Solo rumori e odori eccessivi. - Ho apprezzato l'acoglienza e la gentilezza dell'host, anche la facilità di accesso e la stanza. Carina e minimal, ma curata e pulita. Zona abbastanza centrale, a 10 minuti dalla metro, dunque abbastanza facile per gli spostamenti. L'eccessiva rumorosità interna ad opera degli altri ospiti (chiacchiere ad alta voce in cucina tra mezzanotte e l'una o caos con sbattimento porte alle 5 del mattino). Forse due giornate particolamente sfortunate....Inoltre, leccesso di profumi chimici in tutte le stanze. Veramente esagerati. Non a tutte le persone sono graditi. Ci sono persone che addirittura soffrono di Sensibilità chimica multipla (MCS) e hanno forte disagio con i profumi chimici. Basterebbe metterne meno.
• Jana (10/5): - Ubytování bylo na dobrém a klidném místě, blízko MHD, 2 min na autobus a 15 min pěšky na metro. Pokoj měl balkón, vlastní WC a sprchový kout. Vše bylo čisté, každý den proběhl úklid. K dispozici ručníky a fén. Pronajímatel s námi komunikoval před příjezdem, vše bylo nachystané, tak jak jsme se domluvili. Přístup na kód, dům ve kterém jsou pokoje ma výtah, čistý. Jediné negativní, ze je vše slyšet z dalších pokojů, když ostatní lidé přichází, tak odemykání dveří, ale to se dá přežít. Dodržuje se nocni klid. Doporučuji, za skvělé peníze perfektní ubytovani na 2 noci. Malý sprchový kout, je slyšet odemykání z ostatních pokojů klíčem.

Kontakt z właścicielem w porządku - meldunek bez użycia problematycznych aplikacji, które często są wymagane w Rzymie. Klarowne instrukcje dotarcia do pokoju. W pokoju przyjemny balkon. Mega wygodne łóżko i bardzo duża kołdra. Było mydło i suszarka w łazience. Estetyczny wystrój pokoju. Jedynie podczas pierwszej nocy dość głośno było słychać jakieś pompowanie wody, więc musiałam spać w zatyczkach, bo trochę denerwowało, ale kolejne noce już były ciche. Trochę mała kabina prysznicowa i jednego dnia zabrakło nam papieru toaletowego, ale rano już był.

• Grigorii (8/5): εντάξει αν χρειάζεσαι μόνο να κοιμηθείς - Για τα λεφτά του είναι πολύ καλά. Η περιοχή υπέροχη. Μέχρι Βασιλική του αγίου Ιωάννου 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, αν και έχει αρκετά παλιά μπαλκονόπορτα. Νομίζω τον χειμώνα κάνει κρύο. Υπάρχει κλιματιστικό και καλοριφέρ. Το δωμάτιο καθαριζόταν καθημερινά . Το μόνο που έλειπε είναι ένα μικρό ψυγειάκι και ένας βραστήρας. Καταλαβαίνω ότι δωμάτιο είναι πολύ μικρό, αλλά θα χωρούσαν.

Lokatie was goed te bereiken met onze auto. We waren tevreden! Dank je wel Het putje van de douchebak liep niet zo goed door. En de douchekop gaf weinig krachtig water. Douche was erg klein. In de wc mocht geen toiletpapier gegooid, maar dat is in Rome vaker. Was even wennen. Maar de kamer was heel netjes en schoon.

Sono rientrato tardi e non mi è sembrato utile contattare il gestore, anche perchè non pensavo a possibili soluzioni rapide. Può succedere, ma la reazione del gestore mi lascia interdetto. Mi ha ringraziato per la segnalazione senza una parola di scuse per aver trascorso la notte praticamente in piedi!!

• DE SWERT (7/5): Zeker voldoende, maar ik zou er niet nog een keer logeren. - De communicatie: Duidelijke instructies om binnen te geraken (codes). Het lawaai: Als je wil poetsen, zeer goed uiteraard, maar doe dit dan niet ‘s avonds wanneer er vanzelfsprekend gasten aanwezig zijn. Er werd hierbij een enorme hoeveelheid aan lawaai geproduceerd, omdat de man in kwestie een film of een videocall had opstaan op zijn gsm, waardoor ik tot op mijn kamer kon meevolgen gedurende ruim twee uur. Badkamer: Extreem kleine douche, zelfs voor iemand van mijn lengte (1m62) en bouw, was het nier makkelijk om niet bij elke beweging tegen de douchewanden te botsen. Toilet: Wc-bril staat heel los.

Sehr schnell und unkompliziert über WhatsApp. Wir haben alle Informationen zum Zugang in die Wohnung und unser Zimmer rechtzeitig (am Tag vorher) bekommen. Direkt vor der Unterkunft ist eine Bushaltestelle und man kommt von Termini ohne umsteigen dort an. Die Fahrtzeit beträgt von Termini zu Unterkunft je nach Verkehrslage zwischen 15 und 30 Minuten. Die Anbindung war prima. Die Wohnung war sauber. Es handelt sich um ein eher älteres Gebäude und man sah deutliche Abnutzungserscheinungen, dennoch war die Wohnung und das Zimmer in gutem Zustand. Es gibt eine kleine Küche und einen Balkon für alle. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit einem geteilten Bad. Es war auch hier alles sauber.

Cicha okolica. Bardzo dużo kawiarni i barów w okolicy. Duże łóżka, dostęp do kawy i herbaty w kuchni. Bardzo zimno w pokoju - brakuje działającego ogrzewania, trzeba dogrzewać klimatyzacją Bardzo szybko uciekające ciepło przez okna - wystarczyłoby wkleić uszczelki w oknach i drzwiach balkonowych, byłoby ciszej i cieplej. Elektryczna toaleta, z której korzystanie jest bardzo utrudnione. Malutki prysznic, woda ze słuchawki leci nierównomiernie, ze zmienną temperaturą.
