• Louis (6/5): Bien mais pour le prix y a vraiment mieux que ce soit en terme de placement et d’équipement surtout à Lugano - Surtout spacieux et lumineux Un manque de vaisselle pour la cuisine très peu de plats, casseroles, et assiettes ce qui oblige de beaucoup laver (lave vaisselle ou pas) Pour ce qui est du spa mentionné dans l’annonce il est sur une terrasse en rooftop qui semble agréable mais qui dépourvu total d’aménagement et de « chaleur ». Par ailleurs, le spa était indisponible pour nous (on l’apprends seulement en arrivant) et je pense qu’il n’a pas vu l’eau depuis un moment vu l’état sous la bâche. On nous a d’ailleurs promis une télécommande pour la télé qui n’est jamais arrivé du coup pas moyen de faire marché la télé du séjour. Et par dessus le propriétaire passe par une agence pour s’occuper du bien, faut qu’il pense à changer de métier c’est une catastrophe….

• Iza (10/5): Apartament bardzo ładny, ale początek z zameldowaniem, zabrał nam prawiem - Apartament jest wspaniały, dużo przestrzeni, światła, to co lubię Odbiór i zameldowanie straszne. Wszystkie potrzene informacje można było uzupełnić podczas zakupu ipłatności za wynajęcie. Administrator podaje fałszywy numer lokalu. Zamista 25 podawany jest 24,ktorego fizycznie nie ma. Zarządzający obiektem, nie odbierają telefenu, jeśli już odbiorą ,to mówią tylko po włosku i słabo po angielsku. Link z rządaniem danych nocujących, otrzymałam w dniu przyjazdu,jakby nie można go bylo wysłać wcześniej.

• Nicola (4/5): - Grosszügige Wohnung mit guter Lage. Whirlpool ist anscheinend nur im Hochsommer im Betrieb, obwohl diesbezüglich kein Hinweis in der Buchung versehen war (lediglich etwas verstecktes aus 2025 bei wichtige Hinweise) und daran wurde auf Nachfrage auch nichts geändert. Wir hatten die Wohnung auch wegen dem Whirlpool gebucht. Viele kleine Schäden innerhalb der Wohnung und eine unzureichend ausgerüstete Küche.

• Frans (9/5): - Het is een prachtig appartement op een goede locatie met een mooi uitzicht. Het dakterras erbij is heerlijk. Niets, alleen zou een goede stofzuiger handig zijn.
• Fabienne (9/5): Familienurlaub - Die Nähe zum Bahnhof unddie Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, super ausgestattet und gemütlich. Es gibt einen grossen Balkon mit viel Sonne welcher zum verwilen einlädt. Leider war es nicht sehr sauber auf dem Boden. Wir fanden die Betten nicht so bequem, zu weich.

• Sarah (8/5): Grosszügige, gut ausgestattete Wohnung an Top-Lage - Der Standort war super zentral in der Nähe vom Bahnhof, so dass wir mit dem Zug anreisen konnten. Wir haben täglich mit dem Ticino Ticket per ÖV (Gratis) Ausflüge unternommen zum Beispiel zum Monte Generoso (30%) oder Monte Tamaro (20%). Das Stadtzentrum ist ein Spaziergang entfernt. Die Wohnung ist gross mit 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer mit Regenduschen und Whirlpool sowie grosser Terrasse ausgestattet. Eine Etage höher ist eine zusätzliche sehr grosse Terrasse mit Sitzbereichen, Whirlpool und Ausblick auf die Berge für den Privatgebrauch nutzbar. Wir wurden ausführlich ein Tag vor Ankunft über das Check-In (Schlüssel per Code hinterlegt) informiert und der Gastgeber hat immer sehr schnell über Booking-Nachrichten unsere Anliegen beantwortet. Wir hatten eine super tolle Zeit, jedoch gibt es zwei Abzüge: Der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse konnte nicht geheizt werden. Wir konnten ihn jedoch trotzdem nutzen, da wir das Wasser mit der Sonne auf 25 Grad aufwärmen konnten, was jedoch auch ziemlich kalt ist für einen Whirlpool und die Matratzen fanden wir nicht so bequem.
• Mihai Dima (9/5): Nice property, bad checkin/checkout experience - Very nice apartment, new furniture and facilities, 15 mins walk to the city centre Checkin process where you need to provide a lot of personal information, including pictures of ID (!), you need to clean the apartment yourself, you need to free the apartment at the absurd 10 am time. The apartment is at floor 4 btw, in the instructions you don't receive this information.

• ByaderB (6/5): - Has all necessities. The landlord was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. During checkout, we were only one hour late and had offered to pay extra and even have our own housekeeper assist theirs so the apartment would be ready well before the next guests (who were due 5–6 hours later). Instead of accepting our offers, she shouted at us and wanted to kick us out, and unnecessarily called the police. This behavior completely ruined the end of our stay.
• Kaushal (6/5): Stay was good but the lack of directions and poor/slow communication and the crib situation just made the stay less - It was spacious, very well built and decorated. Less about the property, more about the host. No clear instructions and beyond delayed response from host on details. We could not figure out how to get into the garage for parking as the fob/key wasn’t working as the video showed. The crib for baby was so hard as there was no mattress in the crib and just some light blankets for the base in place of the crib - this is not okay! There were no details shared about wifi and we had to go looking for details. Details on garbage disposal on checkout was left inside the garbage area and we looked at the print out there just out of curiosity and saw that it said that we HAD to take out the trash on checkout and drop it downstairs or we’d get charged CHF 100 for it. I mean are they trying to trick us into missing that and then charging us CHF 100?!?
