• Ragda (1/5): We arrived to receive the apartment and it was more than dirty. Dust was everywhere. The bed covers had bed bugs on them, yellow stains, and dust, indicating they had not been cleaned for a long time. The bathroom walls and behind the toilet had mold. The carpet was dirty and had cigarette stains on it. There was a cover with urine stains on it. We could not believe what we were seeing. Even the garden outside — we found a bottle containing urine and cigarettes. We took photos of everything. The owner came and saw everything and could not deny it, yet he did not return our money, even though we left the same day and went to a hotel. We sent all the photos to Booking.com, and despite that, the service was very bad from both sides. One of the worst experiences of my life. • JUANM1983 (6/5): Descuidado - A pesar de estar alejado del centro de Londres estaba muy cerca de las paradas de autobus y metro. Y tenia varias comercios cerca para comprar cualquier cosa que se necesitara Se veia muy descuidado nada mas al entrar el pasillo estaba sucio y lleno de correspondencia como si nadie hubiese pasado en semanas. Los baños estaban llenos de moho y muy pequeños. Las toallas estaban humedas al final no se sabian si estaban limpias o no por lo que nunca las utilizamos. Las sabanas de las camas se veian sucias tuvimos que lavarlas al llegar y dormir sin nada que nos cubriera

• Yury (10/5): Excellent option to stay in London with your family - Very easy to collect keys. Great restaurants nearby - particularly Turkish cuisine (Bodrum restaurant). Guys upstairs were doing laundry at 10pm, but it was OK :)

• Michael (9/5): comfortable 2 bedroom flat in accessible part of London - Good sized kitchen (with lots of cooking equipment) and living room. 2 Good sized bedrooms with bathroom and separate toilet. Winter weather prevened use of garden but it provided an open outlook. Bus to city was in the next street with a Tesco outlet. no criticisms.
• Jo (9/5): Very comfortable and enjoyable - Clean and comfortable, generally very well equipped It needed a full length mirror for dressing. The only mirrors are on the bathroom cabinets.
