• Chiao-Ling (9/5): I enjoyed my stay here - It’s a decent hotel in general, hotel was clean and the front desk staff Maria was very sweet and helpful. Beds and shower were comfortable enough. And the location is really right in the center of La Fortuna. The toilet water was not strong enough, so could get stuck easily.

• xxlmozz (7/5): - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Lage sehr zentral Unser Zimmer hatte die Wand direkt an der Strasse, was sehr laut war. Sie stellten jedoch präventiv bereits Oropax zuf Verfügung. Frühstück gab es im Stakehous gegenüber, leider keinerlei vegane Optionen, nicht mal eine Milchalternative (umliegende Supermärkte und Restaurants waren viel vortschrittlicher)
• Sally (6/5): Okay - The receptionist was kind and helpful. The outdoor seating area was lovely. They allowed me to store my belongings in the laundry room after my checkout time and allowed me to wait in the seating area until my ride arrived. They provided ear plugs due to the street noise. The towels had some stains on them. The toilet didn’t flush properly at times. Bathroom was quite small to navigate in. Water in the shower and sink was just slightly warm. The second bed space had a fan or machine that was quite loud. No safe for valuables.

• Torben75 (5/5): Meget centralt og tæt på det hele, dog meget støj. - Meget centralt og tæt på gode restauranter og butikker. Morgenmaden på den anden side af vejen var god. Gode parkerings muligheder langs vejen. Meget larm om natten. Ørepropper behøves. Det larmer en del i hele byen også når man spiser morgenmad, da der er en del lastbil og motorcykel trafik.

• loreingrid (8/5): Amigable y Confortable :) - El desayuno estuvo muy bien, abundante y muy rico. Solo que habia 5 opciones (el tipico, el americano, el saludable, el de wafles) le falta ampliar la carta. El check out es a las 12 del mediodia: Excelente para no estar corriendo. El horario del desayuno: 7am a 9am; lo ampliaría hasta las 11am. Y había una sola persona atendiendo a las 7am con mesas de más de 14 personas con una excursión programada a las 7.30am.

• Theresa (1/5): Nie wieder - Lage war sehr zentral, was den Lärmpegel aber nicht besser gemacht hat… Das Frühstück war gut aber sobald mehr Gäste im Lokal waren dauerte es ewig. Wir haben 40 Minuten auf das Frühstück gewartet. Bei unserer Ankunft was das Zimmer nicht gründlich gereinigt. Am Betten waren Flecken und das Bad war wirklich eklig. Als wir zur Rezeption gingen meinte diese nur wir könne ja heute das „bitte reinigen“ Schild an die Tür hängen. Die Unterkunft hatte einen netten Innenhof aber man fühlt sich wie wenn man mitten auf der Straße sitzt. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken, es fahren die ganze Nacht Autos, LKWs und Motorräder vorbei es hört sich an als würden sie direkt im Schlafzimmer fahren. Es werden zwar Ohrstöpsel angeboten aber die helfen nichts.

• ILoveToGoAWandering (8/5): Great Central Location - The hotel is very conveniently located near downtown Fortuna. There are a lot of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The hotel has a lovely shared courtyard to sit and relax in. The room was spotless. We arrived after reception closed, and were given detailed and clear instructions on how to enter our room. The bed is a bit too firm for my liking. The hotel is located near a church. We stayed on a Saturday night and were rudely awakened by bells that went on for about 5 minutes. A small inconvenience, but something to note. Parking can be quite a challenge to find during busy times 'rush hour' in town. There is not dedicated parking for the hote.

• Laura (8/5): Nice little hotel in the Center, bit noisy - Das Hotel hat einen sehr süssen und gepflegten Innenhof, in dem man gut verweilen kann. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Alleine die Dusche ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, was aber auch viel Strassenlärm bedeutet. Ich bin für gewöhnlich keine lärmempfindliche Person, konnte aber in diesen beiden Nächsten nicht wirklich gut schlafen (lag vielleicht zusäztlich auch daran, dass an den Feiertagen mehr los war). Das Hotel offeriert aber bereits bei der Ankunft Ohrstöpsel.

Maria Jose was very responsive and provided great details for local sight seeing and tours. Excellent location in the center of the city and within minutes of walking distance. Rooms were very clean. Rooms were very small, fit for 2 people. My recommendation is if you are visiting with a family, book multiple rooms. One of the rooms first gave any natural light. There is no fridge or microwave. Restaurants are close by within a minute or two walking distance.

C'erano dei tappi per le orecchie in camera, ma sono scomodi per dormire. La camera non era neanche molto pulita...

Salle de bain très petite sans aération efficace, la chambre n'était pas assez ventilée. Beaucoup de bruit car sur une voie passante. Un peu trop cher par rapport aux points négatifs.

• Jaroslav (5/5): Very bad bed - good location, very friendly staff and clean room too narrow and extremely creaky bed. It is not a bed for two adults but for two children. Sometimes the wi-fi did not work.

• Magdalena (3/5): - Die Reinigungskraft war freundlich. Zentrale Lage mit allem fußläufig erreichbar. Und der Laundry Service hat funktioniert. Lage ist sehr laut, man hört ständig den Verkehr und die Zimmernachbarn und wirklich willkommen geheißen wurden wir auch nicht. Frühstück war geschmacklich schlecht. Rezeptionistin war erst am 3. Tag nach unserer Ankunft persönlich anwesend. Kontakt bis dahin sehr schwierig. Zudem wurde ständig von der Rezeption (wenn man das so nennen kann) das Walky-Talky angelassen, was so laut war, dass man es sogar nachts hörte. Als wir die Rezeptionistin darauf hingewiesen haben, meinte diese, das wäre das Telefon und das würde manchmal klingeln... schwierige Aussage wenn das Walky-Talky daneben steht und angeschalten ist. Zudem haben andere einen Welcome-Drink erhalten, der uns verwehrt wurde. Die Ruhezeiten wurden zwar festgelegt aber ständig von anderen sehr lauten Gästen gebrochen. Hier stellt sich die Frage, wozu es Ruhezeiten gibt, wenn keiner die Einhaltung prüft und diese ständig gebrochen wird. Zimmer sind stark heruntergekommen, mit dem Luxus dass man beim Duschen einen Stromschlag erhalten kann, wenn man möchte :)
• Jochen (5/5): - Freundliches Personal Die Zimmer liegen an der Hauptstraße und sind sehr abgewohnt. Dutch den vielen Verkehr, LKWs, Busse, Motorrad ohne Schalldämpfer ist an Schlaf kaum zu denken. Das ganze Badezimmer ist runtergekommen und schmutzig. Waschbecken wackelt und der Wasserhahn ist total daneben. Die Bilder von dem Hotel im Internet stammen wohl aus der Zeit vor 30 Jahren

• Petra (1/5): - Die Lage Und das wars auch schon Das Zimmer war schmutzig. Die Bettwäsche der beiden Betten waren mit Flecken übersät. Die 4 Kissen ebenfalls. An der Decke war Schimmel. Es roch furchtbar. Das Zimmer war feucht. Am Duschkopf war offene Elekrtrik. Das Frühstück wird im Kaffee gegenüber serviert und ist sehr reduziert.
