• Gary (9/5): Nice apartment with a roof terrace in a buzzy area of Naples where we felt completely safe. - Lovely terrace with outdoor furniture. Property in a very buzzy part of Naples with good bars and restaurants nearby. Close to many areas of interest. Property was well provided for - although an electric kettle would have been very welcome. Small decorational/maintenance touches could make a good property excellent.
• Francesca (8/5): Attico top - L'appartamento era molto bello, spazioso ed accogliente. Pulito e ordinato. Comodo per sette persone. Ottima posizione per andare in centro. Terrazza top Non è presente ascensore quindi fare tutte le scale con le valigie e di rientro dalle escursioni è stato faticoso. L'acqua calda funzionava solo se accendevi o riscaldamenti.

• Danilo (3/5): Zentrale Lage, aber deutliche Mängel bei Sauberkeit und Komfort - Alles war bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass man die Umgebung ganz entspannt erkunden konnte Die Terrasse konnte praktisch gar nicht genutzt werden, da keine Kissen für die Stühle, Liegen oder das Sofa vorhanden waren. Zudem waren einige Möbel in einem sehr alten und teilweise beschädigten Zustand. Das Badezimmer war nicht sauber, und sowohl die Duschen als auch die Armaturen waren stark verkalkt. Besonders problematisch war außerdem der Schimmel in der Unterkunft, den ich auch mit Fotos belegen kann. Zusätzlich befindet sich die Unterkunft direkt über einer Bar, in der bis spät in die Nacht sehr laute Musik gespielt wird. Dadurch war es kaum möglich, nachts zur Ruhe zu kommen oder gut zu schlafen.

Curato nell’arredamento, con un affaccio meraviglioso sui quartieri. Climatizzato. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Un solo, piccolo, consiglio. Controllate le lampadine, le batterie dei telecomandi e le antenne delle tv perché abbiamo avuto qualche problemino da questo punto di vista.

L'appartement est très bien refait et très fonctionnel La terrasse est très bien équipée et très grande. L'équipe est très efficace et aux petits soins. Un immense merci à Peppe pour son aide et ses cadeaux de bienvenue.
• Angel (10/5): Wonderful stay with amazing hosts in the heart of Naples - Giulia and Pepe are amazing hosts – incredibly friendly and helpful. Thanks to their support, we were able to plan our weekend in Naples perfectly (including enjoying a few pizzas on the rooftop after our late check-in at midnight!). The accommodation is very clean, and the air conditioning works perfectly. Even the third bedroom (which has no air conditioning) can be comfortably cooled down using the fans and the air conditioning from the other rooms. The apartment is perfectly located in the historical city center of Naples. Please note that there is no elevator, and you need to climb several flights of stairs to reach the 4th floor. It was a good workout for us, but it could be a challenge for families with small children or elderly guests. Thank you again for making our weekend in Naples so wonderful!

• salvatore (8/5): - La struttura è accogliente, e pulita, le due matrimoniali e la zona living sono spaziose e comode.e arredate con cura Ottima anche la disponibilità di due nagni.La casa è centralissima e vicina ai luoghi di maggiore interesse . Apprezzata anche la disponibilità dello staff nell'accoglierci prima dell'orario previsto per il check in. La terrazza dalla quale si potrebbe apprezzare un meraviglioso panorama e godere della frescura notturna è sporca e trascurata ridotta ad deposito all'aria aperta. Non è stata fatta menzione delle 6 rampe di scale per giungere all'appartamento, inoltre a mancanza di condizionatore nella stanza più piccola ha creato dissapori tra i viaggiatori e altro piccoli disservizi non hanno permesso di apprezzare a pieno le potenzialità del luogo.
• Robert (10/5): Exceptional - Huge amount of space and rooftop was special. Rooms were good size and beds were comfortable. Kitchen area was really modern and utilities were good. Bathrooms were good size and clean. Seating and chairs on rooftop were really good for relaxing. Everything was fantastic but im sure the owners will fix some of the little things like broken door handles and a couple more extra fans would be nice as air con wasn't working in one room. Noisy and vibrant square outside till late but wasn't an issue for good sleepers. One shower couldn't get hot water. Canopys for roof were not in use on rooftop.

• Maria (10/5): For our last day it was great - I liked everything. The place was clean very central everything worked properly and the host very attentive All the stairs (80) steps that we had to go up. Again not expected. Especially with suitcases. And for individuals my age.

• Martin (10/5): Great apartment in a fantastic location. Roof terrace a lovely bonus. - 3 good bedrooms, two doubles (both with aircon) , one with bunks which was great for the kids. Good kitchen and living area. Roof terrace is a lovely big space. Located in a lively area with plenty of bars and restaurants. Very close to Toledo underground station but also an easy walk to Centro Storico and Piazza del Plebiscito etc. Not a problem for us, but there are a few stairs up to the apartment which may not suit everyone. The area is also largely car-free, which is great for pedestrians but means taxis will have to drop you on Via Toledo with a short walk to the apartment (e.g. with suitcases).
• De (9/5): Good central place to stay in Napoli (Spanish District) - Great view and very central, and amazingggg rooftop! We spend so lovely time there. Would 100% recommend for people wanting a nice central place to stay while still having some space to have a drink together. Group (7) friendly. Air conditioner didn't work in all rooms, and being in middle of Italy it got quite hot

Roof terrace lovely to have some out door space during our stay. Air con in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Could have done with a few more shelves/hooks in the bathrooms/bedrooms to put things on.

• Chris (9/5): Superb - The location was great. Lots of restaurants, bakeries and some historical sites nearby. The space has been recently renovated and is very modern. The rooftop space was an added bonus! The one drawback is the limited air conditioning. There is only A/C in two bedrooms.
• Timothy (5/5): Passable - The apartment itself is very nice – very well modernised, just as the photos show, in a historical building. Minor irritations were due to poor maintenance: missing light bulb over a bathroom mirror, a bedroom ceiling light switch not working (the only light was a small bedside lamp), a broken power socket in this bedroom, two sliding wardrobe doors jammed shut, a wall television bracket with no television. The roof terrace might also be very nice, but the sun umbrella and chair cushions (shown in photos) were not in evidence, and in mid-April it did not appear to have been made ready for the season. But the main problem was noise. The location, in the midst of restaurants and cafes, would be perfect (if you can tolerate the motorcycles forever slaloming between the tables), except that the apartment overlooks a square that appears to be the centre of late-night revelry. While the double-glazing very effectively shut out the noise, it also shut out the air. There were two air conditioners, one in each main bedroom. One developed a fault after our first night. Because we did not wish to stay in all day while the agent tried “to find someone to fix it”, or leave with the front door secured only by a remotely operated electronic latch rather than the multiple deadlocking bolts (presumably there for a good reason), it remained not working for our further 3 uncomfortable nights. There was another issue. The standard booking.com description “Upper floors accessible by stairs only” was a very unfair representation of the 82 steep and narrow stone steps to the apartment, which, in keeping with their age, were well worn (a few with broken edges). Climbing these with luggage was a challenge, manageable for us, but not for anyone with mobility problems, with no apparent solution if discovering this on arrival. Given all this, we are intrigued by the very different experiences of 9 of 32 reviewers (8 Italian; 6 after stays of one night) who gave perfect scores of 10! Surprisingly, 8 of these praised the terrace, including five posted between January and early April.
