Caroline (7/5): Super location and great view - This is a nice sized apartment in a great location with a fabulous view from the terrace The furnishings feel a little tired, but the main issue we had was the smell from the downstairs bathroom, which was overpowering for around 24 hours. The hosts did quickly visit to sort out the issue when we asked, and it was considerably better, but I do think there is a bigger plumbing issue with the lower bathroom which needs to be looked into by a plumber to completely eradicate the smell.

Beautiful apartment, outdoor spaces and excellent location - Loved the location within easy walking distance of many attractions including excellent cafes and restaurants. However the flat was very quiet, peaceful & we loved the decor. Upper bathroom door didn't shut properly & had a loose handle
• Michaligová (10/5): - Lokalita je geniálna,v blizkosti metro,obchod s potravinami a reštaurácie. Ubytovanie je veľmi pohodlné,2 terasy s nádherným výhľadom a pokojom. Byt čistý, uprataný.Posteľná bielizeň,uteráky čistučké. Večer na terase automatické príjemné osvetlenie. Celkovo by pôsobil okuzľujúco. Zápach odpadu v jednej z kúpelní.

• Allison (6/5): Ok for a short stay. - The property was spacious with some lovely outdoor seating We were disappointed that the bedrooms didn’t have any hanging wardrobe space. One central closet didn’t work well for a group of 5 adults. Additionally, we would have liked some shade on the upper terrace.

• Tom (5/5): Very disappointed - The location was good The apartment was very tired and to be honest scruffy, the decor was old, Brocken door in upstairs bathroom, the outside furniture on the terrace was disgusting, stained and torn and some cushions missing. Really disappointed
• Clare (8/5): Lovely roof top terrace in the heart of bustling Rome - The roof top is spectacular, and a lovely place to catch early morning / late afternoon rays. The place was clean and comfortable situated 10minute walk away from the colosseum and Roman forum. Just downstairs was a good little supermarket. Lovely interior decoration, lovely big towels provided. Wine and coffee provided free of charge (we think - never heard back from the owner when I asked). Very conveniently located. And a delightful bakery also just down stairs. Some wear and tear on the furniture, the downstairs shower is so small that only a child can fit down there. The house has lots of steps up and down form kitchen to living room and then again onto balcony - the steps are beautiful but small and sore on the feet. Also only a very small lift to move people from the ground floor to the 6th floor - else it’s a never ending stair case. We were a group of 6, and whilst two rooms are plenty big enough one is significantly smaller but still has a double bed.

• Gerry (2/5): Nothing like the photos, inferior accommodation. - Good location. Air conditioning worked. Comfy beds. Property just didn't match photos. Not clean, poorly kept, broken equipment and missing fixtures. The 'fully functioning' kitchen had a tiny fridge (not fit for 6 adults) which was broken (took 2 days to get fixed), was poorly equipped (not enough cutlery for 6 people), no ability to make ice in 35-degree heat, no washing machine (though in description), no tea towels, no food storage or prep area, and a disgusting cracked wooden chopping board. The bedrooms had nowhere to hang or store clothes. There were only 3 hangers in the entire apartment. No shelves, hooks or cupboards for toiletries in bathroom (had to rest stuff in the bidet or floor). The upstairs shower was broken. Mouldy shower downstairs with no ventilation. Outside the sofa was ripped and seat cushions were missing. The safe was not attached to the wall and there were no instructions. No welcome pack. No instructions on how anything worked, or where to empty the rubbish. No mention on booking.com of the steep slippery staircase with a sharp turn at the top which felt dangerous, or the precarious spiral staircase to access the top terrace. We communicated these problems to the owner while we were there and he promised a partial refund. Since then he has made excuses day after day as to why the money has not been reimbursed and is now not communicating with us. He also marked us as not turning up to the property with Booking.com. For the money we paid for this apartment, we expected so much more - it was such a disappointing end to our once a year holiday with our family.

• Ancuta (10/5): Best accomodation - Everything was great! The accommodation was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The terrace was very nice, and the location is perfect—you can easily reach everything on foot or by public transport, which is very close. Right on the ground floor, there is a very convenient supermarket, and the area is full of local bakeries and bars. The owner was very helpful and always available. The only downside was a strong sewage smell in the downstairs bathroom. Other than that, I highly recommend this place! It would be great if the sewage smell in the downstairs bathroom could be fixed and the living room sofa cleaned, but these are not major issues. I still highly recommend this place!”

