Reservé ahí pues al otro día tenía que viajar temprano a Holbox. Es sencillo pero cumple con lo suficiente. Las personas de recepción son muy amables. Alrededor hay mucho comercio y lugares para comer.

• John (1/5): Nunca recomendaría este sitio - Nada Hice una reserva y, a la hora de llegar, habían rentado mi habitación y no me ofrecieron ninguna solución ni siquiera se disculparon por el inconveniente generado. Iba con dos niños pequeños y me tocó buscar un sitio donde alojarme, lo cual fue un poco traumático porque llegamos avanzada la noche y el sitio no era muy aduaco para estar con niños pequeños. Nadie me ofreció ayuda para poder solucionar el inconveniente generado
• claudia (6/5): für eine Nacht konnte man die Lage ertragen. - Das einzig positive ist die Lage in der Nähe vom Busbahnhof, sonst würde niemand hier übernachten. Die Bettlaken sind kaputt, ein Kopfkissen hatte Blutflecken, die Badewanne ist kaputt, es gibt kein warmes Wasser.

• Juan Luis (1/5): Cuidado - No cumplen con las reservas y te puedes quedar en la calle - Nada Una vergüenza, La reserva la hicimos por Booking el 23 de diciembre del 2025 para entrar al hotel del 29 y salir el 30 de diciembre. Llegamos y nos dijeron que no teníamos reservación, tuvimos que buscar otro hotel de último momento, nos hicieron pasar un mal rato. No recomiendo el hotel para nada.

• Alba (1/5): For the price you pay you’d know that it won’t be the cleaniest or comfiest place. - The location It was dirty, stained sheets with hairs. The bath had worms that kept coming out.

• Lia (7/5): A cheap and decent solution for a 1 night stay, at a very convenient location. - Perfect location, at steps from the ADO terminal and the line 1 to the beaches. Staff was friendly and happy to help with directions. A nice vegan restaurant at less 10 minutes walking distance. The water in the shower was warm but the distribution a bit scarse. There were two tags of wifi password on the floor from previous people staying in it.

Hot water in the shower It was in the main traffic road, grey background, the air conditioner didn’t work and the staff never came to fix it. It felt like an old dusty motel. 200 MXN as a deposit to use the tv.

I had hot water. - I contacted them a few times before arriving and no responses at all - when I arrived I was asked to sit. The person came back around 16min later. basically check in took 20 minutes!

• Ariane (1/5): Disgusting! Don’t rent it. - The location. I arrived in Cancun in the middle of the night, by bus. I had an early flight next morning. I booked the hotel because it was closed to the bus station. Everything, the bed and the entire room was disgusting. Sheets were smelly, not clean, the comforter was torn in several places. Some of the lights weren’t working. Stains running down the walls in the bathroom and bedroom. It doesn’t look like the pictures at all.
• Sandra (1/5): Bad - Closed to ADO bus station. Don't ever take a taxi they ask for too much money over $85. Always watch for extra charges the locals always add extra charges after you already consume. Cancun thinks it is a mini USA and charges like you are in the USA. Crazy never again will return Everything. I only Stayed for 10 mnts and moved to another hotel. Rude staff not friendly without any people skills. After the charged for my room asked me if I would like to watch TV. Of course I said yes. He asked for $200 pesos to get the controls. WTF. Room was disgusting The floor was sticky and smelled The bathroom is nasty and smelly The beds were nasty , sheets duties with blood stains and food crumbs. OMG looks like a crack house motel. This hotel looks very unsafe easy access from front and back to anyone get into your room. HORRIBLE
• Thomas (7/5): Cheap and OK - We were there only for one night to catch the bus the next day to the airport, as it's quite near to the bus station from where my brother had to catch an early bus to the airport. The person at the reception was a decent bloke. The room had a balcony. Cheapest hotel available near the Cancun ADO Bus station. There was only one chair provided in a room for two persons, so we couldn't enjoy a beer on the balcony. The glass door to the reception was locked at around 8 or 9pm when we arrived and so we had to knock and the person at the reception came over and asked why we were there through the glass door, which I found silly, I told him we had a reservation, after which he opened the door. It's a hotel, people come there for rooms, obviously. While checking out the next day day and during key handover, he told me he needed to check the room before I could leave, luckily I had time to spare else I would have easily missed my bus to the airport, which was already paid for the previous day. It took him around 5mins to return and give the all clear. He should have mentioned this little formality during the check in process, so we can allocate time and plan our departure accordingly. The bedsheet had tears in it, photo attached.
• Maxime (1/5): Straight up scam. Filthy beyond beliefs - Literally nothing. Cockroaches in 3 different rooms, getting overcharged 20% at the reception, being threatened by the reception on check-in.. By very very far the Worst stay I ever had. Way closer to a scam than an actual stay. The place is behind dirty, staff was straight up hostile from the moment we walked in. We got overcharged the booking.com fees on top of the price stated in the reservation ( it seems the hotel wants to make back the booking.com commission by overcharging the customer ). When disputing this charge during check-in, the person straight up told us " it's what it is, if you don't like it you can go somewhere else ", knowing full well it was 11:30PM, so we were out of options. They also straight up refused to give me a bill or an invoice. Only thing I was allowed to do was take a quick picture with my phone. First room had cockroaches and no AC. 2nd room had cockroaches and no AC. 3rd room had cockroaches, but AC was working, so we were too tired ( by that time it was past 1AM and we were tired of room swapping ). All in all, the place is incredibly dirty, none of us wanted to get into the filthy beds, so we sleeped in our clothes, on top of the bed, using towels as blankets. The fact that we got scammed on the price is just cherry on top. Literally any place will be better than this. This gets the number 1 spot on the worst place I've ever stayed at, and I've been traveling for years. Avoid at all cost.
• Clara (6/5): Pleasant - Super close to the bus station, so great for when you arrive late or leave early. The room was spacious. Good wifi. Humidity in the room, sheets a little dirty, installations very basic. It's ok for one night.

I paid the full rate at the moment of checking in but at checking out apparently I was supposed to pay another 50 mxn more that the previous receptionist forgot to charge, I was in a rush so I paid anyway but everything felt sketchy. Not recommended.

Probably one of the worse hotels I've been. No toilet seat, no toilet paper (that was a first), dirty room, the list is endless. They give you a dirty towel when you arrive, there's no hot water but to be honest it wasn't really needed, the the lack of toilet paper and seat just was too much...
