Cortinas rasgadas, sujas,emboladas,buraco na porta e na parede,sem secador como aparece na foto,s/ utensílios que aparecem na foto,lixeira enferrujada,não avisaram que eu teria que providenciar saco de lixo, papel higiênico . Sujos os móveis , paredes e espelhos. Micro muito alto, perigo de derramar ao retirar. + 1 panela seria bom.Controle TV s/ capa p/ as pilhas que não paravam e também não estavam encaixando bem ,tive que usar faça p/ arrumar. O controle estava sobre a cama ao chegar, este c/ a pilha sobre a cama ! Óbvio que viram e não se importaram . Depois de 2 dias arrumaram as pilhas e não vedaram a traseira !!!!! Não havia percebido que o sobrelençol estava na cama já que foi esticado como um lençol! Perguntei pelo WhatsApp e não responderam !! Se quisesse usar + travesseiros, estavam sem fronha !!!! Não indico !!!
- Chrysi (2/5): Very poor - 1) The property had a balcony. 2) There was a gym and a pool in the building. 3) Good water pressure. 1) The host was extremely rude. It was 38 C degrees (100 F). We told him that the A/C doesn't work and he said 'we've never had any complaints, change your check out date and find somewhere else to stay if you don't like it'. Kept saying he speaks Spanish but would only reply in Portuguese. 2) Our towels were dirty with orange stains. 3) The shower was not clean. 4) The blanket smelled bad. 5) The dishes were dirty and we only had 1 wine glass and 1 water glass for 2 people. 6) No ventilation in the bathroom so the room would have so much humidity all the time. 7) Both sinks kept getting clogged. 8) The toilet seat was broken. 9) The A/C wasn't working. 10) Very dangerous location - full of homeless and junkies. Couldn't walk around and only used Uber. 11) No one speaks anything other than Portuguese. Thankfully a guy helped us check in because the reception stuff wasn't helpful.
