Doncaster (7/5): - The pool and leisure facilities. As it is a private let within a complex, you are unable to access some benefits. Ie. Couldn't order bread in a morning. There are no shops nearby. I think this should be pointed out when booking.

Claire (8/5): Fabulous apartment with great facilities but location (when skiing) too far from main mountain - Fabulous apartment Excellent facilities Super clean V helpful and great communication with host Location too far from main Planai station and no local shops to walk to. Main village a 20/30 minute walk away up and down a hill. Do able when not in ski season. But too much after a day of skiing. Taxi journey only 5 mins but not overly reliable taxi service.

Richard (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very new, very clean and very well equipped. The location is also very good and close to the slope and ski-bus. The host was very friendly and helpful. There is no room to dry the ski and snowboard shoes. We had to bring the shoes into our apartment to dry, which is a smelly business. It was very tedious to get the access code on arrival with the virtual check-in.
Andras (7/5): Good - Very well equipped, renovated, modern, clean apartment. Everything new and practical. 5 minutes by car from Planai West ski lift. 1) Central heating did not provide enough warmth, especially in the main bedroom. It was also very loud. It seemed the heating system was not renovated. We had to use a portable heater that we found in the apartment. I guess we were not the first. 2) To ski in and out you need to walk quite a lot. We decided to use car instead.
