David (3/5): Would not stay again because of smell and restrictive rules. - Excellent Location. Basic clean, simple room. Rules were inflexible, even store luggage for 30 minutes. The bathroom smelled bad.

Brett (8/5): Loved AZABU-JUBAN - The apartment was clean, new, quiet and comfortable. Close to 7-11 and grocery stores. The size was good for my family traveling with 3 children. We loved the location with lots of shopping, restaurants and the train is very close by. My children enjoyed the park across the street. If I’m being picky and comparing other Japan properties. There was only one small mirror and it was in the shower so it was a challenge for multiple people to use the mirror to get ready. A full length mirror would be helpful. There is also no place to put toiletries in the bathroom like toothbrushes combs etc. There is no plug near the mirror because it’s in the shower, so it’s difficult if you use an electric hair straightener or curling iron. I also requested more towels and did not hear from the host. The building and area felt safe but the elevator to the building was not secured by a door or passcode.
