• Jaroslaw (10/5): Excellent! - We had a fantastic stay in Dubrovnik and couldn’t recommend this apartment enough. Ivo was an incredibly responsive host throughout our trip and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, even providing extra items like an iron and ironing board upon request. He also shared some brilliant local recommendations, from places to visit to independent restaurants, which really helped us experience the area properly. The apartment itself was modern, spotless, and in a perfect location very close to the harbour, which made everything super convenient for us during this visit. We’d happily stay here again!

• Yolande (9/5): Heerlijk ruim comfortabel appartement in een local part of town. Aanrader! - Het was heerlijk ruim, superschoon, comfortabel, leuke plek in een bijzonder en authentiek zijsteegje (zie foto's), hartstikke stil, fijne communicatie met de host, goeie wifi, top om de vakantie mee af te sluiten. Er gaat regelmatig een bus naar old town, maar een uber of bolt is even duur. Toffe restaurantjes en barretjes in de buurt en een grote supermarkt. Voor de complete Dubrovnik beleving zou ik veel liever hier overnachten dan in de old town!! Hier kan de host helemaal niets aan doen, maar als deze plek een eigen buitenplek had gehad was het écht helemaal perfect. Maar verder niets op aan te merken!

Tarifs un peu chers, et difficulté pour se garer à des tarifs raisonnables dans le quartier.

• Lillian (7/5): Nice apartment that could use upgrades. Don’t think it’s kid friendly. - It was close to the port and a bus station. Old town was just a few mins away by bus. The bedding could use an upgrade, it was very old style. The toilet was oddly high, my kids had a hard time going to the bathroom alone. The couch had a weird cigarette smell. The AC unit did not cool the rooms enough for us, we slept pretty hot at night, the host told us how to set the AC and we still had an issue on the entire apartment being cool. The TV didn’t always work and you had to move the antenna around to get it to work, not very kid friendly. I think a smart tv would be so much better to entertain the kids. I usually don’t leave reviews but I see a lot of great reviews and maybe these people didn’t find issues like I did but I wouldn’t recommend for Parents with small children. I think couples would be fine but not for families.

I would sta - This apartment was great but the real star of the show was Ivo, the host. He allowed us an early check in and kept in regular contact if we had any questions and he gave us great recommendations. It was so nice to have such a helpful host. The apartment was clean and tidy and perfect for 4 (2 couples). There were plenty of towels provided. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment so you could cook your own meals if you didn’t want to eat out. The water was always hot for the showers. The beds were quite comfy and the bedrooms had great blinds to block out the sun in the morning. The air conditioning was fantastic. There was bins at the end of the road which was great instead of having bottles etc building up in the apartment. Plenty of toilet roll and cleaning supplies for the sink provided. It was in a great location just a 2 minute walk to the port and the red museum. It was very close to the Dubrovnik bus station too which was ideal for getting the bus to different towns. It was about a 10 minute Uber ride to the old town and it only cost approx €7 per trip maybe a bit more expensive if later at night but well worth it to cut out some walking ! There was a Konzum supermarket just 5 minutes walk from the apartment ( this is right infront of the bus station). And there was another supermarket (Tommy market approx 10 minutes walk away from apartment). Plenty of bars and restaurants near the port of you didn’t feel like going to the old town. I would stay here again no problem. Everything was perfect.

• Oulton (10/5): Couple of nights in Dubrovnik - Stylish, clean and well appointed apartment. Location was perfect for buses to the Old Town and to the port.....and the micro brewery around the corner! Host is brilliant, fantastic communication and really friendly. We stayed 2 nights and it was perfect! Old Town was very busy, this location is lovely and quiet and only a short easy bus ride away.
• Andrew (10/5): Stylis, modern apartment and super helpful host - Modern and stylish apartment a short walk from the ferry terminal where we arrived from Korcula. Ivo was excellent with his communication and went out of his way to provide extra information and make our stay as comfortbale as possible even though we only stayed for one night. We even booked transport to the airport with Ivo and were able to leave our luggage in the apartment for him to pick up and it was in the car for us when we left for the airport later that day. This saved us having to have any luggage with us during the day or looking for alternative storage, a really great solution which was much appreciated. We would highly recommend staying at the apartment and thank Ivo for being so helpful.
• Shaun (9/5): Wonderful place close to the new port and all the restaurants near there. - The location was at the port outside of old town but a block or two from the ferry dock. The host was very helpful. The apartment accommodated 4 in two bedrooms and was modern, clean and quiet. The host provided us a video showing how to find the apartment which is on a quiet side street. There was only one bathroom but we knew that when we booked it.

• Ana (6/5): Pleasant but not what expected - Cozy apartment, quiet. It has all things you'd need to prepare a quick, easy meal. Convenient location. The apartment has a very strong smell of cigarettes. There is a weird placement of sink, toilet, kitchen table-chairs etc. - very high placed and not proportionate with the human body which is uncomfortable. There was mentioned a patio but it was full of drying racks and stuff so you can't use it (also there was no sitting area arranged).

Air con and kitchen facilities. Could do with an outside sitting area for relaxing outside with a drink in the evening.

• Djulien (10/5): Exceptional - Really one of the best experiences we’ve made in Croatia. The apartment was very clean and had pretty much everything you’d need. And also very beautiful. You could reach the old town and the sea quickly by bus or uber or just walking there. The host Ivo welcomed us as friendly as possible, bought us beer (cheers) and helped us a lot with good tips about places to eat, drink and visit. Thanks!

Walkable to old town, across from the ports and near the bus station as well as many restaurants! No need to consider staying elsewhere! The decor is so inviting and comfortable! Ivo and his wife were amazing ! So helpful with airport pick up , food recommendations and day trips! I would stay their again and again!

• Minttu (9/5): Familytime - Location of the apartment is perfect If you want to enjoy islands nearby or go to Split with ferry. Port is only 2min away from apartment. You can go to Old Town by bus quite easily, cause bus stop is also down the street. It was nice to spend evening together in living room which had AC. Everything was clean and host helped us and treated us well. Ivo is perfect host. Theres no place to swim near. If weather is hot its always quite a struggle to manage to the beach. Also it would be nice If there was couple of chair outside to drink coffee outside at mornings.

The location is good, quite far from the old town, but there is a bus stop very close. I would go back! The parking zone there, is a bit uncomfortable, the street is so narrow, but there are many parking zones (to pay) near the area.
