Η βίλα ήταν πολύ όμορφη και ο οικοδεσπότης εξαιρετικός — ευγενικός, εξυπηρετικός και πάντα πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει. Το μόνο σημείο που θεωρώ ότι χρειάζεται βελτίωση είναι η καθαριότητα, καθώς το σπίτι θα μπορούσε να είναι λίγο πιο προσεγμένο. Παρ’ όλα αυτά, η συνολική εμπειρία μας ήταν πολύ θετική

• Yiannis (8/5): - Location was nice and quiet. Pool size was good and pool was clean also. The hostage was very helpful and was replying quick. Private parking was good as mentioned. Bathrooms was clean and recently renovated and kitchen too. Rest of the house needs to be renovated, painted and also carpet in the living room needs to be cleaned because of many stains or be removed.

Pictures represent reality and owner is really helpful. Excellent value for money ! We had a car so it was easy for us to travel.

• Lizzie (2/5): AVOID - READ BEFORE BOOKING! - Has a pool *** Left 2 days into a 9 night stay *** Extremely hard to find and no arrival instructions were sent. Upon spending 30 minutes trying to find it, we did and not long after that the owner finally sent instructions to access the property. The front door doesn’t shut unless locked. There was an instant smell outside of sewage. The front door had an ants nest at the bottom and ants were outside and also inside the property. The fridge door was dirty, the glasses were dirty, there was shampoo and soap bottles in the shower half used from the previous guests and the pool has green around the edges from poor maintenance. There was a cup full of cigarettes outside the back door and the toilets were unclean. The ensuite bedroom - the smell of sewage was extremely strong. The bug door was off its hinges and the TV didn’t work. Complained about the cleanliness and they offered a cleaner to come and sort it the following day but we decided to buy cleaning products to sort for ourselves as we didn’t want to wait in. Woke up on the second day and there was no electricity. The property manager came with her husband. She was lovely and helpful and apologised for the issues but he was clearly unhappy to be there and didn’t want to listen us. A plumber came round to sort as apparently it’s a known issue something wrong with the water heater that needs replacing. As we had now had these issues, we requested to leave. Owner was slow to reply to messages and it took 2 hours to agree we could leave. The owner said we could leave if we agreed not to leave a review which we did so that we could get out!! But it is only fair to leave a review so that nobody else has to experience what we have. We found that the day after we arrived there, a review appeared to say it had smelt badly of sewage yet when I raised this with the management company they said this had not been an issue before.

• Gilad (1/5): A strong sewage smell coming from the main bathroom, which ruined our vacation - "As soon as we entered the apartment, we were greeted by a very strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom in the master bedroom. We had to seal the bathroom and the sewage vents ourselves, as the problem was not addressed by a plumber the following day. Rely made us feel like we were lying about the smell. In hindsight, we discovered that a similar complaint about the sewage smell had been written a month before our arrival on booking.com, but by then, it was already too late for us. The service and the dismissive attitude were very disappointing and did not meet our expectations."

• Maria (9/5): Stunning views of mountains, sea, beautiful sunsets, moonrises and even a shipwreck! - Stunning location, with both mountain and sea views from the rooftop and very quiet. Lovely private pool. All air-conditioning systems in good order. Super wet rooms with new fixtures and fittings and effective plumbing. Could do with a microwave in the kitchen and a mirror in the bedroom. The address was hard to find especially for food delivery.
• Katrien (10/5): perfect stay close to the beach in a marvellous house - very spacious, upscale, very well located, could have stayed there for several months! the view was nice, large kitchen, newly renovated, beautiful furniture, large pool that goes really deep in the end, everything closeby and still a quiet neighbourhood. the electricity went off once and a while but was easy to get switched on again. very sunny outdoor space, more shade will be installed in the nearby future.
• Jo (9/5): An extremely relaxing week in a beautifully renovated villa with unforgettable sea views and sunsets - A beautifully renovated villa in a stunning location with incredible sea views. A huge, well maintained pool area, with landscaped gardens. 3 spacious bedrooms, a fabulous kitchen and living area all tastefully decorated with modern, brand new appliances - a real home from home. All amenities just 5-10 minutes drive away and a range of beaches and sites all within driving distance. A very amenable and attentive host and extremely friendly and helpful maintenance staff. Nothing.
• Alexey (9/5): Superb - Location is mind-blowing. Villa is very comfortable, after excellent and very recent renovation. Some electricity problems in the municipality (not connected to property itself). Although, these were resolved rather quick and the remote host was very helpful and responsive.
