• Philip (7/5): Good - Location was great for us as we were visiting friends who live nearby. Directly above a Woolworths, nice wine shop etc. Air Con works very well. Check in process is a bit inconvenient. This is your classic apartment managed by a 3rd party who don't really care - cleaning was obviously pretty superficial (drains in the shower were disgusting, deck/outdoor furniture was caked in dust/grime, and the kitchen is pretty poorly equipped in terms of glassware, cutlery etc. Salt & pepper both empty etc.

• Amanda (5/5): Average. Poor communication. I wouldn’t use Fresh Onn again. - No indication that the keys were located a fair distance from the actual property until after check- in. The fridge had no working light and had not been cleaned. The whole apartment was dusty. There was a spa bath advertised - there is not one. Crockery and glasses were very limited. Sheets were scratchy and not even a cover on the doona. One of the lamps was broken. The TV switched itself off on the first night and nothing was done to fix it. I repeatedly asked for a tax invoice and have been ignored. A credit card for security was asked for and the money was actually deducted (refunded quickly) but the common practice is to just take a swipe of the card. Security was poor - no chain on the door at all.
• Tony (10/5): Exceptional - Size and layout of apartment and media facilities. A tea towel would be good when needing to wash just a few glasses.
• Dev (9/5): Superb - House was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable. Prompt reply by the host via Booking app messages. Included videos of how to collect the keys and written info on the welcome pack. Not a lot of places had parking included so it was great that it was included. Price was also very competitive. It was inconvenient that the key collection place was roughly 4 mins drive away. Need to consider that when booking. Also, the welcome pack had all the info but still a little tricky to find the exact parking spot as it's not in any particular order.

• Venkateswara (10/5): Exceptional - Affordable room in a great location with a free car park. Easy check-in and check out process and prompt return of the deposit. Car park numbers are not in any order and was confusing the first time but it was a very minor inconvenience.

• Laura (8/5): Very good - Beautiful & comfy apartment and the host had good communication. I just didn't like that you had to collect the keys from a separate location or at least I would have liked to have known that upfront before booking. Felt like an unnecessary additional cost to the uber.
