• Kalman (1/5): - After confirming that we would have a parking permit in the property upon arrival, the landlord then tried to charge me £10 a day to have the permit. The letting agents went and got it off him 2 days later, but obviously the attempt to extort me left a bitter taste. There was also black mould around multiple windows, which I cleaned myself.
• Bianca (1/5): Absolut ekelhaft - Die Bilder im Internet Beim Reinkommen riecht es schon muffig. Überall an den Fenstern ist Schimmel. In der Küche waren alle Gläser Tassen und Besteck schmutzig. Es gab’s keine Handtücher oder Spültücher. Im Bad war eine Rolle Toilettenpapier für vier Personen für vier Tage… in der Toilette waren noch Hinterlassenschaften des Vormieters. Zwei Schlafzimmer waren passabel. Eins sah aus wie eine knastzelle. Die Wände waren gelb und dazwischen mal weiße Ausbesserungen. Das Sofa hatte Flecken. Die Stühle wackeln. Wir haben lange mit Booking telefoniert und konnten diese Unterkunft noch am selben Tag verlassen und umbuchen. Ach ja und draußen vor der Türe wurde gekifft und in einer Ecke saß jemand, der sich was gespritzt hat. Ich weiß nicht, wie die positiven Bewertungen entstanden sind aber schön war da wirklich gar nichts. Alle Fenster vergittert. Wir waren einfach heilfroh, da wieder raus zu sein

• Gabriela (8/5): Ubicación excelente, no tanto la limpieza - La ubicación del lugar cerca de la estación del metro facilita moverse. Está cerca de restaurantes La limpieza no era buena. Había platos en el escurridor, la lavadora tiene moho y la cocina que te diré 🫣
• Susanne (2/5): Lage okay, sonst absolut nicht empfehlenswert - Die Lage der Wohnung ist in Ordnung. Die Wohngegend ist nicht sonderlich gut, aber in 10-15 Minuten ist man zu Fuss bei der Metro und kann von dort aus gut die Stadt erkunden. Im Innenhof hat es einen Spielplatz. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief sehr unkompliziert ab. Das war es aber auch eigentlich schon, was ich positiv berichten kann von dem Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung. Die Wohnung insgesamt war nicht sehr sauber, teilweise schimmlig und es roch muffig. Als wir die Wohnung betreten haben, roch es muffig und im Flur standen mehrere grosse schwarze Müllsäcke mit teilweise nasser Wäsche. Erst auf Nachfrage wurden diese abends dann abgeholt. In der Küche mochten wir die meisten Sachen nicht gerne benutzen. Was darüber hinaus wirklich schlecht war: Es haben Angaben in dem Inserat nicht gestimmt und der Vermieter hat immer wieder Zusagen nicht eingehalten. Schon bevor wir ankamen wurde klar, dass der schriftlich versprochene kostenlose Parkplatz nicht existiert. Es zeigte sich dann, dass man in der Gegend sogar höchstens 4 Stunden parken darf - was absolut nicht hilfreich ist, wenn man den Tag über unterwegs ist. Der Vermieter hat uns schriftlich und mündlich versprochen, dass alle Parkgebühren und auch Strafen von ihm übernommen werden - was allerdings NICHT passiert ist. Ich habe darauf nun zwei Monate gewartet, immer wieder nachgefragt, immer wieder gab es neue Ausreden. 115 Pfund mussten wir zusätzlich bezahlen. Booking hat (allerdings nur mit viel Druck und da ich immer wieder nachgefragt habe), wenigstens die Hälfte übernommen hat. Davon bin ich schon sehr enttäuscht. Hier hätte ich erwartet, dass kundenfreundlicher agiert wird, mir der Betrag erstattet wird (den ich ja laut Anzeige nicht hätte zahlen müssen) und das Problem dann von Booking mit dem Vermieter geklärt wird.

• Juan (9/5): Recomendable. Perfecta ubicacion y apartamento muy bueno para visitar Londres - La ubicacion es muy para visitar Londres. El apartamento esta muy bien con tres habitaciones. Cocina muy bien equipada. La zona donde esta el apartamento puede parecer apartada pero es muy tranquila y no tuvimos ningun problema. El apartamento esta dentro de la zona 1 de Metro Battersea Power Station. La zona de Battersea Power Station tiene metro directo a Waterloo, Charing Cross, etc. Tiene un centro comercial muy chulo con muchos restaurantes, bares y hasta unos bares en el muelle. Pese a que se retraso la entrega del apartamento, Moyata estuvo muy atento y soluciono el problema muy rapido. Siempre estuvo disponible para resolver dudas o problemas. Muy buen anfitrion.
• Repetti (10/5): - Barrio tranquilo, seguro , tiene varias opciones para tomar bus o tren ( de 5/8 cuadras desde el alojamiento). Buena conexión. La estancia fue muy cómoda. Como recomendación pondría una cortina en la ducha del baño ( te duchas y mojas todo el baño) , además de cortinas más oscuras en las habitaciones ( a las 5 am ingresaba bastante luz solar ) . Son recomendaciones no quejas .

• monika (10/5): Spokojenost a možná do budoucna navštívím znovu ;) - Prostorné pokoje ,tichá lokalita ,výtah k dispozici, autobusova a vlaková stanice 8min pěšky i s Mconaldem kdo má rád . Sprcha by potřebovala kvalitnější hlavici aby byl lepší proud vody ,ale jinak neni co bych mohla vytknout
• Dawid (10/5): Highly recommended - Quiet area but very close - only a few minutes walk - to a bus station, railway station, plenty of shops and pubs not far from the flat. Clear instructions on how to get to the place. Nice flat, very clean. You can find inside anything you need for a few days stay - cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, kettle, utensils, cups, plates, pans, bath, TV, plenty of space to sleep. Even though it was very close to a train track and on the way to the airport I can't complain about noise. There was a small balcony there with a nice view of skyscrapers. Also there was a playground just outside the house so kids could play there. I can highly recommend it to families with kids but also for couples to stay in London for a few days. The bus route from there to Waterloo station takes only around 20 minutes so you can either spend quiet few days in local pubs or just go back to town every morning. Highly recommended. All you have to worry about is food and cosmetics as they're not provided. Very good price to stay in London for a few days. It would be nice to find some coffee, tea and sugar in the flat, as well as soap or other cosmetics. But because we knew about that as there was information about it in the 'info' part we took our stuff from home.
