- Stephan (8/5): Decent flat, good size but needs a bit of maintenance work - Spacious, two good sized bedrooms, modern kitchen, large balcony (albeit in the part of the building which birds have chosen as their habitat…) The flat is a bit „worn“ by now and quite a few things would need fixing, I hope the owner invests a bit of money ahead of the next season to fix e.g. the dishwasher door, the shower door, the power outlet behind the TV, the little cupboard in one of the bathrooms which looks like it is about to fall, the towel racks etc etc. None of these things is an absolute disaster but all together it just does not leave the best impression.
- Vmart (10/5): If I return to Chernomoretz I would stay there again - very nice, clean and stylish looking place. well-kept community, very close to the beach and with an easy access to.
