• Violeta (8/5): Very good - The location is excellent, with a small supermarket just across the road — very convenient. The apartment is very spacious, which we appreciated. The price was very reasonable for the space and area. We think the apartment has potential, and with a little more attention to cleanliness and maintenance, it could be a great place to stay. The apartment could benefit from a deeper clean. The floors felt dusty and not properly cleaned. Unfortunately, there was no mop or broom available, and the vacuum cleaner didn’t seem to work well. The fridge and dishwasher were not clean when we arrived, and the fridge also had an unpleasant smell. The two paintings shown in the listing photos were not hung up but left leaning against the wall on the floor. The bathrooms, particularly the floors, didn’t appear to have been cleaned thoroughly. The design of the main shower room is a bit awkward — the drain is located near the entrance, which causes the entire bathroom floor to get wet when showering. The apartment had a closed, musty smell and needed to be aired out. The bed linens didn’t have a fresh or clean scent, which made us feel they hadn’t been recently washed. I ended up buying a disinfectant spray for peace of mind. Also, there were no dark curtains in the bedroom, so we were woken up very early by the sunlight each morning, 6 am We think the apartment has potential, but it definitely needs a bit more care and attention to meet guests' expectations.
• Katina (2/5): Very poor - Comfortable beds. The apartment doesn't look bright and cosy as in the pictures. It's been renovated probably 10 years ago and looks very worn out. Has unpleasant smell of old stuff and maybe ciggarets. The leather of the green sofa is cracking. The kitchen is oldish not very clean, the fridge is scratched. there was no coffee left. Very dark and uncosy space. The bedrooms are quite empty with a chair in it and some strange white furniture. The small shower in the bathroom was not working. Generally the bathroom and toilet are also quite old style. The price was relatively the same as other apartments of this size so I didn't expect such and old place as lately there are really good places in Sofia. Cleaning also needs to be improved.
