בורק (6/5): COULD BE BETTER - MANAGEMENTS ATTITUDE ONE MORNING I HAD TO SHOWER IN FREEZING WATER. THEY SAID THEY WILL NOT HAVE ANY REPAIR MAN TO SEND FOR MANY HOURS.
