• Johanna (8/5): Großzügiges und komfortables Hotel in zentraler Lage. - Hotel in zentraler Lage mit Retro-Charme. Große Zimmer mit sehr guten Betten und großzügigem Bad. Reichhaltiges Frühstück.

• Christoph (5/5): - Zuerst nur für eine Person Hergerichtet gewesen (Bettzeug + Handtücher) dann als „Entschädigung“ ein besseres Zimmer bekommen. Beim bessere Zimmer hat die Klima nicht funktioniert. Als wir das abgesprochen hatten hieß es nur: Ja wissen wir. Haben sich schon einige beschwert. Die Zimmer müssen erst renoviert werden. Es war sehr heiß und wir konnten nicht schlafen.

• ulrike (7/5): - Schönes Hotel - schöne Zimmer Haben zuerst falsches Zimmer bekommen, nur ein Bett etc. An der Rezeption war dann telefonisch mehrfach niemand erreichbar obwohl Rezeptionistin da war. Haben das bestellte Babybett erst auf weitere Bitten bekommen und als wir abends ins Zimmer kamen war dann zwar Babybett aber keine Bettwäsche dafür gebracht worden.

• Svatopluk (7/5): Pekny hotel na super miste. Nefunkcni k´ima a nepozivatelne jidlo (vecer). - Lokalita, čistota, personal Klimatizace nechladila, jen vrcela ! Venku vedro, na pokoji tim padem take. Za cenu tohoto hotelu je nefunkcni klima neprijatelna ! Restaurace pekna, jidlo strasne !

• Edvguru (7/5): Gutes Hotel für Ausflüge in der Umgebung - Standort war sehr praktisch. Mehrere Lokale in fußweite erreichbar. Bar Außenbereich und Innenbereich top. Frühstück war ok. Betten könnten etwas weicher sein. Mehr Infos beim einchecken bzgl. Abendessen, Wellnessbereich oder Parkkosten. Man musste alles erfragen.

• Picea111 (7/5): - Solides Hotel, fußläufig zur Innenstadt von St. Pölten gelegen. Garage direkt beim Hotel. Fitnessbereich wird erst um 8:00 Uhr geöffnet. Das ist eindeutig zu spät, wenn man vor dem Frühstück Morgensport betreiben will. Frühstücksraum war überfüllt - da hätte man den abgesperrten Bereich öffnen sollen.

• Jillian (9/5): The best hotel in town! - The location of this hotel was perfect. It was very close to the train station and just adjacent to HTL St. Polten, where we were attending a 5-day event. We booked at the last minute, and we were thankful they had 4 rooms available for our group. The view from the top floor was very nice, and we also liked having a balcony. The staff was helpful and spoke English. They even offered to translate for us when making a call to a company that had no English speakers. This is a rather large hotel, and it has facilities for those events. The breakfast was nice to have each day, good but not great. We also ate dinner there one night and enjoyed our meals. Walking distance to everything, including the main square where we often ate. A nicely landscaped park across the street with spring flowers. The rooms had very little ventilation, so we left the large sliding door open all day and night for fresh air. Based on our other experiences during this trip, this seems to be a common problem in Austria and Europe in general. Breakfast could have been a little better. I wish they had laundry facilities.

• Anja (10/5): (Fast) alles bestens! - Schönes Zimmer mit Kühlschrank. Die bestellte kalte Platte war sehr lecker und hat für zwei Abende gereicht. Schöne Sauna mit tollem Blick über die Stadt. Kommunikation im Vorfeld hat mir gut gefallen. Das Frühstück hat noch Luft nach oben: an beiden Tagen musste ich erst Personal suchen, um Probleme an der Kaffeemaschine zu beheben. Am ersten Tag hat die Milch gefehlt, auch hier musste ich fragen. Leider waren die verschiedenen Aufstriche und Süßspeisen nicht beschriftet, das macht es schwierig für Menschen mit Allergien.

• Elisabeth (9/5): Optimale Lage - Ich habe dort schon öfter übernachtet, weil die Lage in der Nähe des Landestheaters optimal ist. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer groß und sauber, ich war damit wieder sehr zufrieden. Ebenso mit dem Frühstücksangebot.

One thing is number of towels - I know that it is a cost for hotel, but two towels is low, when one is wet, at the morning you have to dry yourself with wet towel, it is no pleasure. And, by the way, heater in bathroom was off, so no chance to dry towels during night. Second thing is invoice - I paid by booking and in Reception got invoice only for local tax and parking. After coming back asked for invoice for rooms by mail. It took forever and from mails exchange had a feeling that there is nobody taking my request seriously on other side. Unpleasant situation, I really do not have time to send reminders for invoice.

• Hermann (9/5): Wir werden wieder mal da Übernachten. - Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr gut. Die Fussgänger Zone von St .Pölten ist drei Minuten vom Hotel. Sehr Ruhige Zimmer. Das Frühstück war immer sehr gut,es war alles vorhanden was mann so braucht um in den Tag zu Starten. Grosse Garage für,s Auto.

• Michael (8/5): - Geräumige Zimmer, alles sauber, schönes Hotel, tolles Frühstück in schönem Ambiente. Das Zentrum ist in 5min zu Fuß erreichbar, war optimal für das Landestheater Wir wollten ein Doppelbett, es waren aber nur zwei Einzelbetten zusammengestellt und nicht fixiert, der Spalt wurde immer größer. Ist nur für Paare die sich eh nicht mögen :)
