• Ewa (10/5): - Bardzo bardzo wygodny apartament. Mimo, że niektóre sprzęty i rozwiązania nie są do końca wygodne (ekipa remontowa mogła się bardziej postarać przy remoncie łazienki w sypialni...), to mieszkanie jest super wyborem na nawet dłuższy pobyt w przepięknym Wiedniu. Super rozwiązaniem są dwie osobne łazienki i toaleta w osobnym pomieszczeniu, gdy w mieszkaniu zatrzyma się więcej osób. Kontakt z personelem apartamentu jest łatwy, a informacje wejścia do mieszkania bardzo klarowne. Okolica jest wspaniała, z dużą ilością zieleni, świetną architekturą i dużą ilością fajnych knajpek. Super dojazd do centrum i innych dzielnic Wiednia. Stare kamienice mają swój niezaprzeczalny urok, ale kosztem wystroju warto poprawić funkcjonalność i jakość armatury w łazience. Poza tym wszystko super.

Cela aurait mérité d avoir un peu plus de vaisselle, car avec un lave-vaisselle on utilise plus de choses
• Cornelia (8/5): - Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, warm und hat ein schönes Bad mit Bodenheizung. Die Küche bietet ausreichend Utensilien sowie eine Spülmaschine. Es fehlen ein Klopapierhalter sowie Handtuchhalter. Die Betten sind etwas durchgelegen, ansonsten aber bequem.

• Sabrina (7/5): Insgesamt ist die Wohnung funktional eingerichtet, könnte aber etwas mehr Liebe zum Detail vertragen. - Gute und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Die Lage ist praktisch, da öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Parkhäuser gut erreichbar sind. Die Wohnung war sauber, hell und relativ ruhig. Es gibt zwar zwei Badezimmer, allerdings nur eine Toilette - das wäre vor der Buchung eine Hilfreiche Information. Das offene Badezimmer zu einem der Schlafzimmer ist etwas unpraktisch, da es dadurch im Bad eher kühl oder im Schlafzimmer schnell zu warm werden kann. Die Küche ist vorhanden, aber sehr einfach ausgestattet. Für ein gemeinsames Frühstück reicht es, zum Kochen ist sie eher weniger geeignet. Der einzige Fernseher befindet sich in einem der Schlafzimmer. Ein Radio oder eine Musikbox wäre ebenfalls eine schöne Ergänzung. Für vier Erwachsene sind die gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten zudem etwas knapp.

• Ina (9/5): Приятна автентична сграда, чист и просторен апартамент със само една тоалетна. - Апартамента е в Автентична Виенска сграда на много спокойна улица. Апартамента разполага с много комфортни две спални и две бани, подходящи за удобно настаняване на 4 души, но има само една тоалетна. Това ни изненада неприятно. Също и разположението на тоалетната в средата на антрето, където не се чувстваш удобно и усамотено.

• Eduard (9/5): Highly recommended — comfortable and very well-located - The apartment is in an excellent location in Vienna — close to the BELLA shopping center, several nice cafés, and a very good Persian restaurant. The metro station is about a ten-minute walk away, which makes the place very convenient. The apartment itself is spacious, warm, and fully equipped with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable, which is especially appreciated after a long day exploring the city. Overall, the apartment is highly recommended — comfortable, well-located, and perfect for a stay in Vienna. --- Die Wohnung liegt in einer guten Lage in Wien – ganz in der Nähe gibt es das Einkaufszentrum BELLA, mehrere gemütliche Cafés und ein sehr gutes persisches Restaurant. Die U-Bahn ist in etwa zehn Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, was die Wohnung besonders praktisch macht. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr geräumig, warm und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Betten sind äußerst bequem, was nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt wirklich geschätzt wird. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr empfehlenswert – komfortabel, gut gelegen und ideal für einen Aufenthalt in Wien. A small downside: the windows of one bedroom face a construction site, so it gets noisy from around 7 a.m. However, this is only a temporary issue. --- Ein kleiner Nachteil: Die Fenster eines Schlafzimmers gehen auf eine Baustelle hinaus, und ab sieben Uhr morgens ist es dort leider laut. Das ist jedoch nur ein vorübergehendes Problem.

• Herbie (7/5): Overall it was ok and served a purpose, a bit expensive for the standard of accommodation. - Really easy to find and gain access, spacious and good location. There is only one TV and that’s in one of the bedrooms so not ideal if you want to relax for a little bit after exploring all day and such a shame as the dining/living area is huge so would be a great place to relax. Only one toilet even though it’s listed as two bathrooms. Simple things like hooks for towels etc don’t exist, some wear and tear that needs sorting too. Also there is a safe in the main bedroom which we asked about and was told there was no safe, we were looking straight at the safe so there was definitely one there but just no instructions on how to use it and no one could help with how to use this so we just persisted with carrying our valuables around with us every time we went out.
