MAURO (1/5): GEEN VERBLIJF - NIKS ALLES Geboekt in op 27 februari 2025 Factuur aangevraagd in maart 2025 en op 29/07/2025 krijg ik mail van hun dat het geannuleerd wordt. Na researche verneem ik dat deze hotel sinds februari 2025 hun deuren gesloten hebben.
Joery (1/5): Lack of communication - Booked in january for 2/08. On 30/07 I got a mail that my reservation got canceled due to renovations. They should have notified me earlier. In 3 days time I had to find another hotel, prices were way higher now than january and I didn't got any solution or compensation for the troubles they got me in.
Stephy (6/5): Pleasant - It's nicely located in Blankenberg, unfortunately the first room they offered me didn't have electricity. Then the second room didn't have the heater working, and the electricity went off the second night, had to call the reception many times to get that fixed. It's definitely a stay that I'll remember for a long time 😂😂😂

Paul (6/5): POWER! or lack of - Good location for transport to bruges & hotel a good price. But no reception staff or facilities (time of year?). We had no power in the room 212. Got moved to the next floor, room 107, but no power there either or heating, so returned our stuff back to 212 where briefly he was able to get power on to.There was an emergency phone number, but we only found this the next day during the move on the 1st floor. We lost a couple of hours trying to sort the room out, which was annoying. To be fair the man who was trying to help us brought up a couple of small bottles of champagne to say sorry. Also your website said breakfast was available. Not this time of year it would seem! we didn't find anywhere locally for food. A double bed was booked, but ended up with twin beds, and an unlocked door into room 213! With no way to lock this door, we barricaded it in case someone else had booked 213. Overall, not impressed by Hotels.com.... although an email to you got the janitor to call us (He was miffed that we hadnt called him, but the sign with this number was on a floor that we just weren't). Odd experience, but the area is brilliant for public transport and beach, and the hotel had a faded grandeur to it.

Roberto (6/5): the cheapest of all...but double the price I am used to pay for a room of this quality. - it is the old " Value Stay" with a new name and newly painted walls. it is the cheapest Hotel in the zone, and that is all. good location , front of the train station and bus- metro stops. Its name properly says what it is good for: You stop here, sleep, and go away. Not a holiday resort. The lift was out of order, and I suspect it had never worked before...the room, beds and bath are passably clean . trash cans had not been emptied.
