• Sandra (10/5): Will certainly stay here again, when I have the chance to visit Sofia in the future. - The apartment was very clean, the hosts were very friendly and easy to reach whenever needed. The location is very convenient if you have business or plans in the center of Sofia. The whole building is secured with several access codes, which made me feel very safe as a woman traveling alone. The neighborhood itself also felt calm and safe. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it. The only thing I did not enjoy that much were the guests in the neighboring apartment, who were very loud on the first afternoon and evening and played loud music and sang until around midnight. However, this was of course not the hosts’ fault. Apart from that, the apartment and the whole building were very quiet and peaceful.

Mira and Nikoliina answered all our questions and made sure we had everything needed. We like the neighborhood and walking distance or a short taxi ride to sightseeing and restaurants.

• Michael (6/5): Hopefully the owners think about the feedback - It's a decent sized apartment - Note you can book from studio to two bedrooms. We booked a 1 bed apartment for 2 people. It has basic amenities such as a/c (we didn't use it in early May), a coffee machine . . . but no microwave or toaster Security: There is no lock on the inside of the Apartment access door. You enter with a code, then use the plastic hotel type key they is left inside. So similar to a hotel but in every hotel I have stayed at there will be a mechanism to lock the door plus a chain or similar door stop. I commented on Google reviews - the owners replied that this was because staff need to gain access in an Emergency. So simples ! Put a lock that can be opened by a key on the outside and closed by rotating a knob on the inside. Worse the safety deposit box was tiny I couldn't fit a medium sized tablet, never mind a DSLR camera. Passport yes but not much else of value. So I ended up carrying all my devices for the duration of the stay.

Had a cleaning service visit half way through my stay which is much appreciated. Secure complex and very close to the city centre and shops/groceries.

• anna (10/5): Very nice property. I would visit it again. - Great communication with the property! Very kind hosts, ready to help. The studio was very nice, new and everything was very clean. The building is new and the location is good. Very few things - there wasn't a sponge and detergent for washing some dishes. A bit of noise from neighboring apartment and corridor. The pictures of the studio when booking did not correspond exactly to the real situation (type of bed, presence of sofa).

• donatella (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto - L'appartamento rispettava alla perfezione le fotografie e la descrizione. L 'ho trovato pulito e fornito di tutto. La posizione era un po' fuori il centro ma avevo già letto i commenti. Cn una paseegiata di un 15 min abbondanti I I taxi eravamo facilmente in centro. Lo staff è stato sempr molto cordiale formeendoci anche diverse indicazioni e suggerendo i localini! Consiglierei solo di mettere delle tende un po' più oscuranti in camera per chi ha il sonno leggero dovuto alla luce ma è una mia sensibilità

• Hasan (7/5): Good for Sofia - Nice living space, bedrooms and kitchen. Balcony available too. Balconies are shared with others, felt a bit exposed in terms of privacy and safety. There were mosquitos in the rooms. Had been bitten every night. Location was good enough but could have been closer to the centre.

• Devora (10/5): - The AHS is a wonderful place to stay at! Super cosy, super modern! The Managers reply very fast and provide solutions for all sorts of issues. Plus, the staff is marvellous! I asked them to turn on the radiator heating from the previous day and they did it! So as soon as I walked in the room I felt at home cause it was so warm and I felt so toasty! The bathroom is very huge and the bath cabin is very big and comfortable! This is a rarity nowadays. The beds are extra comfortable - the mattresses are high quality and my body relaxed so well during my stay at AHS! Moreover, I was on the third floor in room 306 and the view was magnificent-I could enjoy the sky while laying in bed. Thank you for this beautiful place! I have booked another stay there for May 2026 and I cannot wait to be there again!
• Stefan (10/5): All perfect - The apartment is very new and comfortable, and since it was quite cold during our stay, we had to use the heating, which also worked perfectly. There is absolutely nothing to complain about in the apartment. The conversation with the owner was exemplary, and the check-in process also worked perfectly.

• EMMANOUIL (10/5): - The flat was very comfortable and clean. I really enjoyed my stay and felt at home throughout my time there. Everything was well maintained and pleasant. The location is very convenient, just a 15-minute walk from the city centre. The ability to adjust the temperature to my preference made the stay even more comfortable. Nikolina & Mira also helped me arrange parking in a nearby gated parking area they collaborate with. While it may not be the most modern or secure parking in town, I didn’t face any issues It could be nice to offer toiletries
