• Michelle (10/5): Lux stay in our favourite apartment in Broadbeach - We have stayed before with you and the ease of booking and key pickup is great and also lots of communication before we arrived. This time not sure if it was same room it seemed to have had a refresh of paint, bathrooms grout etc cleaned and two easy chairs in the lounge making it so much more comfortable. Little things were also improved this stay - huge awesome TV! a bottle of dishwashing liquid, a couple of extra laundry powders, lots of hangers, a drying rack with pegs was so, so appreciated and the amazing lounge chairs on the balcony was blissful. The unit was spotless and we cant wait to come back! Only a suggestion - 2 beach towels we could have washed and left clean would have been a bonus.

• Gerard (9/5): - Very happy with the hosts and the place at Avani, it had beautiful ocean views and the apartment itself was perfect for my wife and two children and I. Would definitely stay again, great place.

• Karen (10/5): 4 females 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms plenty of room. - Location was quite central. Close to shopping and beach. Didn’t use facilities but looked good. Connection to wi-fi was hard to achieve. Lounge suite could do with a make over. Not enough room for 4 to sit comfortably.

• Michelle (10/5): A Relaxing, enjoyable spacious apartment in Broadbeach. - The hosts Alba and team at Couper and Co were so welcoming, communicative and allowed us to store our bags. They also solved a wee issue we had promptly and nicely and unlike another bad experience we have had with other companies not being contactable they were always at hand locally in Broadbeach - this is of huge value. The apartment was spacious and comfortable the bed was really comfortable and location exceptional. We so enjoyed the pool and the The Beach Club restaurant downstairs. Nothing we were very happy and would love to return !!

• Pamela (6/5): Very enjoyable but some things need updating. - Location was perfect and close to many facilities. The lounge was extremely uncomfortable and needs replacing. The carpets and rug are very worn and need replacing. The outdoor table only has 2 chairs so doesn't cater for 4 people. There was no clothes airer to hang washed clothes that couldn't be put in clothes dryer.

• Carole (7/5): Good - The glass doors and patio are very dirty cutlery and cooking utilities need a good clean I would not use them cleaner could do a better job I think that they think if it smells like bleach it's clean and could leave some cleaning products in the cupboard needs lounge fixing zip is broken

• Matthew (9/5): Short Combined Family/ Work getaway in a great location. - Location is perfect, easy access to the level we stayed in, clean and comfortable Air conditioning seemed not to cool to the temperature we would have preferred, not sure if we were doing anything wrong and there was no remote control for 2nd TV, not a big issue for us but we looked everywhere!

• Carlo (7/5): I would go back for the location and amenities. - Staff were friendly and the location is great. The pool and bbq area was great but pool needs some tiles replaced badly. Beds and bedding were very average. Should have more warm blankets or doonas in winter. Pillows were awful. The shower head in seperate bathroom was awful too.
• Cutler (7/5): Good - The location was great, could park the car and walk everywhere. The apartment was clean. There were a few things that required updating in the apartment. I have suggested to supply a drying rack for clothes and extra blankets. TV remote was missing in the bedroom and the wifi was a bit hit and miss.

• Trevor (8/5): Pleasant room, good location, neat and clean but requires attention. - We arrived a few hours before check in and was unable to leave our luggage at the propert. Fortunately the property manager agreed for us to drop our cases at their property but in all it was a bit of a nuisance.
• Carissa (3/5): Worst place to book and stay - Didn't like the cleanliness of the shower could see scum on the walls, the shower head needs replacing as it just comes out like a normal tap and doesn't spray. dishes needed to be washed before using as they felt like they were just wash by hand with no soap as they smelt, still crumbs in the cupboard from previous people. Dusty in each room ,toilet area had unclean walls and floors. Smelled like each room had no chemicals used to clean with!! Stale smell throughout. Beds are old and very hard ,worst nights sleep. We both got stys in our eye from the dust. The blankets were so small and skimpy for winter time, this added to a terrible night sleep. Doors to balcony don't even lock. Carpark was used by someone. Will not be staying here again.

• Ireene (10/5): Will definitely return and would highly recommend! - Room was great, comfortable & modern. Great ocean views and of the pool area. Location perfect 100%. Pool area & spa was not too busy, very relaxing - was perfect. Loved the stay - thank you! Internet, was very intermittent. Realised there was an ethernet cord in the cupboard on the day we left, which may have improved it, but overall not so good. Oven & Dishwasher - need instruction manuals or thermostat is broken, burnt our delicious pie.
