- Deniz (7/5): Ideal für geringes Budget. - Für den Preis und für eine Reise mit Freunden in Ordnung. Kein Luxus oder Romantik mit dem Partner. Die Lage ist okay, aber nicht besonders gut. Man kommt mit einem Taxi innerhalb von 20 bis 30 min an die Meisten Ecken in Hanoi, aber fußläufig ist nicht wirklich viel. Die Ecke vom See an die man zu Fuß kommt ist auch nicht sehr ansehnlich. Die Zimmer sind mit allem nötigen ausgestattet, auch wenn man Wäsche waschen möchte, kann man dies leicht über Nacht machen und auch in der Maschine trocknen. Kühlschrank, Herd, alles vorhanden und mit dem WLan lief auch alles einwandfrei. Check-In und Check-Out liefen reibungslos. Bei Ankunft wurde uns angeboten, die Buchung über Booking kostenlos zu stornieren, um gegen einen geringeren Preis in der Unterkunft bleiben zu können. Da wir davon nicht viel haben lehnten wir dies ab, vor allem, weil wir ja jegliche Sicherheit aufgeben würden, um wenige 100k Dong zu sparen. Das fand ich sehr suspekt, ist aber leider nicht unüblich in Vietnam. Daher wollen viele Anbieter, das man Bar in der Unterkunft zahlt. Besonders wohl habe ich mich damit nicht gefühlt. Leider konnten wir keine zweite Zimmerkarte erhalten, obwohl man bei Verlust gegen eine Gebühr ja zwangsläufig eine neue erhalten muss. Das kam mir ein wenig komisch vor. Die Zimmer waren etwas muffig, was denke ich hauptsächlich an den Gardinen gelegen hat.

- Elisa (9/5): Perfect little studio, not the spot for tourism though - This place is perfectly clean and would be nice for a longterm stay. The neighbourhood seems like lots of expats, it's kind of pricey and not much to do. If I were just trying to see hanoi I wouldn't pick this spot, but the apartment is excellently clean and enjoyable.

Такое впечатление, что ранее все разворовали или переломали. Испытывали из-за этого неудобства. Стиральная машина вела себя не по алгоритму: стирка зависала и останавливалась, хотя там точно не было перевеса.

Idéal pour une fin de séjour qui était mon cas. Les équipements vétustes. Besoin de changer le mobilier qui n'est plus à sa première jeunesse . Les draps propres mais usés. Nous étions deux, parfait. Pour 4, j'imagine ça serait plus compliqué ...nombre de places assises, couverts etc.

- Kevin (8/5): Nice introduction to Hanoi. - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location looks intimidating at night but is very authentically Vietnamese and comes alive in the morning with lots of hustle and bustle, the back streets are great for exploring and no tourists in sight. There are some nice restaurants (there’s a great pizza place round the corner for a no fuss meal) and roof top bars overlooking the lake, with a couple of good coffee shops lakeside. Grab makes it easy to get into the old town. The room isn’t as it looks in the photos, a bit less spacious and tied but it isn’t expensive and comfortable enough.

В отеле чисто, персонал максимально поддерживающий. Жили в двух номерах, в обоих с смесителями в душе были некоторые проблемы, но жаловаться не ходили. Уверена, это было бы сразу исправлено.

You could visibly see the grimes on the stove. Bedding looked like it wasn't changed and I had to request for it to be changed. It was difficult locating the hotel and customer service was appalling. There was nobody at the counter for check out until about 0845. Will never recommend such a place to anybody.

The neighborhood sometimes remind me Barcelona - Room had everything what needed to stay for 2 weeks (fan and AC both present in the room) - We had to cut our staying for 5 days due to emergancy and did not expected to receive the refund for these 5 days (usually I do not receive) - Very friendly stuff - We came earlier to the hotel, so stuff could let us into the room, but mentioned that we have to pay extra for it or cancel our stay at booking.com to pay still full amount as price was on the platform (don't forget that booking.com charges hotels) and we could check in earlier. (I read the feedback on Google review and it happens not first time). You can decline this offer and proceed with your stay via booking.com (Note to a traveler: never agree to anything outside of platform as it might come helpful in the future) - Cleaning could be done better during our check in

