- Urs (2/5): Hotel Kreisel ist gar nicht kulant und das noch am Heiligabend ! - An Weihnachten habe ich vor dem Hotel fälschlicherweise eine Doppelbuchung über Booking.com und ein self-check-In gemacht. Nach Absprache mit der Telefonistin von Kreisel Hotel, wäre es kein Problem für ein Gebührenerlass für die Zweitbuchung. Ein Paar Tagen später, nach mehre ausgetauschte Mails, weigert Hotel Kreisel den Gebührenerlass. Ich bemerke, dass am 24. Dezember 2025, das Hotel fast leer war.

- Arnaud (7/5): - very clean and easy to check-in. Booking.com was not good. I did not get an email of confirmation. I called the customer team and after 10 minutes I got someone answering. He said he would be checking and come back but nothing. I ended up going to the hotel without email confirmation. Luckily I could find my name in the self-checking process and sort it out with a machine... Not a good experience at all.
- Stefan (6/5): - Ideale Lage für meine geschäftlichen Besuche. Hatte ein Zimmer zur Nachbar-Firma, wo rund um die Uhr Aggregate gelaufen sind. Da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden, war Fenster öffnen die einzige Möglichkeit das Zimmer abzukühlen. Man konnte somit zwischen Wärme oder Geräusche wählen.
- Gaétan (6/5): - The room was clean. Everything went smoothly. The check-in proxy (although being done on a machine) went fine. I was able to get access to my room in a reasonable amount of time. I commuted thanks to the train. The station is less than 10min by foot from the hotel, which was very convenient. The only drawback was the proximity with the highway. You could hear trafic even with the window closed. It was not astonishingly loud, but still, quite annoying. Light sleepers, be warn.

- Evan_Crnl (10/5): Clean Hotel - Hôtel très propre, spacieux, lumineux, un bon endroit pour bien ce reposer, le petit déjeuner est très correct, assez varié en terme d'aliments sucrés, un peu moins au niveau des aliments salés. Sinon rien à dire c'est très simpa ! Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas d'etendoirs à linge, sinon rien à dire !

Sie waren mehr mit ihren Handys beschäftigt, als mit dem Service für die Gäste. Der Aufforderung resp. Bitte nochmals Gipfeli aufzufüllen kam sie nach.

- Jan (1/5): uz nikdy vice. - Nic V pokoji byl smrad jako kdyby tam někdo před příchodem kouřil cigarety - byly načichlé i ručníky a povlečení. Koupelna nebyla pořádně uklizená. Vedle okna je dálnice, takže tam byl neustále hluk. Brožura s pokyny a informacemi byla pouze v němčině. Žádná lednice, ustláno bylo pouze pro jednu osobu a další bylo schované ve skříni. Ubytovani uvadi tyto veci, ktere rozhodne nesplnilo - pohovka v pokoji, vyhled na hory. snidane byla hrozna - maly vyber.

Fenster konnte nicht geöffnet werden, da Mücken vorhanden waren. Sehr einfaches Frühstück. Beim Betreten des Zimmers musste ich erst mal mehrere Silberfische entfernen.

You never interact with a person upon check in. You have to use a kiosk and pay extra if you want to park. Way too expensive here for what you get

- RAQUEL (8/5): Bien para pasar la noche. - Habitación sencilla pero muy cómoda y con todas las necesidades. Ducha limpia con agua caliente y con toallas en perfecto estado. El desayuno tipo Buffet que ofrecen también está bien. El sitio donde está ubicado no es muy bonito, pero está muy cerca del hospital. El check-in automático sin problema. No me pude conectar al wifi al no tener numero suizo, la única opción que me daban era llamando a un número de teléfono también internacional. Así que no me pude conectar. Las almohadas no son muy cómodas.

- Cristina (8/5): Comfortable but too expensive for what it offers - The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. You can get to the lake, commercial center and train station pretty easy (around a 15 minutes walk). Despite being advertised as having a parking, in fact you have to pay 9CHF / day to park there. The door from the bathroom does not close and has gaps between it and the frames, which brings the intimacy to a low level. The breakfast only has 2 type of chese and 3 type of salami, a few jams and some butter. This can get very upsetting if you have a long stay and will have to eat the same breakfast every morning.
