• Jodi (9/5): Excellent stay, great location to Hollywood walk of fame - Excellent location, within walking distance to the Hollywood walk of fame. Staff were friendly and helpful. They had a microwave for hotel guests to use which was great. The room was big and very roomy, had plenty of room for all of out luggage. Only 2 levels. If you are on the 2nd level of your stay there is no elevator. Staff did offer and take the bags to your rooms.

• Hitansh (9/5): Good - The hotel is at a nice safe location in hollywood, close to ovation mall and many options nearby. It is not loud either, AC was good, wifi was good, staff was helpful too, available 24x7. Small snack counter in the hotel lobby too. Room was small but manageable. No view either but the location is quiet.

• Shukhratbek (9/5): Отель, который находится в нужном месте. - Расположение, расположение и ещё раз расположение. Оно перекрывает все возможные минусы отеля и номеров. В шаговой доступности от китайского театра TCL, музея мадам Тюссо, аллеи отпечатков звезд и так далее и тому подобное. Станция метро линии B тоже рядом. Номера чистые, уютные. ТВ, холодильник и даже утюг есть. В отличие от жалоб других, оставлял багаж до 17:00 - никто не просил никаких денег. В холле круглосуточно работает автомат с кофе и чаем. Бесплатный. В номерах считай нет окон, маленькое квадратное, смотрящее на стену соседнего здания - это не окно. Кондиционеры гудят как в режиме холода, так и тепла, и даже вентилятора. Приходится выбирать сон или комфорт для уха и головы. За три дня не вынесли даже мусор из номера, я понимаю когда уборку часто надо просить, но урны можно было бы почистить. Стены тонкие, слышно гостей идущих по коридору.
• Lis Chianello (8/5): Ótima localização - A localização do hotel é excelente, quarto amplo, cama confortável, tem uma máquina de café e microondas na recepção. O único ponto a ser observado pelo hotel, seria colocar ganchos no banheiro para podermos ao menos ter onde pendurar as toalhas. Isso é um pequeno detalhe, simples de resolver, que faz diferença na comodidade dos clientes.

• Eline (1/5): Horrible - When you want to leave your luggage after check out they charge a fee of $20!!!! Per suitcase. Actually so disgusting and the last thing you want to deal with at check out. So if you have a flight late at night you’re being punished. And for what? The reception is open 24/7 so it does not make any sense. I travel at least monthly for work and leisure and have never ever had a hotel ask a fee for storing my luggage after check out, anything is a cash grap for this hotel. Also in a pretty rough area so I would recommed to stay somewhere else where they can provide you a great customer service also after check out

• John (9/5): Great location at an affordable price. - Great location at an affordable price. Easy check in and out. Not a great selection of food and drink to purchase. The thin walls and ceilings mean the room can get quite noisy. However, if you run the heater or air conditioning, the system drowns out any noise.

• Bharaj (9/5): - Its a no fuss hotel. Rooms, bathroom and the overall facility is clean. The staff is courteous. Its right at the Hollywood Blvd. and all the restaurants and other attractions are nearby.
• Ines (8/5): A well-located hotel near the Walk of Fame with clean rooms, though with minor room issues. - The hotel has an excellent location, just a few steps from the Walk of Fame. The rooms were solid and clean, and the staff were friendly. Despite being on a main street, the room was quiet. However, the lights under the bed randomly turned on during the night and the sink didn’t drain well. The street where the hotel is located is fine, but it’s not recommended to walk into the darker side streets at night.

• DIANA (10/5): Highly recommended. - The hotel is clean, room is spacious, bedsheets are clean and smell fresh. Room was spotless. As I have OCD, I am satisfied with the hotel's cleanliness. The staff are nice, polite and helpful. Easy check in and out. The hotel location is perfect, few steps away from the main street - Hollywood Blvd. Mel's restaurant is 1-2min away, great place to have breakfast as they open at 7AM. McDonald's is 4-min away. Some comments on here said location is unsafe because of drug addicts or homeless, well it's LA, that's expected. We saw a couple outside the hotel but they were harmless. I would still consider the hotel location safe. There is also a $200 deposit which is stated on the hotel description/additional info. We paid in cash rather than creditcard instead so it's quicker to get it back. We were given a receipt. So this deposit was not a problem at all. Water in the bathroom is strong. I just hope there are more hooks in the bathroom for towels. But I do understand that the hotel is new, the reason why owners did not want to puncture walls. Complimentary coffee, chocolate drink at the reception. Hot water for drinks is on available from the coffee machine / coffee maker at the reception. Ice dispenser is also available. No kettle or coffee maker in the room. There is fridge and iron in the room. We were allowed to leave our luggages after check out without extra cost until 4pm. Overall, we are happy with our stay. Highly recommended. Nothing I did not like.

