- Stefania (7/5): - La posizione e la pulizia Numero uno non mi è piaciuto che pochissime persone dello staff parlassero l'italiano perché la maggior parte sono di origine pakistana. Numero 2 non mi è piaciuta che il checkout fosse alle 10:00 e hanno cominciato a bussare alla porta che non erano neanche alle 9:00 per farci uscire. Numero 3 La colazione è compresa nel prezzo ma solo se la fa in una struttura convenzionata e dentro le ore 10:00 quindi non ne abbiamo potuto usufruire.

Te dejaban tomarlo en el.lugar o llevarlo (para nosotros fue una ventaja ya que debiamos tomar un tren y poder llevarnoslo era un golazo) La limpieza. Habia mucho olor desde el baño a cloaca.

The address is the whole building, and there’s no actual name of this hotel or apt in the front gate. I have to call several tines but luckily the host answered thru booking.com messaging.

- Carlo (6/5): Posto strategico per un paio di notti a Roma - Posto comodo vicino alla stazione Termini all'interno di un più ampio stabile. Stanza silenziosa in quanto si affaccia in un androne interno, abbastanza pulita. Bagno privato ampio con finestra. La colazione compresa nel prezzo viene consumata in un bar poco distante e non è affatto male. Stanza piccola per ospitare tre letti e abbastanza fatiscente. Letto matrimoniale piccolo. Ingresso dello stabile con bidoni della spazzatura puzzolenti nell'androne.

- Jose (1/5): La mas decepcionante experiencia - Sola la ubicación... Instalaciones dañadas, camas viejas, zafacones de basura en las entradas, no hay seguridad en habitaciones. Instalaciones de plomeria en total destrucción. Las fotos, JAMAS, son del lugar. Una RATONERA DE CANTASOS. Aires q no funcionan, elevador dañado, definitivamente deben de haber ácaros en las camas (picor horrble), etc... No es familiar, NO LO RECOMIENDO, por su seguridad personal e higiénica.

Mal señalizado (fuera del portal). El portal y escaleras muy muy sucios. El ascensor daba miedo de lo viejo que era, una noche nos encontramos a un señor atrapado entre dos pisos. El baño estaba un poquito sucio (esquinas del suelo y lavabo)

- Buoni (6/5): - Buona posizione, il B&B si trova nei pressi della Stazione Termini Per la colazione ci hanno mandato, con un tichet, in un bar lì vicino e si trattava di una bevuta ed una cornetto. La pulizia lascia a desiderare. La camera con un letto matrimoniale, attaccato un divano letto aperto e a pochi centimetri un letto singolo senza lenzuola. La persona che abbiamo dovuto chiamare non parlava molto bene italiano e ci capivamo poco. Accoglienza e saluti in pochi minuti

- Van Dai Julie (9/5): Highly recommend this affordable place with great location. - The location was fantastic and close to everything. Its was very safe at night. The best thing about this place is the staff. They were amazing and so accommodating.
- Julia (8/5): Obsługa super, dobra lokalizacja, śniadanie w cenie, miły pobyt. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do Termini. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Śniadanie w pobliskiej restauracji, gdzie do wyboru jest kawa i rogalik - idealny początek dnia. W pokoju ręczniki, jedno mydło w płynie, suszarka, mała lodówka, krzesło i szafa. Ogólny stan pokoju w porządku, jednak czystość w nim mogłaby być bardziej dopracowana. Brakowało też małego stolika obok łóżka i dywanika/ręcznika na podłodze w łazience.

Espacio común ruidoso por golpe de puerta común y habitantes muy ruidosos. Podrían mantener convivencia les los espacios comunes.
- Ersan (2/5): Nie wieder - vor allem nicht mit KINDERN!! - einzig positive ist die LAGE direkt in der Nähe vom Bahnhof! Leider war unser Aufenthalt äußerst enttäuschend. Ehrlich gesagt kann man diese Unterkunft kaum als Hotel bezeichnen. Es gab keine Rezeption, und wir mussten sehr lange warten, bis schließlich jemand kam, der zudem kein Englisch sprach und lediglich unser Gepäck entgegennahm. In der Nacht wurden wir dann informiert, dass das Gepäck doch nicht verstaut werden kann – eine sehr unangenehme und unprofessionelle Situation. Die gesamte Einrichtung wirkte extrem alt und abgewohnt. Die Zimmer rochen stark und unangenehm, und die Wände sowie Türen waren so undicht, dass man selbst leises Sprechen aus den Nachbarzimmern deutlich hören konnte. Das „Frühstück“ bestand lediglich daraus, dass man eine Karte bekam und zu einem Café gehen musste, wo es nur ein Croissant und schlechten Kaffee gab. Zusätzlich ließen sich die Türen nicht einmal richtig schließen, was kein Gefühl von Sicherheit vermittelt hat. Insgesamt war die Erfahrung sehr enttäuschend und wir können diese Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

- Mirian (8/5): Ótima! - A localização é perfeita pois tudo acontece perto do Roma Termini, inclusive super fácil de pegar transfer pro aeroporto dali, também compramos um passeio no segundo dia (RomaBus) e conseguimos pegar ali fazer nosso passeio e voltar ali, tem restaurantes bons perto e vc consegue ir fazer tudo a pé como Fontana Di Trevi (30 min de caminhada). Funcionários prestativos e de confiança ficaram com nossas malas na recepção pois pedimos e se dispuseram a ajudar. Também deixaram a gente pagar a taxa de turista depois pois no momento não tínhamos o dinheiro vivo. O chuveiro é péssimo e molha todo o banheiro, achamos muito ruim e trabalhoso pois impossível escovar dentes e ir no vaso com o banheiro todo molhado, tivemos q usar toalhas pra conseguir limpar pra conseguir usar.

