• Maryam (3/5): 4 - I booked an apartment because I needed to feel like home but it wasn’t at all. There even wasn’t a kettle to boil water . There were not many household items such as TV remote, air conditioning remote, iron, …….
• Arran (1/5): Bad - We never felt settled in the apartment always felt as if we were unwanted there didn’t feel safe in the slightest.
• Jurczak (6/5): Disappointment - The apartament was spacious and overall comfortable. The bathroom was especially well equipped and nice. We came to Florence in the middle of August and it can get really hot in Italy at this time. We’ve been staying in here for some time now and in our previous accommodations the air-conditioning was always turned on at all times (by the hosts) We assumed it would be the same here as without it it’s impossible to do anything in this heat. We left the air-conditioning on when we left to go into town and we received a very unpleasant message. The proprietary came to repair the wifi connection and wrote to us that they didn’t know if we had to pay for electricity back where we live but here it isn’t cheap and they ask us to turn the air-conditioning off. We can of course understand why they would wish us to do so but we feel that this message could be conveyed in another, more polite way. From this day forward we always turned the air-conditioning off when we left and as could be predicted the heat was unbearable when we came back. What’s more the air-conditioning located in two different rooms doesn’t reach the other ones and nothing can be done about the temperature there. The walls of the apartament are very thin and we could hear the neighbors behind it as though they were in the room with us. The kitchen appeared to be fine at first, but we quickly discovered that the stove wasn’t working. We tried to turn it on with a lighter that was left in the drawers but it wasn’t working either. In the end it took us 30 minutes to turn this stove on. The location of this apartment is not ideal. It’s not far from the railway station and the bus stop is right next to the flat. Unfortunately there’s just one bus that goes to this area and it can’t take you to the city center of Florence. Overall we were quite disappointed by this apartment.
• Marlen (8/5): Lovely apartment! - It‘s really big and the host is very nice! For a nice getaway in Florence this is perfect, as it offers a lot of privacy :) The kitchen is well equipped and everything was ready on our arrival, we had to worry about nothing! Unfortunately the neighbors in the building are a bit loud, but there‘s nothing one can change about that. Also, it‘s 25 minutes by bus to get into the city center.
• Magdalena (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a very pleasant stay here. There aren't any supermarkets nearby.
• Hwana (9/5): good - i think it was an accommodation that paid special attention to its guests. very clean, It's comfortable. I had good contact with the host. It is far from tourist places. bus stop is close, but buses don't run often. train station is a bit of a walk.

• Denise (7/5): Great value of this apartment outside centre of Florence. - This was a very reasonable value for a large apartment on the top floor. Large bathroom with a good shower. Large bedrooms and comfortable beds and plenty of towels. All we really needed for a few nights away. Great take away pizza from Antonio La Pizza 10mins walk. Best to go into town for dinner, seems most restaurants are only open for morning/lunch. It was a 10 min walk and tram or bus away from centre of Florence. No dishwasher so take a tea towel and limited cups and plates. There is a local supermarket which closes Sundays and from 1.30 to 3.30.

• Ester (8/5): It was comfortable and very spacious but too far from the city. If you don’t mind public transport then it’s quiet easy - It was spacious and felt secure. It was clean and comfortable. Initially it was tricky to get inside but once we figured it out it was easy. It was quite a distance from the city (my oversight). Also the kitchen was poorly stocked. No toaster, no salad bowl, Not even a bottle of water or some milk in the fridge. The shower head was broken albeit we were told this on the day we arrived but we basically had to use the shower like a hose. Could have been an easy fix. Air conditioning was only in the kitchen and one bedroom. No fly screens so if you left windows open you got bitten by mosquitos.

• Yuri (9/5): Superb - The apartment is grear: bright, spacy and clean, with big kitchen and balcon. Piblic trandport is close to the place, but still it takes you about 40 minites to get to the City center.
• Tim (7/5): great appartment with massive bed - excellent accom away from the crowds. lovely flat no air con and we swopped to back bedroom as lot of noise in front room. also shower head needs fixing as I’m 6’1 and wouldn’t stay up…
• Kamkhadze (8/5): Very good - The apartment was very clean but smelled of dampness. After airing the room, the smell disappeared. In other respects it was good. The bus stop was next to the building and we took bus number 20 directly to the historical district. The service was good, my questions were responded to immediately.
