• Tonny (7/5): Lovely little place. Exactly what we required. - Close to where my son lives, which was important as we had his grandmother with us. Lovely and neat. Shower was very small, lovely and hot, and the shower head kept slipping down.
• Mary (6/5): The location is great, the apartment looks nice, but the bathroom has issues. - The location is great, right on the park. The apartment had plenty of of room for two people. The bathroom has some issues, the shower is very very small, a larger person would not be able to get into it, be warned. The shower head does not stay in place, and should be replaced. There is mold and mildew around the shower door and shower head. The weather was cold during our visit, which meant the apartment was cold and it has no heater in the bathroom. There are no outlets in the bathroom either, so the provided portable heaters cannot be used in the bathroom. Only two bath towels and one hand towel were provided for two people for a four night stay. They really should provide wash cloths and extra hand towels and bath towels. The provided cups and dishes were not very clean.

• Caroline (5/5): - The complex is quiet, the apartment was a nice size for a 1 bedroomed apartment. The two TVs were good. The kitchen had everything you would need. The king-size bed was fine as was the fold up single camp bed and cot. It was quite clean although too much clutter and not sure about the linen. The futon did not fold out properly was broken and was very uncomfortable. This had been mentioned in a review months before our stay but had not been addressed. The bedding was all crumpled and stuffed in drawers so unsure it was clean but smelt ok so hopefully it was. There was a bright light outside bedroom window and only flimsy blinds so had to hang towels to block out light. There was a lot of clutter in the apartment from previous stays. A whole cupboard in the hall stuffed with things, old opened food cluttering cupboards and fridge and same for toiletries in bathroom. Getting info on checkin was stressful. The owner was pleasant on the phone in the one occasion I spoke to her but impossible to get hold off later and during stay. I had to spend a day trying to contact her to get the checkin code. She eventually got back to me to apologise, that she had a different phone on work and that I would get the code a certain amount of hours before checkin the following day. Except I didn't, I had to phone her a few times to remind her the following day. Found the key box awkward to open in the dark though did manage. The apartment was very hot and I didn't want to open windows at night as ground floor however no usable fans, only one someone had left behind with a non uk plug.

• Naziha (9/5): Peaceful, convenient and very clean! - We loved this little place very much, the host Sarah was helpful and easy to communicate with. Was so impressed of how everything was provided for from cleaning products to daily amenities. The area was so quiet and peaceful. Would definitely return and recommend to family and friends. Really in need of a new mattress PLEASE! 🙏 We had sore backs after. The little heater provided wasn’t really sufficient when it got a little chilly Toilet flush is difficult to figure out. Shower kept getting blocked. Would’ve been great to have USB/adapters, in the plug extensions provided

• Ellie (8/5): Great stay for visiting Wimbledon and Shaftsbury Avenue - Cleanliness, location (quiet and central), well equipped kitchen and cleaning products. I would visit again. Key collection said someone will meet you at the property but after waiting outside for 20mins and a call and message we were given the key safe code to enter the property independently. WIFI tv was poor and cut out or paused regularly. My friends bed was not comfortable but was a little better once we turned the mattress around.

• Idaira (9/5): Superb - The place is really nice and clean, and big enough for three people. It is well furnished and equiped. The location is peaceful and near a bus (1 min. on foot) and tube station (12 min. on foot), so although it is a bit far from central London you can get there no problem and really quick. The host was really nice and helpful and answers very quickly. There are some small supermarkets near the house and restaurants as well, specially near the tube station. The water in the shower comes out with little force. Also we would have liked to have more towels per person. The number of days a person is staying needs to be taken into account to provide more towels. One towel per person for 7 days is not enough. Same with handtowels and kitchen towels. The heating system does not warm the whole house enough. We couldn't get it higher that 26°C, and since it was so cold outside, we needed the room to be warmer than it was.

• Anonymous (9/5): An affordable, hidden gem in Tooting Bec - This property in the lovely, secure neighborhood of Tooting Bec is a hidden gem. The one bedroom apartment is spacious, spotless, modern and extremely well equipped-the host has thought of everything that the traveler could possibly need. Sarah’s communication was excellent and she was readily available to answer any questions. It is also well positioned with a short walk to the station and a direct line into Central London. There was nothing I didn’t like.

The Tooting Common is nearby and both Tooting Bec and Balham Stations and shops are within walking distance. A small supermarket nearby is easily accessed for supplies. The owner is very helpful and responds to messages promptly.