- Marius (5/5): De evitat - Afiseaza poze mincinoase cu o cladire inalta si luxoasa de langa ei. Evitati camera de langa receptie, pe langa ca e langa receptie, te simti ca inte o pestera. E plina de mucegai si miroase ca atare, tinand cont ca a fost inundata cu ocazia indundatiilor recente. Se vede nivelul inundatiei pe pereti si pe mobila. Mi se pare incredibil ca inca aloca acea camera unor turisti straini.
- Anton (10/5): - Отличные современные аппартаменты, комфортные для путешествия с семьей: две спальни, гостиная, два санузла. Отзывчивый персонал, который всегда на связи. Удобные кровати - это важно! Чисто. До туристического центра можно прогуляться пешком и увидеть много интересного: пройтись вдоль Западного озера, дальше по улочке торговцев антиквариатом, потом вдоль мозаичной стены. Ну, или взять такси и доехать за 10 минут сразу до Озера возвращенного меча :) Сейчас немного портит впечатление стройка, через которую приходится идти к аппартаментам, но это не критично, так как Ханой в принципе специфический город :)

- Georgia (7/5): Ok for a couple of days. - The balcony and the size was perfect for two. Location was fine for a few nights before we flew home. Uncomfortable mattress which needs replacing as we kept rolling into each other. The pillows were also old and smelt of sweat. There was extensive building work which went on all night and made it difficult to sleep.

Le fait qu'il soit necessaire de payer 100.000 DONG par heure pour prendre possession des lieux avant l'heure prévue alors que l'apprtement est libre et que nous avons été autorisés à y déposer nos valises !
- Henrik (4/5): Zu teuer, zu kleines Zimmer. - Die Sauberkeit war so, wie man sie von einem Hotel erwartet. Etwas, dass als Balkon bezeichnet wird, sollte dann auch als Balkon betreten und genutzt werden können, ansonsten ist es kein Balkon und dann sollte man auch nicht extra dafür bezahlen müssen. Auch eine vom Hotel selbstständig vorgenommene Zimmerumbuchung in ein Zimmer ohne Balkon macht erst recht keinen Sinn - zumal man ja einen Balkon gebucht und bezahlt hat. Das Zimmer war recht klein und die Klimaanlage pustet direkt auf das Bett.

Quality of the room - zero. The windows didn’t lock. When turning on the water tap in the shower, the water splashed all over - the master came and fixed it, but it should be done before our check in. The location nearby was digged through and it made the location look like a huge city trash dump. All in all - everything was unpleasant to touch and use.

- Peter (2/5): Footpath of floating shit and piss to reach your destination - I liked nothing. The hotel is sighted down a road that is to narrow for a taxi to get to. On top if that motorbike grabs will not go to the narrow alley cause its pot hole ridden and flooded with piss and shit about 10" deep whenever it rains. Be prepared to lug your bags about 100metres+ from where the taxi/bikes refuse to go. If wheelie bags forget it, the alkey is so roughly surfaced it will tear the wheels of your bags, so you have got to carry them. In advance of arrival your told the credit card facility doesnt work so arrive with cash. Thats there problem but you got to go the ATM and pay withdrawal rates for cash. Then they ask you to pay direct and not through booking.com. 11 years in Vietnam and the location of this place makes you wonder how it ever manages to get a license. Stay Clear, its not worth the effort.

- Kayser (10/5): Wonderful apartment - The apartment is quiet and located in an alley that is still accessible by car. Huyen, the staff member, was very friendly and communicated with us easily. There are many great places to eat nearby. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here

The apartment was clean, modern, and fully equipped with amenities like a kitchen, washing machine, and air conditioning. The location is quiet, close to West Lake, and convenient for getting around, with plenty of nice restaurants and cafe nearby. And Ms.Huyen, she was very friendly and provided quick support, making my stay comfortable. However, the entrance to the apartment is a bit narrow, so drivers often hesitate, thinking the car can’t get through, when in fact, cars can park right in front of the building without needing to walk. Overall, it’s a great choice for business travelers or tourists.
