• Karen (10/5): We loved living in this neighborhood, easy walk to parks, tube, restaurants and shopping. - Easy access to apartment. Very clean and felt very safe. My room had great view and a lovely balcony. Just outside the door good shopping and subway and bus. For some reason the room was very warm -- but better warm than cold. We could easily open windows.

• Jana (10/5): Ein tolles Quartier für einen Kurzurlaub zu zweit! - Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und komfortabel ausgestattet, für zwei Personen gerade groß genug, um nicht beengt zu wirken. Es gibt sogar einen Wasch-Trockner. Sehr gute Lage in Hampstead, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bus und U-Bahn gleich in der Nähe. Es war alles in Ordnung. Manchmal kamen Verkehrsgeräusche durch die Fenster, vor allem bei regennasser Fahrbahn, aber nicht extrem und nicht störend. Die Straße ist trotzdem vergleichsweise ruhig für eine so verkehrsgünstige Lage.

• Douglas (10/5): Very comfortable apartment providing easy access to London delights. - Well appointed apartment with kitchen facilities. Excellent location close to Hampstead shops, restaurants and pubs. The Hampstead underground station is a short walk away and the no 46 bus stop is virtually outside( which connects you to Paddington station). Nothing really but our apartment was three flights of stairs up which may not suit some guests. We were fine with this, however.

• zoé (9/5): Séjour au TOP - L’appartement est situé à 2 min du métro, un quartier calme avec un super marché à - de 2 min à pied et restaurants à côté. L’appartement est bien équipé avec machine à laver, lave vaisselle, grille pain,… On entends légèrement dans la rue mais ce n’est pas dérangeant pour dormir ! L’appartement est lumineux le soir les leds permettent d’avoir un effet cocooning ! L’hôte réponds rapidement et très gentil !! Il faudrait peut être rajouter de quoi faire le ménage pour essuyer la table avec des serviettes par exemple… avec des articles de première nécessité comme du sel et du poivre ou encore huile d’olive car pour un séjour de quelques jours ce n’est pas pratique d’acheter des articles comme cela.

Vicino all'appartamento si trovano tanti bellissimi locali e pasticcerie per la colazione. L'appartamento è perfetto, nuovo, completamente ristrutturato internamente, pulitissimo. Nel nostro appartamento c'era la lavatrice con asciugatrice, che non si trovano sempre e sono state molto utili. Lo stabile è bellissimo, silenzioso e suggestivo. Ottima comunicazione con Den durante il soggiorno. Niente. Tutto perfetto.

Dan is a fantastic host, always available for any questions before and during our stay. Lovely neighbourhood with shops, restaurants and coffee shops and only a few minutes walk from the underground.

You stay in a beautiful apartment, 2 min from the tube station and just 20 minutes from city center. Who loves Hampstead will love it for sure. All I can say about this place that it has everything to spend your time with comfort. You can cook inside, you will find everything for it. The bed was comfortable. Host is always available for any questions. Thank you very much! I liked everything!

Hampstead. - Das Apt. ist topp ausgestattet und hat alles was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt .. zudem hatten wir oben eine Dachterrasse mit Blick über die Londoner Skyline. Wir würden immer wieder dort buchen ! Uns fällt nichts ein, was es zu beanstanden gibt.
• Paola (10/5): - Appartamento al secondo piano di una tipica casa inglese. Cucina/soggiorno con divano letto e camera matrimoniale. Letto ampio. L'appartamento è completamente insonorizzato, molto pulito; tutti gli elettrodomestici sono molto recenti, l'aria condizionata è efficace. Il bagno è piccolo, ma la doccia è comoda. Non ci sono chiavi, ma combinazioni digitali, ed è molto pratico così non si rischia di perderle. Si trova a 10 minuti dalla fermata della metro di Hampstead, sulla Northern. Tanti negozi, 2 piccoli market, e ristoranti/bar nel quartiere Il divano aperto per usarlo come letto non è troppo comodo, è meglio dormire direttamente sul divano. Info: le scale sono strette e con i gradini molto alti

• Cathy (10/5): Luxury apartment in a great location. - Really loved the apartment. So many little extra details which just made it so easy to stay. The air conditioning worked so well and was so appreciated in the london heat. The rooftop patio was amazing with incredible views of London. A great location - very close to shops, restaurants and the underground. Also, great to be able to walk to Hampstead Heath. A truely amazing find in London. Also, very quiet. Didnt hear anything from the other guests or from outside. Would definitely stay here again. Our apartment was at the top of the house which meant alot of stairs. We had to get our luggage up three flights of stairs which was a bit of a struggle but well worth it!