• Candice (4/5): Great pros but the cons far outweighed unfortunately. - Loved the spacious rooms, the bed sizes, rooftop terrace was lovely to watch the city lights start to twinkle, heating in every room, house was cosy warm, beautiful plants made apartment feel like a home, loved the host bringing extra sheets and blankets when requested and pre-check-in communication. 3 major issues that ensured I won’t stay again. The water pump which serviced the upstairs wet areas constantly failed which meant we had to go outside to a shed to repeatedly to restart the pump, often in the dark, rain and freezing cold and often wrapped in a towel because you realised the water was off just as you were getting in the shower- or after going to the toilet when it didn’t flush. All family members were thoroughly annoyed with the state of affairs at having to restart the pump in the end. Second was the foul and putrid smell of raw sewage coming from the downstairs bathroom. We poured bleach down the drains a few times which helped for a short while then the stench returned with gusto. We couldn’t use the downstairs bathroom and had to keep the door shut or else the whole foyer filled with the foul stench. The 3rd issue is I raised both issues I mentioned with our host who did not respond and the next correspondence I received was instructions for departure the day before we left.

• Teodora (9/5): Pleasant stay - Good location, close to Santa Maria Maggiore Church, big enough with 3 bedrooms, the terrace is lovely and so is the view by night, the decoration on the upper floor (closed terrace and outside tarrace), small kitchen but good equipped (loved the coffee). The lady who cleaned the flat called us at the door exactly at 10.00 Am, when it was thr check out time and waited at the door until we left. We had a delay of 10-15 minutes even if the check in is late enough. And the difference between the upper level bathroom that is super nice and new and the bathroom downstairs that is old and needs some changes (the sound of the toillet vase is terrible, the shower is way to liitle for a normal person (height and weight)
• Andrew (8/5): Brilliant City and great apartment - As a group of 4 this apartment suited us as we needed 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, we were met by the host Gian who was fantastic through out our stay. The location of the apartment was quite central and within walking distance from the Termini Train station, the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The nearest hop on hop off bus stop was also close by. The apartment was up on the top floor and accessed by a lift which was brilliant, the views from the 2 terraces were great. Although the kitchen was quite basic it was more than adequate for our trip as we had no intention of eating in. There was a supermarket next to the building which was ideal for getting some milk, bread etc for breakfast and a nice bottle of red to enjoy on the terrace after the sightseeing. We would recommend this place to our family and friends as a place to stay and hope to return in the near future.. Many thanks Gian
• Jasvir (9/5): Absolutely perfect! - The location was great, near to a metro stop and also some of the main attractions. The apartment itself was amazing, the rooftop is stunning and I looked forward to coming back every evening to spend a couple of hours just enjoying the views of the city. The rooms were very clean and toiletries and towels were available. I would highly recommend staying here and I would definitely book it again. There is a supermarket downstairs, some lovely restaurants across the street and lots of places to get coffees and pastries. The design of the rooms was very modern and bright. There is quite a bit of outdoor space to enjoy too. Gian, the host also kept in touch when we booked and was on hand to answer any questions. We were given the apartment code beforehand and so self check in was really easy. The electrical sockets can sometimes seem a bit wobbly and there are some visible wiring. However, the buildings are old, so it did not affect our stay. The only suggestion I have is that it would be great to have a small welcome pack which has restaurant recommendations, emergency numbers and instructions on what to do with rubbish etc. The stairs to the upper rooftop (there are two rooftops!) is a bit steep so those with mobility issues will need to be careful.
• Fee451 (8/5): Perfect place for a visit to Rome - Rooftop garden ad its location. 15 min walk from Termini . 15 walk to the Colosseum and right above a well stocked supermarket . Only one small niggle , the safety deposit box is unattached to the fabric of the building so not ideal.

• Patricia (10/5): Exceptional Flat with Amazing Outdoor Space - Great flat in a lovely location. We are a family of five adults and this was our first visit to Rome. The flat was just perfect for all of us and the hosts were so kind and helpful with great communication. It's a real treat to have had so much outdoor space, even in January and the sun room was a great bonus too! We will definitely return to Rome and wouldn't hesitate to book this flat again.
• Holly (8/5): A really good find. - The roof top terrace was amazing, at both levels. It was clean and the hosts responded quickly when I sent them a message. It was a 10 min walk from the coliseum and the supermarket underneath was brilliant for anything we needed! It would have been good to have had some printed information about the apartment including heating instructions and opening the front door and gate. The steps are very steep so probably not ok for some who is not steady on their feet.
• Nicole (10/5): Exceptional - She was was easy to contact for questions in how to get into the building and retrieve the keys. This was likely my mistake because I did not upload the app as the instructions were likely in there. The place was stunning and was in the kefext location!! Thank you for everything! The shower upstairs water would overflow onto the floor and out of the shower. And the showerhead downstairs was broken. Besides that it was great and perfect!
• Gina (8/5): Very good - The place was a great last minute catch!! Perfect location - beautiful terrace. The con was there are steep steps to get upstairs to the living area and kitchen from the bedrooms and steeper steps outside to get to terrace balcony. Perfect for young adults - not so much for children and seniors. Very clean and chic - outside sunroom and terrace were beautiful.