• Fotios (8/5): - Hotel is in a very central location, yet quite affordable. My room was large and very clean. You can stream movies from your phone to the room TV via airplay. They will store your luggage for free, but only until 4 pm. You have to pay 20 (!) bucks for every extra hour they store your luggage. Walls are very thin so you can hear everything happening in the room next to you. Luckily my neighbors were fairly quiet.

• federico (8/5): Very good stay in Hollywood - The hotel is in a great location, only a few minutes’ walk from Hollywood Blvd and the Chinese Theatre. Although the room was on the small side, it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The AC was very noisy, the sink didn’t drain well, and there wasn’t much space around it to put personal items. Parking at the hotel is expensive, but there’s a cheaper option at the Ovation Hollywood shopping mall, about a five-minute walk away.

If you find a convenient parking you can just walk everywhere it counts and if you need to move further you can just take the metro train. The venue is brand new and very clean. New and clean not always means comfortable. I think it still need some small improvement in the room. The sink in the bathroom is a cool design but there is no space to place anything around it ;-). Personnel was not always able to give a clear answer....

No space to put your stuff in the shower. Sink bowl was so large it was hard to maneuver around and not enough space on the sink to put stuff. No hook or bar to put towel or wash cloth near sink. Expensive parking. Had to put suitcase on chair- could use suitcase holder or small table. No breakfast.

Theres Alot more places to also choose from Upon checkin in I looked for my confirmation booking and Had a message from the property stating its limited parking its first come first served . But then this front desk clerk mentioned after I had checked in I have to pay 40$ additional for parking ? How ? This isn’t in any of the booking site nor their website. When I asked for a receipt for the parking he stated they don’t give out receipts? How? Is this even legal ? I asked then he gives me a receipt that says 40$ not for “parking” its sTates Other charge”If I report this to weights and measures they will get fined . On top off it all , This place had not one single car in any of the slots . I decided to just pay the fee . And deal with it later . I was inconvenienced a time limit for my appointment . When i decided to down go to my destination this clerk decides to flag me down and tell me he put the wrong parking space im my ticket so he needs to see what number he added… i was very frustrated because how unprofessional he was being then decided to slur out to me If I was drunk? I said excuse me ? What is your point? At this point I got very frustrated and just decided to ignore him sincee my vehicle and my personal things were going to be left there . .instead of him fixing the slip he inconvenienced me to move my vehicle to the slot He wanted .. let me remind you my vehicle was the ONLY ONE . Out of 6 spaces. Now I understand why is so empty theres not business there . The bed was squeaky every time you toss and turn. Theres not Hot water. Very uncomfortable . I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.! I up paying more than I was quoted on booking .com plus 200 cash deposit.

• WATARU (5/5): ハリウッドの中心地でこのお値段はとてもお得だと思います！お部屋は比較的新しく清潔感がありました。エレベーターはないので荷物が多い場合は１階のお部屋の方が良いです。 - ハリウッドの中心地でコンビニまで徒歩3分ほど、とっても便利でした！ロビーに無料のコーヒーマシーンと電子レンジがあって良かった。 洗面所の水はけが悪かった、洗面所にタオルをかけるところがなかった。
• Linda (5/5): Never again - Location and staff Room was small with wooden blinds that allowed lights from the parking lot into the room all night. Shower water pressure was horrible. Took three times as long to rinse my hair. Too many sheets on bed. Small refrigerator under the desk but unable to open unless you lifted it up from a metal frame that was holding it in. No microwave or lights by the bed. Had to turn them off at the doorway and navigate back to the bed.