Unable to successfully communicate with the staff by phone while we were there and difficult before our trip. The areas inside going to our room were very dirty. In our room, there wasn't anything to put suitcases on or drawers to put clothes in. No shelves in the bathroom and toilet seat was broken. The window/door to the little balcony (looked at a courtyard, nice but dirty) didn't lock.

- Sara (7/5): Non bisogna avere pretese - Ottima la posizione, perfetta per ci viaggia in treno e si sposta con i mezzi: stazione termini ha due linee della metro ed è capolinea per molti autobus La stanza si presenta piccolina per ospitare 4 persone ma comunque fattibile, c'erano diverse crepe sul battiscopa sotto la finestra o il pannello vicino la porta del bagno e la pulizia non era chissà che, ma per il prezzo è ottima.

Gyakorlatilag a recepciós kedvességén kívül semmi pozitívat nem tudok írni, csak negatívat. A szoba és a fürdőszoba extrán koszos volt. Az szoba ablaka és másik lakás erkélyére nyílt és ha kinyitottuk az ablakot, akkor áradt be az étel szag. Így természetes fényt vagy friss levegőt lehetetlen beengedni. Melegvíz több esetben nem volt. A szoba mérhetetlen zajos.Alkalmatlan a pihenésre. Az ágy kényelmetlen és puha. A fürdőszobába az ajtó becsukás után beszorultam és körülbelül 15 perc szenvedés után tudtam kijönni, úgy, hogy más kívülről feszegette az ajtót. Ha egyedül vagyok, akkor fogalmam sincs, hogy hogyan jövök ki. Az első este még az épületbe is nehezen jutottunk be, mert az kapu nyitóhoz levő kódnyitó elromlott. Ígérnek reggelit a szálláshoz, ami egy 200 méterre lévő bárban vehető át és egy cappucino és egy croiassant jár csupán semmi más. Emellé még bunkó is az ott található személyzet. Összességében egy hatalmas csalódás volt. Senkinek nem ajánlom! Ár/érték arányban katasztrófa.

- Carly (2/5): Smelly and disgusting - How close it was to the terminal. The room was very smelly and dirty in various areas. The property isn't clearly marked so weren't sure we were in the correct place. Behind the entry it is full of rubbish and makes it smell worse. A bar and restaurant directly under our window so very noisy. Room was very small and decor extremely outdated. No permanent staff member so if questions were needing answered there was noone there. We were not shown how to access the WiFi on arrival. We were not given the required remote control for the AC. The TV did not connect. The door locks did not feel very secure. Toilet floor was constantly filling with water. Toilet was rancid smelling (been to Rome many times never smelt it this bad or even close) walls were very thin and so could hear every movement in the close including the lift. Light switches only worked from beside the bed. When using an international plug adapter it turned on and off the lights!

- miguel angel (1/5): enojadisimo con bb rome y con booking - la ubicacion , habitaciòn y baño son relativamente normales que me separaran de mi familia, cuando yo contratè fuen en BB ROME pretorio 24 y me mandaron a seis cuadras del resto de la familia en otro hotel, porque no lo se pero indique antes de llegar que no me separaran, del resto, yo contrate pretorio 24 y me mandaron a principe amedeo 67, porque razòn? nunca visto , soy el que contrata y paga por un lugar especifico, sin consulta me mueven de hotel ? es una anarquia y nadie hizo nada.

- Vesna (7/5): - The location was really good. Very close to Termini. There was breakfast included, served ij a bar just round the corner. Very satisfying. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was pretty quiet during the night. The room for a family of 4 was rather small.
- Olena (9/5): - We had a wonderful stay! The beds were super comfortable, and the location is perfect. The only downside was the shower, which isn't very handy, but we saw that in the description photos beforehand, so it wasn't a surprise.

- Jeevesh (1/5): poor. Me and my faliy fallen sick of the chocked toilet and sink. - actually nothing. The whole premise was a mess and the care taker is too talkative. Did not geteven a proper cup for drinking coffee or tea. No one should actually stay here.

- nadja (1/5): - Nichts Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend. Das Bett war extrem weich und roch muffig. Das Zimmer war schmutzig, und das Fenster bestand lediglich aus einer dunklen Kunststoffverkleidung statt einer richtigen Glasscheibe. Zudem war es die ganze Zeit über sehr laut. Wir würden definitiv nie wiederkommen – nicht einmal, wenn der Aufenthalt kostenlos wäre. Auch die Toilette war in einem unzumutbaren Zustand und roch stark nach Urin.