• Yehuda (10/5): An excellent apartment in a perfect location. - The Apartment/flat is located right by Hampstead station and the northern line subway. You can be in and out of town in less than 30 minutes. Inside you find a modernized space with new appliances and a fully equipped kitchen. Nice touches include dishwasher and laundry pods for the washing machines. The bed is comfortable and the apartment itself is clean and well lit from the windows. In the area, I found plenty of cafes and restaurants to go to down the street along with grocery stores and shops. The hampstead heath a short walk away as well. N/A

We had a great stay here, easy walking distance from many places. Everything was great, however sometimes people arriving at night in the apartment next door would wake us up as we could hear the noise clearly (and they also didn't do much effort to be quiet).

Very good communication with the host, the studio was clean and well designed with quality and good taste. I loved the neighborhood, it's quiet and I felt like I was belonging to the place every night when I came back home. • Izabela (10/5): A clean and comfortable apartment in a picturesque part of London - A very comfortable, tastefully furnished apartment in north London, with all the necessary amenities. It was squeaky clean, bright and warm - which we especially appreciated in the winter season. There was a washing machine, a hair dryer, make-up mirror, cosmetics, soft and hard pillows, fresh towels. We had eneough space to hide away our clothes and luggage, and could rest well after long walks through Hampstead park. The tube station is very close to the apartment, and the neighbourhood is safe and quiet. The owner and his dog are super nice; communication with the host is immediate. We're hoping to come back to this charming place many times!

Clean and functional, supermodern, yet we still could feel the history - the Victorian house, the wonderful steep stairs, the windows. We really really loved this place. Also the bus stop was just one minute away, the underground just a few steps, as well as the Tesco Express. The pubs, the house of John Keats and the Flask Walk, Hampstead Heath... And the communication with Dan was just flawless. Picked up the phone immediately, polite and handsome too :)

• Juergen (10/5): Beautifully renovated & immaculately clean townhouse conveniently located in wonderful Hampstead. - 108 Fitzjohn’s Avenue was flawlessly refurbished to the highest possible standard, with beautiful tile work, lovely architectural details from the modern moldings & lighting to the stainless steel outlets. The compact quality kitchen was supplied with everything we needed & more. That we had to leave. Wish we could live here!

• Miyuki (10/5): We love Hampstead and loved the apartment!! - The neighborhood was very nice. Dan, the host, was very helpful and always accessible. I will definitely come back. Our apartment was on the third floor, so it was very hard to carry our big suitcases (you don't have any problem if the bags are small).

It was nice that TESCO is near the apartment.Facilities are enough for our stay, and everything set in the room is quite useful. Apartments are clean, and staff services are really satisfied. Our choice to stay here made the travel very enjoyable. We would like to stay here again if we have a chance next time. Thank you very much for your service and for giving us a great time. Nothing. • Marina (9/5): Letluxe was exactly where we wanted to be. Comfortable, fully equipped and furnished. - It is in a corner of London we love. We found it comfortable and well equipped. The hosts were responsive and caring. We could not fault it. This was not a problem for us but our apartment was on the second floor and there is no lift. If you have a heavy suitcase best to ask for an apartment on a lower floor.

• Melissa (10/5): Explore London from this idyllic Hampstead flat! - Immaculate, thoughtfully renovated, secure property in a fantastic location. The apartment was very comfortable, including the bed, and had everything we might have wanted, including a kitchen, a/c, safe, washing machine, large flat-screen tv and blackout shades. The location is wonderful, truly in the heart of Hampstead, on a residential stretch of road a few minutes walk from excellent restaurants/cafes/shops, Hampstead Heath and a quick and easy Tube ride into central London. The owner was easy-to-reach, responsive and friendly. Getting initial access to the apartment was a cinch. There was nothing we didn't like - the owner has thought of everything! Minor detail - having operating instructions for the kitchen appliances in the apartment would be very helpful.

• Wai (10/5): 10/10 highly recommend - My family and I stayed here for 6 nights, 5 adults with five 29” luggage. The host prepared everything you need for staying. It feels like coming back home, especially it is easy to wash clothes and cook. The host was responsive and friendly, letting us to keep the luggage in building after check-out. Great location, 4 mins walk to Hampstead station. Many food options and supermarkets nearby. Safe and peaceful neighborhood. I highly recommend this apartment. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable! My family said there were bird singing outside the bedrooms early in the morning…the soundproof in the unit is poor, but I believe all units in London having the same problem.