My only note is that the walls are thin and all the surfaces are hard so it is very noisy - you can hear everything going on around you in the hotel itself. No problem from exterior noise even tho it is just a block from Hollywood Blvd! I enjoyed my stay overall.

• Kinereth (8/5): - חדר גדול ונוח מאד. המיטה מעולה והטלויזיה ענקית. שירות אדיב וסביב השעון. מיקום מעולה. במסדרון יש ריח מוזר. כדאי לשפר את הניקיון בחדר ואת איכות הסבונים, לאפשר חנייה במחיר נמוך יותר ולשים קומקום בחדר.

The bathroom was immaculate the floors in the bedroom weren't clean. There were people in the halls making a bunch of noise.

• Petra (7/5): Gutes Hotel in guter Lage mit einigen Mängeln. - Gute Lage in einer Seitengasse vom Walk of Fame. Das Hotel ist ziemlich neu und gut eingerichtet. Frühstücksmöglichkeit mit Mel's Dinner ist gleich um die Ecke. Sehr freundliches Personal, das uns auch beim Koffer-Transport in den 1. Stock behilflich war. Leider hat das Hotel keinen Lift. Aber der Receptionist half uns mit den Koffern. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Im Bad wären ein paar Vorrichtungen zum Handtuch aufhängen gut. An der Sauberkeit sollte etwas gearbeitet werden.

• C (7/5): Great location, large rooms but small imperfections - Location couldn't be beaten, less than a minute walk to Hollywood Boulevard. Staff were helpful. Rooms were well appointed and very roomy. Parking is extremely limited - only 5 spaces for the entire hotel. Book early to secure a spot. Walls are a little thin, other guests were easily heard. The bathroom could use some extra hooks or rails for towels and there isn't a huge amount of room to put your things while showering. Water temperature was a little hit and miss.

• Eric (6/5): No se le puede pedir más a LA - Cerca de la estación de metro y el paseo de la fama. La habitación era grande y estaba muy limpia. Nos cobraron un depósito que tardaron casi 3 semanas en devolver. El aparato de aire acondicionado de la habitación y del pasillo eran TREMENDAMENTE ruidosos. Los alrededores del hotel (y en la misma puerta a veces) estaban llenos de drogadictos.

• Thomas (9/5): Smooth stay in Hollywood - The hotel is in the center of Hollywood but on a quieter street, which definitely helped me sleep. It was newly renovated and felt really clean. Staff were very helpful and polite. They said they could hold my bag after checkout but only until 4:30pm.

• Akina (8/5): - I liked how clean the room was. It was very modern design. Also, the lights underneath the bed were pretty nice. The staff was very nice and kind, and the free coffee was great! The area wasn't really nice as one next street looked dodgy. To go to the Metro station / restaurants is fine but I wouldn't be so sure if I like the area.... Also, just one warning - no lift in the hotel.
• Graciela (9/5): Unbeatable location! - Nothing beats this hotel's location! One block away from the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the El Capitan, the first stop for the Big Bug tour LA, super awesome! The room is not big but has everything you need, all super clean and comfortable. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating, they were super kind to store our bags while we explored LA on two separate days. The garage light stays on the entire time so the room is not super dark during the night. The shower pressure is also not the greatest but nothing that would keep me from staying there again.

• Alessandro Del Vento (7/5): SOGGIORNO OK - La posizione dell'hotel a pochi passi dalla walk of fame ne fa da padrona, a dispetto di quanto abbiamo sentito prima del nostro soggiorno circa la presenza costante di senzatetto e schiamazzi notturni abbiamo passato ogni notte serenamente e con estrema tranquillità. L'hotel inoltre si affaccia davanti a un tipico drive in americano, ottimo per colazioni o punti pranzo al volo. La gestione dell'hotel è OK, se dovessi valutarla da 0 a 10 non darei più di un 7, le uniche pecche che vanno notificate è il dover chiedere espressamente al personale del cambio lenzuola/asciugamani, per cui un punto in meno. Due punti in meno vanno invece all'odore della struttura, davvero pungente, quasi come se fosse urina di gatto, probabilmente per un problema di fognature che a parere mio va risolto il prima possibile...
