• hiroshi (3/5): - MetroのDudullu駅の近くで交通の便がいい。徒歩圏内にスーパーもあり。 受付の方がトルコ語しか喋れずチェックイン時に必要な説明（朝食の情報やWifiのパスワード、その他ホテル設備）が全くない。清掃やタオル交換は受付に言わないと行ってくれないし、飲料水は追加なし。部屋にキッチンは付いているが調理器具や食器は無く、借りれるのかどうかも分からない。バスルームの設備もシャワーヘッドが固定されず、常に手に持ってないといけない。

Зручно добиратися до метро, а також до аеропорту. Панорамні вікна. При заселені мені підняли клас номеру). Номер відповідає вищому класу, ніж те що пише Букінг. Все впринципі нормально. Маленькі трабли з Wi-Fi і в один вечір були проблеми з гарячою водою.

Habitaciones sucias, es un hotel 4* y no tiene limpieza diaria de habitaciones, las habitaciones no tienen vasos, cubiertos ni platos, los baños en mal estado. Huele a olor a cigarrillo. El desayuno tiene cosas viejas de toda la semana, pan seco, café de cafetera súper feo. El desayuno sale 10€ y no tiene nada. La atención del personal muy mala, el hombre del desayuno con mala cara toda la mañana! La entrada toda sucia y los vidrios también. Desagradable el lugar.

Окна в пол, много пространства. • Я приехала ночью, меня заселили в номер более дешевой категории, не тот что я оплатила. Пароль от вай фая не дали. В апартаментах не оказалось никакой посуды !!! Ни чашки, ни стакана - ничего • Утром пошла на ресепшен с претензией. Сразу дали номер, который я бронировала. Т.Е он был, но при заезде дали номер попроще. • По запросу принесли посуду. Что мешает перед заездом гостя это сделать?!! Если апартаменты, есть плита, холодильник и тд но нет посуды, то какой смысл?! • Нет ничего. Моющих средств, полотенца на кухне, соли, сахара, масла, чая - ничего. Честно говоря, я опытный турист но с таким не сталкивалась. Неужели нельзя иметь соль сахар, чай. • Неудачно спроектировано, что душ ванная с окном во всю стену, холодно. Сама комната, расстановка мебели, оформление приятное. Кровать хорошая, постельное белье чистое, но рваное. Второй раз я не приеду. И не рекомендую.

• Arzu (4/5): - Kostenfreie parkgarage Es ist in der nähe eine kleine Ekz Das Zimmer was wir bekommen haben war in 2.stock und wo wir im zimmer waren haben wir gesehen das fenster offen ist und nicht zu geht, wir haben es bei rezeption gemeldet und eine andere Zimmer in 1 stock bekommen + es war hochzeit an dem abend man könnte von lärm sich nicht ausruhen und kaum schlafen bis hochzeit fertig ist. Hätte ich gewusst das es auch einen Saal gibt für feier gleich im erdgeschoss würde ich nicht buchen . Angeblich gab es sauna wo wir unten waren haben wir gesehen das es verlassen ausschaut und es war nicht an sondern extrem kalt unten , genauso pool war auch nicht sehr anziehend

Her sabahım, otelin spor salonundaki koşu bandında başladı. Özellikle yöneticiler Osman ve Sinan’a teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Son derece naziktiler ve her konuda yardımcı oldular. -----

• Erhan (7/5): - Çok güzel bir konsept. Otel konforunda küçük daireler. Lokasyon olarak personel olarak çok çok iyi. Size her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. İyi olandan sonra temizlik. Sen söyleyeceksin. 3 günde bir geliyorlar. Mutfak var. Var desinler diye, içerisinde çatal bıçak tabak demlik hiçbir malzeme yok. Aşağıda yüzme havuzu var. Soyunma kabinlerindeki dolapların kilidi yok. Odalarda terlik yok. El havlusu yok . Temizlikçi bayan dan rica ettim el havlusu koydu. Personel elinden gelenin en iyisini yapmak icin uğraşıyor.

The location was perfect—quiet yet very close to the city center. Staff were also friendly and helpful. The air conditioning could have worked better. Also, the Wi-Fi signal was weak in our room.

• Nye (10/5): EXCEPTIONAL STAY - Exceptional stay, and we extended our stay for another 4 weeks. We will be back in October. All the staff are polite and friendly and when asked a problem by us , they corrected it for us .. Certainly will be recommending our warm and welcoming place of stay to all of our friends back home .. Well done team ZIN D and keep up the good work .

Stuff( specially Othman ) : he didn't know how to deal with customers he should respect the customer i request from him twice to clean my room twice but no response and he add extra value for my child and my booking is clear in booking for 3 person. No kitchen facilities you should request everything. , No hot drinks available, really the place is great but really need small touches and focus from top management
• Christopher (1/5): Worst hotel experience of my life—AVOID THIS HOTEL - Nothing This was the worst hotel experience of my life. From the moment I arrived, I had continuous issues with the hotel rooms, facilities, and manager. Despite deciding to leave after only 7 nights of my 43-night original reservation due to the numerous problems, the hotel refused to refund me any of the balance and insisted on charging the full amount for all 43 nights. I am currently disputing these charges after my good faith offer to pay the hotel for the 7 nights I did stay was rejected without consideration. I cannot recommend strongly enough to AVOID this hotel. The first room I was placed in, Room 212, had the following issues: - Strong odor of cigarettes and exhaust even after leaving windows open all day over multiple days to ventilate the room. I actually woke up in the middle of the night with difficulty breathing. (I do not smoke and am here in Turkey for medical treatment.) - Broken plugs stuck in the outlet next to the bed, preventing me from using the outlet. - Requested extra towels on 3 separate occasions. They were never delivered. - No silverware (cups, forks, spoons) available in room. Only delivered upon request. The second room, Room 801, had the following issues: - Water for shower repeatedly went cold 1-2 minutes into the shower and remained cold for 2-3 minutes until I turned off the shower. This happened on the first morning I woke up in the room. I reported the issue to management, and it was fixed the next time I showered that evening. The following morning the issue returned, and the maintenance personnel was again dispatched to the room. - There is no washer in the room, which was listed as one of the amenities available for the room I booked. When changing rooms from 212 to 801, it was explained that I could use a different washer elsewhere in the hotel, but it was never shown to me or explained where the washer is and whether it is safe to leave my clothes in a public area. - Bed is extremely hard and uncomfortable.
• Ctibor (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel is close to the metro station. The room was clean. There is also possible to use swimming pool in the hotel. The staff was helpful. There is also a supermarket nearby. To Sabiha Gokcen airport it is possible to travel by metro with one change from there. I was satisfied with my stay here.

• Krm (5/5): Passable - This building has a good view and is quiet. Secure parking The noise from the next unit can be clearly heard from the bathroom and toilet. It was very dirty, but after complaining, two workers came and cleaned it up a bit. There are no kitchen utensils unless you ask at the reception. The TV system was very old. It didn't have YouTube and couldn't do screen mirroring.
