• Magali (3/5): Un asco. - Lo único rescatable es la ubicación. Llegaron 7 min antes de mi check-in a "limpiar". Esta ubicado en un sótano con olor a cementerio. Cucarachas, baño sucio. Restos de comida de inquilinos anteriores debajo de la cama. El dueño tiene un trato muy desagradable con sus huespedes, un irrespetuoso.
• Guest (6/5): On the whole, stayed comfortably. - Absolutely good location and connectivity to metro and buses. It would have been wonderful to include breakfast like any other accommodations. Clearer instructions on how to open or access the lock box after the code is entered. Mosquitos were biting all the time. A micro wave may be helpful for those who refrigerate food.

• Ayala (10/5): Exceptional - I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Athens. Everything was exactly as described. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location is excellent – close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, which made it very easy to explore the city. Thank you so much for your hospitality – it made my stay in Athens very pleasant and memorable. I would definitely recommend this apartment .
• Anonymous (1/5): WORST stay in Plaka district - Nothing! Horrible is a good start with describing this place We checked into the studio last night to fine it quite dirty. Kitchen and bathroom needed to be cleaned. Towels were not fresh and smelled of mildew. The washing machine flooded the bathroom and we had to use the only 2 towels provided to mop up the floor. The bedside lamp was broken, the oven door handle was broken. The only window was broken, would not latch and was nearly falling off the casing, we worried the window would fall off in the night. Property manager was difficult to contact. We left the location walking several hours to find other accommodation. We made the bed, removed all of our trash and vacated at 11 am returning the key to the lock box. Leaving the location cleaner than we found it 14 hour after check in. Requesting refund

• George (2/5): Very dirty - Only the location It was very very dirty,used sheets and towels, the floor and carpet very dirty, the bathroom was also dirty...the shower was disgusting really..i was lucky because I had my own sheets and towels.🤢 Only perfect location guys

• Viacheslav (9/5): This apartment good for staying couple nights in there - The apartment was great. Clean, comfort, with main facilities for comfort staying. Exceptional location in heart of Athens, easily to find It was hard to find a key. Poor explanation without photos or other tips. But I managed to find it with Vasilis' help (neighbour who lives up there)
• Isabelle (1/5): Horrible - Nothing **Rating: 1/5 - Warning: Do Not Book!** I strongly advise everyone against booking this accommodation. The place is infested with enormous cockroaches, some measuring up to 5 cm! The entire property is extremely dirty, with garbage and old, discarded furniture, like mattresses, piled up in front of the house. The accommodation itself is in a basement and is absolutely unbearable to stay in. It is truly a nightmare; you might as well expect to be bitten by these massive cockroaches. Adding to the frustration, the owners are completely unresponsive and refuse to issue any refunds. They have also ignored multiple attempts from customer service at the booking platform to resolve this issue. In summary, this is a very, very bad place. I cannot stress enough: avoid this place at all costs!
• Doron (8/5): Simple, basic and comfortable stay, great value for money for the price we paid. - The apartment within walking distance to all the great vibes of Athens lively city center. Easy check-in and well equiped. Towels, full featured kitchen and cold water in the fridge + quiet A/C Better to change the Wi-Fi network name and password to something which is easier to connect to and place a note so it will be clear. Also remove the items which are not needed for guests.
