• Artūras (1/5): - Nothing DO NOT BOOK. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had. ​Safety/Privacy: Total confusion with keybox codes. Our keybox was empty, then we found an open keybox with a key from a different room. Then finally host told us a combination to our actual keybox. We went into the room, finally. Then other guests were promised our room and started knocking while my wife was in the bath. The host then demanded us to "swap" rooms with strangers. ​Health: Significant mold on the mirror/walls and a heavy damp smell. The apartment was dirty and poorly maintained. Bed sheets had holes in them, pillows old and lumpy. ​Dishonesty: After admitting the mess, the host promised a partial refund via message, only to later refuse everything and offer 0€. ​A complete lack of professional integrity. We had to leave immediately as it was uninhabitable. Booking.com should remove this listing for safety reasons.

• Francesca (1/5): Un film horror. - Assolutamente nulla. Abitazione in un palazzo da film horror, tutto completamente distrutto e sporco, c’era una fontanella con acqua piovana dentro stagnante da non so quando. Il nostro appartamento era affianco ad un’uscita senza porta che portava ai secchi dell’immondizia (entrava puzza e freddo che non sto a dirlo). Una volta entrati, abbiamo trovato il bagno completamente sporco: il water da scaricare con la pipì dentro, la vasca macchiata di rosso (prego dio non fosse sangue secco), la lavatrice con delle pezze dentro ancora carica, la caldaia aperta con i fili che uscivano, insomma un disastro da vomito. In cucina invece ci ha accolto uno stendino pieno di lenzuola e asciugamani (sembravano più di qualcun’altro che i nostri, come se fosse il locale scorte delle pulizie). Inoltre la cucina sporca, fornelli indecenti, mobili unti e bisunti, con polvere e i bicchieri da cui avremmo dovuto bere che toccavano tutto ciò. Per concludere la terrificante esperienza, il letto e il divano erano macchiati, come tutta la stanza, le pareti, le finestre, non c’era una cosa pulita. E un simpatico ragno ci faceva compagnia dall’angolo del soffitto. Ovviamente noi siamo entrati e subito usciti, cercando altro dove dormire per la nostra vacanza, nonostante le foto mi hanno detto che non era sporco e che le condizioni del palazzo (da horror) non erano colpa loro quindi il rimborso che ho chiesto è stato accettato a metà, questo solo dopo che sono stata 6 giorni a scrivergli ininterrottamente per averlo, altrimenti, manco un’euro. Assistenza booking da rivedere, la struttura non gli rispondeva quindi non hanno potuto fare niente, insomma, ci siamo trovati malissimo, sia con la casa che con booking dopo. Più assistenza per chi prenota sempre 3/4 volte l’anno con voi. E per i proprietari di casa, imparate a pulire e date una sistemata a quel palazzo, e ridatemi anche i miei soldi.

Verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen nicht. Was erwartet man sich um diesen Preis? Völlig in Ordnung alles so wie beschrieben
• Emma (1/5): - Estaba cerca del Prater Las sábanas estaban usadas. En general no estaba limpio el departamento y la ducha estaba rota. Lo único que rescato es el precio por la ubicación que tiene.
• maria (7/5): - Nei paesi mitteleuropei, capitali comprese, non è inusuale abitare negli scantinati e l' appartamento è ricavato da questo. La zona è vicinissima al prater e alle stazioni dei mezzi. Pub, supermercati, farmacie e gasthaus, a mezz'ora a piedi dal centro. Quartiere tranquillo e piacevole. La palazzina è vecchia e trascurata all'esterno e nelle parti comuni. Alla soluzione non manca nulla dei Comfort base: frigo, phon , riscaldamento, ventilatore, microonde, lavatrice, acqua calda, biancheria da letto, salviette. Noi vi abbiamo soggiornato in quattro dal 21 al 25 ottobre e siamo persone adattabili quindi a noi è andata benissimo così. Ho pulito da me un pochino l'ambiente con ciò che c'era a disposizione ( non ho trovato scopa né spazzettone per pavimento) e spruzzato disinfettante su letto, divano e biancheria. L'host è disponibile e facilmente contattabile...ma...ovrebbe provvedere alla manutenzione: prese e arredi. Avrebbe bisogno di tinteggiatura e garantire una maggiore pulizia per chi vi soggiorna. Ma il nostro giudizio resta positivo. Pulizia
• GRUBER (1/5): - Hallo, die Unterkunft war leider extrem unsauber, Dusche hing herunter, das Bad war wirklich grinding, Warmwasser war leider nur für eine Person warm. Keine WC Bürste, die Balkontür konnte nicht geöffnet werden, fiel aus den Garnieren. Die Gastherme war leck und verlor Wasser, Boden darunter war in der Früh total nass..... Einfach nur der absolute Wahnsinn!!! Wir haben alles fotografiert. 3 Sterne??? Die einzige Lage der Unterkunft ist super, aber da gehe ich lieber 5km zu Fuß, bevor wir dort nochmals übernachten werden. Personal gab es gar keines für eine Beschwerde. . Die Bilder die Sie in Bookingcom anführen sind leider weit ins negative überholt und veraltet. Diese Unterkunft dürfte normalerweise nicht mehr angeboten werden! Liebe Grüße Fam. Gruber
• Szymon (1/5): #!@%×@ - Lokalizacja kamienicy i tylko kamienicy, a nie samego lokalu. Tylko lokalizacja, blisko Prateru. Na poczatku napiszę, że była to moja kilkudziesiętna wyprawa z booking. Do tej pory zaden lokal nie dostał ode mnie oceny poniżej 9.0. Dla zastanawiających się nad tym lokalem polecam przeczytać do końca. Obsługa mailowa to boty. Czystość to masakra. Sam lokal umieszczony w piwnicy. Z jednej strony okna na dziedziniec z 15 kubłami na śmieci z całej kamienicy. Okna z drugiej strony na chaszcze również na dziedzińcu. Wody ciepłej brak. Piec gazowy 2 funkcyjny, ale nie działał. Wyświetlał się błąd. Przy próbie włączenia trzaskał na pół kamienicy. Wolałem wyłączyć żeby nie być w wiedeńskich aktualnościach. O wszystkim napisałem przez booking do właściciela lokalu. Żadnej reakcji poza odpowiedzią bota. W brudnej szafie czyjeś ubrania, brudne i nie poskładane. Stara pościel. Spanie i ręczniki przygotowane dla 2 osób choć rezerwacja była dla 3.. Z kuchni i lodówki wolałem nie korzystać z wyżej opisywanych powodów. Jakkby ktoś już jakimś dziwnym sposobem chciał skorzystać to nie miałby gdzie skonsumować bo brak stołu i krzeseł. Całe szczęście bylem tylko 2 noce, a z racji wyżej opisanych mankamentów łaczie w lokalu przebyłem 10 długich i ciężkich godzin, więc jak na 2 noce w 1300km trasie ze zwiedzaniem Wiednia włącznie to ciut mało. Podsumowując, Wiedeń jest piękny i bardzo polecam na 2 noce przelotem w dalsze części Europy lub na szybki intensywny weekend, ale pamietajcie, wszystko można bezlitośnie zepsuć wybranym lokalem. (Cały czas pisałem lokalem, bo apartamentem tego nie można nazwać) P.s. jeśli obsługa booking również czyta komentarze to w imieniu potencjalnie przyszłych najmujących ten lokal bardzo proszę o wcześniejszy kontakt ze mną. ....a i woda z umywalki nie odpływała więc jak trochę dłużej lało się wodę to wypływały ogolone włosy (całe szczęście wyglądały na włosy z brody) kogoś wcześniej najmującego.

• Steve (1/5): Filthy apartment and uncaring staff - Nothing to like here at all. Do not use this location. Arrived to a disgustingly unclean apartment that had obviously not been checked to any significant level. The toilet had been left with someone else's urine in it, and then i discovered the bedding was stained with what looked like makeup and semen. Photos of the bedding were sent that night to the room admin, and although there was a quick reply and apology, nothing of any consequence was done about the stained bedding for two full days. It was so bad, and the empty platitudes dragged on for so long, I felt I had to leave the place and book elsewhere. The staff just didn't action anything and actions did not match words. They even had the gaul to claim that one picture of the stained sheets was not enough to warrant them doing anything and oy after repeatedly badgering them did anything get put into motion; two days after they were told. They even then sent a message stating that if we wouldn't rate them 5 stars, they might not rate me as a guest as 5 stars. Avoid this place like the plague. Booking.com should not be hosting such an abysmal place which obviously don't care about anything but profit. Zero customer service skills and no concept of providing a clean, hygienic, place to stay.
