• Michael (10/5): This is the perfect location to stay. Centrally located quick walk to all main attractions. Plus great restaurants just - Centrally located, very clean and all amenities included (sink, stove, refrigerator, air conditioner). Nothing it was perfect!

• Marzia (10/5): - Super complimenti l'alloggio ha superato le aspettative e dal vivo è ancora piu belloooooo. Punto strategico per arrivare in 10/14 minuti ovunque. La struttura merita un 100. E soprattutto il supporto di Erika che ci ha sostenuto per qualsiasi esigenza. Grazie grazie torneremo sicuramente.

• Eliane (9/5): Hele leuke, charmante accommodatie midden in Trastevere. - De ligging was fantastisch, gelegen aan een van de leukste straatjes van de wijk Trastevere. Je stapt de deur uit en kan meteen op een van de leuke terrasjes gaan zitten. Met een eigen keukentje heb je alle vrijheid om zelf te koken of uit eten te gaan bij een van de ontelbare restaurantjes in de wijk of elders in Rome. Contact met de eigenaresse was fijn en vlot via whatsapp. Je moet echter wel enigszins goed ter been zijn om de trappen naar boven te kunnen nemen. Vooral na een vermoeiende dag in de stad.

The bathroom is clean. All was working great. I felt right at home. That I couldn’t extend! Cause this place is amazing

• Melissa Katherine (6/5): Buena ubicación - Estaba cerca de muchos sitios famosos en trastevere, bares, zonas de fiesta y muchos restaurantes de comida buena, a 25 min andando de la Ciudad del Vaticano, tienes cerca también el río Tíber a 4 min andando y mucha pero mucha zona de fiesta. El alojamiento era humilde y limpio un 7/10 La amabilidad de Erika un 10/10 y bueno la zona en sí un 8/10 Faltaba algo de limpieza en la ducha, la zona donde se pone el jabón en la ducha estaba con jabón seco. Habían unas cuantas telarañas en algunas ventanas y algo de polvo en ellas, no hicimos uso de nada únicamente del cuarto de baño y la cama pero se veia todo dentro de lo correcto y limpio… En lo personal esta ubicado en una zona de bastante movimiento y ruido desde muy temprano, fue algo que no me agradó demasiado y el tener que subir muchas escaleras después de un día agotador… por otro lado el aire acondicionado parecía estar configurado para apagarse cada cierto tiempo y realmente no enfriaba mucho que digamos, pero como casi nunca estábamos en casa no hay mucha queja de eso.

• Erika (10/5): bellissimo consiglio a tutti soprattutto giovani - la posizione era top, intorno hai tutto a qualsiasi ora. la doccia era molto bella e il letto comodo. la casa in sé era molto carina andrebbero un po’ rivisitati gli spazi visto che si rischia di sbattere soprattutto al piano di sopra

Scarsa pulizia, arredamento consumato, mura sporche, stoviglie inutilizzabili, scarico del wc rumoroso tale da non permettere di dormire, cucina talmente logorata da non permettere l'utilizzo. Le foto del sito non sono comparabili con la realtà. La pulizia al limite, materasso scomodo e macchiato. Polvere ovunque.

• Stefan (8/5): - Wir waren drei Tage in Rom und wollten eine Unterkunft nahe der vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Lage ist super! Besser geht es eigentlich nicht. Die Gastgeberin Erika war immer erreichbar, auch wenn wir sie nicht kennengelernt haben. Die Unterkunft hingegen wirkt heruntergekommen und für 160 Euro pro Nacht kann man mehr erwarten. Das Bett ist klein und wackelig, das Bad und die Ausstattung alt und die Amaturen halten nicht mehr. Die Küche ist ok und mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet.

Tres mauvaise insonorisation par rapport aux voisins immédiats .( cloison extrêmement fine ) Prestation pouvant être haut de gamme à quelques détails près , sacs de linge en permanence dans l l'escalier, trace de bagages sur les murs...

We’d definitely stay there again. - Erika (booking manager) was extra helpful with suggestions for restaurants, extra linen when we needed them, etc. The location was a great place in Trastevere, very convenient walk to places like Vatican (20min) and coliseum (30min), lots of local restaurants. We enjoyed the liveliness but this part of Trastevere is definitely a party area, lots of younger people at night, music etc particularly Friday and Saturday. Our second weekend was much more calm. The apartment we had was 40 steps from the street - short steps, but a little challenging if visitors have large suitcases or mobility issues.
• Lisette (8/5): Super gezellige locatie - Het contact met de eigenaresse was heel snel en fijn. De locatie is super, echt in het hart van Trastevere. Doordat je zo centraal zit heb je in de nacht wel herrie. Maar met goede oordoppen is het te doen. Kitchenette was niet helemaal op orde maar met een berichtje naar de eigenaar heel snel opgelost.

The apartment is on the top floor, with quite a few stairs to climb. The shower could use some bleaching, and the apartment definitely needs a good vacuuming and a bit of tender loving care!

• Henry (10/5): 10/10 - Terrific location, was right in the middle of Trastevere and had a great atmosphere as soon as you walk out of the apartment. There is a square 2 minutes away where the locals gather and live music is played, alongside the ponte sisto which is just under 5 minutes walk. The host Simona was very hospitable, friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend!
• Kathryn (2/5): Unless you want to pull an all-nighter, don’t stay here. - Location was extremely loud from 4:00pm - 4:35am. Room air conditioner didn’t work and apartment was hot so it required us to have window open. Street noise was extremely loud and coupled with the heat, it was impossible to sleep. We left room at 5:30am and street outside was completely trashed, trash, beer bottles, plastic cups and food strewn all over. The street was so cute and orderly the day before, it left a really sour taste in our mouth for the entire Trastavere area. Additionally shower bar where nozzle attached kept falling off wall and shower head leaks really bad.

From being right in the heart of Trastevere with its lively hustle and bustle, to an apartment which felt home away from home.
