• Jürgen (5/5): Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft war unzutreffend und die Unterkunft enttäuschend. - Ca. 100m von der Unterkunft entfernt gibt es eine sehr gute Pizzeria. In der Unterkunft gab es einen Kühlschrank, der Frühstückszutaten enthielt. Es gab kein Frühstücksbuffet, da es weder ein hauseigenes Restaurant noch eine hauseigene Bar gibt. Beim Duschen reichte das warme Wasser nur für eine Person. Die in der Unterkunft vorhandenen Schränke waren zum großen Teil mit diversen Gebrauchsgegenständen belegt, so dass das Gefühl entstand, in einer Privatwohnung zu sein.

I literally had several meals worth of food waiting for me in the house. Also, I've been to Milan several times but having a local give you advice is so great, she was constantly giving me info about the area and checking in to see if everything was going well.

• arturo (10/5): La casa 🏠 de tu mejor amiga!!! - La anfitriona es excelente, te deja todo lo necesario para tu estancia; continuamente se comunica contigo, y te orienta completamente de los mejores sitios, y cómo llegar al alojamiento; es como quedarse en la casa 🏠 de tu mejor “amigo”, con todo incluido. Hay paradas de autobús 🚌 cerca, y si puedes caminar 🚶, naviggli está a 1,3 millas, y el Duomo-Via a 2,3 millas. La parada del Metro 🚈 ( subway)🚊 para ir a la estación central de Milán, está a 0,8 millas del alojamiento. Un poco alejado del centro, pero nada de fuerza mayor,

• Matilde (10/5): Monolocale Adorabile - Monolocale molto carino e ben arredato. In cucina c’è tutto il necessario: pentole, posate e piatti (anche usa e getta, comodissimo per chi è in viaggio d’affari e ha poco tempo libero), olio, sale e spezie. Il bagno è molto carino e pulito e anche lì c’è tutto il necessario. Letto molto comodo con coperte in più se necessarie e tanti cuscini! C’è anche un bell’armadio con grucce in cui disporre i propri vestiti. C’è anche un balconcino! Come si legge nella descrizione, non c’è l’ascensore. A me comunque non ha creato problemi! Consiglio di portare valige medie così da facilitare il trasporto su e giù per le scale. Per portare le cose di sopra c’è la signora Rossana ad accogliervi e aiutarvi!

• Penvern (10/5): Un séjour agréable et une belle découverte de Milan ! - L'accueil de Rossana qui est charmante et qui a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable. L'appartement est très bien équipé, propre et fonctionnel. Un arrêt de bus juste en face nous amène au métro le plus proche.

• Barraza (1/5): Renter be aware - I liked Nothing. Construction debriss Fell inside our apartment. We had to move somewhere else loosing our money for a 3 Day stay (salmos 300). Dont waste your money. Owner never returned money and harased us the whole time in Milan. A nightmare! At your own risk. I did not like it. In fact felt robbed.

Arriving tired from a trip and finding a fridge full of drinks, snacks etc, it really means a lot The building is old so even with 20 degrees outside I had to wear long sleeves inside - if that can be names as "minus"...

• Sandeep (10/5): Amazing apartment with an incredible Host :-) - Got turn by turn directions from the moment I arrived at the Train Station. Found the gentle sweet Rosanna waiting at the Bus stop and led to a spanking new apartment in a 90 year old building. All shelves chock a blok with food and supplies. Patiently explaind everything,even had maps and guides clearly marked with the Apartment location and important info any visitor would need. Checked in every day to ensure everything was OK. The quiet peaceful location is convenient with shops and restaurant within 1 minute walk. Bus stop across the street. A 3 minute ride to Navigli canals and 5 minutes to Metro. Could not ask for more. A rare find indeed.

• Helen (10/5): Exceptional - The Host is one of the best!, very helpful and everything you may need is at the apartment. Comfortable and clean, has a lovely balcony. Great kitchen facilities. Heating and cooling. Frequent Public transport less than 50 meters walk from front door is a bus route which connects seemlesssly with Metro 2 line which will take you to all of the sights in minutes. A great assortment of cafes, restaurants, take aways, bakery, supermarket and all kinds of shops in walking distance just around the corner. Highly recommend and would book again 😃

The host is responsive and extremely helpful, she was available at all times and helped us with everything and even left us food and drinks and so much stuff besides that! The appartment has everything you need and more! Highly recommend staying here!

The kitchen has everything you need and more. the hostess left snacks and drinks for me as a gift, which was very nice.

The flat is so comfortable and clean. Rosanna had left snacks and drinks and tea and coffee for me. She also contacted me during my stay to ensure all was OK which was so thoughtful. She maintained contact throughout the stay offering local advice and suggestions on what to do and how to get there. I've never before experienced this level of care and attention to detail and highly recommend this apartment. If it is available on my next return to Milan, I will definitely be staying here again. Everything was perfect.
