The host gave good restaurant recommendations and responded quickly on WhatsApp. The initial drive up to the building was a little shocking. There should be a photograph of the exterior in the advertisement. It was not clearly marked. We were not met by the host but he did respond quickly via WhatsApp. It is worth noting, the breakfast included is at a cafe next to the building and included 1 cappuccino and 1 pastry.

• Guest (4/5): Bonne localisation mais ne reprendrai pas ce logement. - L'emplacement était idéal pour visiter Naples, à proximité des restaurants et de la mer. Le logement était propre et bien entretenu. La communication était très difficile avec l'hôte, nous sommes arrivées porte close sans aucune instruction. Après 2 heures d'attentes et plusieurs appels sans réponse, nous avons demandé à l'hôtel d'à côté de le joindre, et avons enfin réussi à rentrer. Le petit déjeuner était donné par un bar / resto en bas du logement. Le choix était un peu limité (soit expresso soit cappuccino + 1 croissant) le reste était à notre charge. La fonction spa de la baignoire ne fonctionnait malheureusement pas. Mauvaise gestion de la part du propriétaire qui a donné les codes d'accès de notre chambre à deux nouvelles clientes car il s'était trompé de chambre. Ce n'est pas le fun de voir arriver dans sa chambre à 22h des inconnus ! Pour couronner le tout, il nous a demandé de lui mettre un 10/10 en évaluation en échange d'un rabais sur les taxes de séjour.

• Simone (10/5): - La camera è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa! Spaziosa, accogliente e impeccabilmente pulita, ha superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative. L’arredamento è semplice ma curato, con dettagli che fanno sentire subito a casa. Il letto è comodo, la luce naturale abbondante e l’atmosfera davvero rilassante. Ideale sia per un soggiorno breve che per una permanenza più lunga. Consigliatissima!

• Larissa (10/5): Excellent stay, highly recommend! - This was absolutely the best stay of our trip. Very nicely appointed and expertly decorated. The room was very clean and all the furnishings and fixtures were modern and high quality. Good location with access to different areas of the city. Nice neighborhood with several cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, good grocery store, etc in close proximity. The host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend, we will definitely stay there again.
• Clinton (10/5): Great stay in Naples! - We loved the cleanliness of our beautiful high ceiling room. It had a big bathtub with jets and the entire bathroom and bedroom were very spacious. We slept amazing but if you are sensitive to some noise you might want to bring earplugs because the room/window is facing the street. The breakfast was so-so.

De los mejores barrios y más nivel de Nápoles, cerca del mar y de muchos restaurantes. Apartamento es funcional, con los servicios básicos, y el desayuno, es un café con croissant en el bar de debajo. El edificio es lo que dicen las descripciones, absolutamente por reformar y patio mete miedo, pero al final es parte del encanto de Nápoles y de esos edificios viejos. Nuestro apartamento era interior y por lo tanto no había ruido. Anfitrión bien, y atendió cualquier problema. Pero es necesario que de las indicaciones de llegada antes. El edificio. Desayuno.

• Mario (10/5): Toccata e fuga a Napoli - A due passi dal lungomare e da Piazza Plebiscito, camera ristrutturata da poco. Abbiamo avuto un disguido con l’acqua calda della doccia prontamente risolto dall’host Salvatore, molto cordiale e disponibile: ci ha fatto trovare anche le sfogliatelle per colazione. Parcheggio molto comodo in garage a 20 metri. Il palazzo esternamente sarebbe da ristrutturare perché architettonicamente bello.

Room was clean and it was quiet at night. Good location and places for breakfast right outside the building. We never met the owner and needed help getting into our from our neighbor who spoke Italian (she was staying in the accomodation next door). The worst thing was the entrance to the room. You walked into a dark and decrepit courtyard with an elevator for one with one bag. It was so dingy that when we were returning from dinner one night, we didn't want our friends to see where we were staying.

• Hichem (4/5): Disappointing - The location is the best thing. Followed by proximity to many good restaurants and the sea. The location is outstanding. The host was responsive. The noise was terrible, if you want a quiet property, that's not for you. The host didn't not provide the entry code ahead of time. When I arrived, I had to wait to get him on the phone. The same day, he showed up at 9 p.m, I was asleep after 17 hours flight. I woke up with a huge noise of someone trying to force the door. That is inadmissible. I couldn't sleep after. He had me on whatuspp, wouldn't be easier to ask before coming to the room and trying to get in that way!!! The host didn't provide any info, I had to ask about the wifi password, about where to get breakfast, and how to turn on the shower. That was very tricky. Breakfast was poor, with the worst coffee you can drink in Italy. If you do not stand noise, that's not a place for you, it is on a main street, with many restaurants, buses, food delivery for Market at 4 a.m, cleaners at 5 a.m, and a lot of movement from 6 a.m. I think the host is a nice person but he needs to be more professional. It would be good to create a sheet with all info his hosts need. It would also be good to avoid bothering hosts, especially at night. Napoli is the best city in the world!!

• Maria (8/5): Grazie Mille - The room had a small balcony onto Via S Lucia and its animated daily life below. Very close to the sea and the amazing view of Vesuvius. Convenient supermarket just across the road which seemed to be open everyday all day. Breakfast was arranged with the bar below the residence. Lovely fresh cornettos and coffee.
