• Felipe (6/5): Complicada - Apartamento amplo e situado em boa localização de Pipa, contudo, funcionários grosseiros e atendimento da recepção deixou a desejar. Problemas com o estacionamento do Hotel. O estacionamento em questão na verdade se tratava de vagas limitadas e rotativas, e, o funcionário da hospedagem não orientou sobre a situação, inclusive causando desentendimento. Meu veículo também foi arranhado no próprio estacionamento do Hotel, e, acredito que tenha sido uma represália por parte do funcionário em questão.

• Ron (10/5): Amazing department for a vacation stay in PIpa! - The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped with everything one needs, the view to the pool is beautiful. The apartment looks exFtly like in the photos. The pool itself was also really nice and well equipped with a shower on the side which is nice. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything one needs to cook, even having a blender to make smoothies. There is a nice TV and comfortable couch, the bed is also huge. Really great and pleasant experience overall, the host took care of everything. There are drinks (beer, wine, soda) on hand in a wine cooler you can pay for which is also a nice convenience. Very nitpicky but the walk to the center is very up and down (this is not the hotel's fault) and the staff at the complex could be a bit more helpful but we don't speak Portuguese only Spanish so maybe they just didn't understand us
