And the room was everything we needed. Our only thing that I was disappointed in was it don’t have clothes washing facility in the room. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

• Kabir (10/5): Great views - amazing location - Amazing city views, close to great restaurants, and super convenient for the Australian Open since we could just walk there. The host was really attentive too. Honestly, no complaints at all.

• Anne (7/5): Great location, great views. - Yes we had clear instructions to collect the keys from the local IGA store no problems. The views were amazing. The kitchen was well stocked. It is in an awesome location. Our host was generous enough to arrange early check-in. I found that a bit of love to bring the accommodation to "Opulent " the walls are smeared and not very clean, the bathroom clearly had some water issues in the past and the mould in the shower. A washer dryer would have made it amazing. It's a nice enough apartment but not my idea of Opulent. We have stayed in some wonderful places 4 and 5 stars... they were Opulent.

• Julija (8/5): Generally everything was good. - Great location, quite comfortable and well equipped. We experienced problems with wifi on TV and could not watch YouTube, the light in the hallway was out, the room could be cleaned better.
• Trudy M (9/5): I would definitely stay again. - The apartment was conveniently located between Southbank and the Crown Casino. Easy walk to Flinders Street station. IGA across the road. Views were amazing. Many eateries from casual takeaway to fine dining. Apartment was spacious and well appointed with all the amenities that we needed. Foyer was manned 24/7 so we could ask for directions or other information. The bed was very comfortable but a bit smaller than we were expecting.

Could do with a bit of a revamp, especially bathroom area. Definitely not worth the money we spent, we decided to splash out on ourselves, but we’re a little let down

• Grant (7/5): The location is fabulous and we appreciated the extra bits and pieces. - Breakfast was not Inc;lured. There was no one there to meet us, so we had to phone the owner for someone to arrive to let us in. We had to hang around waiting for them to arrive. We only had 2 bath towels for a 9 day stay with no washing facilities. It was a hassle getting two more.

The appliances and facilities were top-notch, making our stay of close to 4 weeks very comfortable. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. Ricki was a wonderful host and he reached out to check if everything was okay, which made us feel truly cared for and welcomed. Overall, it was a perfect stay with everything exceeding our expectations.

• Lisa (8/5): Fantastic for short stays - Great location - across the road from the casino, 10 minute walk to the heart of the city, and to the railway station, on top of restaurants, IGA but very quiet. Very clean and well appointed unit. Excellent views down to the bay. The apartment was well appointed but did not have a washing machine. Given I had the place for a month, this was an issue. There is a laundromat 10 minutes walk but it's not particularly easy, especially for ensuring I have clean towels and bedding. I was given a free clean once in the stay but having 5 towels and no spare bedding is hard to manage without a washing machine and dryer for such a long stay - obviously not an issue for shorter stays. Also the air conditioner could not be adjusted and I found it quite warm, especially as the apartment gets the full afternoon sun

The apartment is in a fantastic location and very well appointed meeting all of our needs. A lovely touch included having the basic condiments for cooking available and some snacks & biscuits. We would definitely like to stay again. The noise from the lift is a little annoying late in the evening & first thing in the morning. The Airconditioning temperature is difficult to adjust.

We stayed for 10 days so would have preferred washer and dryer in unit. Seems pricier than other like accomodation eg. others 2 bedroom for same price or include washer /dryer.

• Kelly (9/5): Magical views and cozy apartment stay on the Southbank! - Views were amazing, communication was excellent prior to and as part of check in on arrival. Location was great, a short walk to city centre and lots of options on the Southbank for food and entertainment/activities. Room was clean and had everything we needed. We would stay again! Recommend taking earplugs if you're a light sleeper - could hear the trains from across the river, and the building lifts were near the room, so background noise mostly, but more noticeable at night. Would've been handy to have bag storage available onsite, though we found a storage option near the Southern Cross Station which was an OK alternative.

The personal touches were everywhere and I loved it. Whenever I head back to Melbourne, I hope I can stay here again! The value for the location and property was astounding too!

It was very clean , modern and there were magic sunsets everyday in between the surrounding buildings . It’s within close walking distance to the trams and there were a multitude of great restaurants that you could walk to. Rikki was very communicative and helpful during the stay as well . Highly recommend this place in Melbourne. It was very safe and Rikki even surprised us with a bottle of nice red Shiraz and some tasty treats to welcome us.

• Jonathon (4/5): Great location......noisy lifts - Excellent location - in a modern unit. Lots of nice touches, bottle of wine on arrival, chocolates on the pillows. The apartment backs onto the lift, with a constant whirring noise of the lifts going up and down that can be heard at all hours.
