Important Information
1. Please respect the check-in and check-out time
2. Please do not share the keys/key codes with unregistered guests
3. No parties or large gatherings are allowed
4. Please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am
5. No illegal substances or activities are allowed
6. No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarette allowed anywhere inside or on the apartment balcony/terrace
7. No pets are allowed unless authorized at the time of booking (fees apply £24 per pet per night)
8. Please be careful not to damage the furnishings or ornaments
9. Please turn off the lights, and electric heating when you go out
10. Please take care to close windows and lock the door securely behind you when you’re not in the property
11. Please wash your dishes
12. Housekeeper will come every week after one week of check-in to clean the apartment and change the Linen, unless requested to change ‘subject to availability’ or not included during the stay
13. Please dispose of RUBBISH/TRASH in bin bags at the designated bins during the specified days and timings outlined in the Arrival Instructions .
Please note that these apartments/premises are strictly NON-SMOKING, and any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of £250 and any additional cleaning charges incurred.
Please be aware that any damages caused to the apartment or its furnishings will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit. In the event that the cost of repairs exceeds the amount of the security deposit, you will be held liable for the additional expenses.
14.If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to £249 after check-out, according to this property damage policy.

- Jürgen (1/5): Absolut schlecht und Horror und das am 24.12.!!! - Die Wohnung war nicht beheizt und das im Winter. Wir kamen in eine eiskalte Wohnung. Die Heizung konnte erst mit Hilfe (Videocall) in Gang gebracht werden. Die Wohnungstür war nicht dicht. Die kalte Luft von draußen gelangte daher in die Wohnung, was das Heizen schwierig machte. Es zog quer durch. In der Dusche war Schimmel und auch in der gesamten Wohnung roch es nach Schimmel und Moder, was der Vermieter mit Duftsteckern in der Steckdose versuchte zu kaschieren.Wir kontaktieren den Vermieter, der dann Radiatoren für das Bad brachte. Man konnte dort nicht duschen, ohne danach eine Lungenentzündung zu riskieren (aufgrund der bestehenden Kälte). Die Wohnung war aufgrund der bestehenden Kälte, des eiskalten Bodens und der eiskalten Zugluft quer durch das Apartment unbenutzbar. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter brachte nichts. Wir sind auf den Kosten sitzen geblieben, obwohl wir keine einzige Nacht im Apartment verbracht haben. Absolut unbewohnbare Wohnung, die uns direkt von einer Mitarbeiterin von booking.com empfohlen wurde!!! Die Beschwerde an booking hat ebensowenig gebracht wie die an den Vermieter. Die Kosten von tausenden von Euro wurden nicht zurückbezahlt. Wir mussten uns am 24.12. nachmittags mit einem Kind, das sich auf Weihnachten freute, in ein Hotel umziehen. Diese Kosten hatten wir auch noch zu tragen. Absolute Frechheit!

- Debbie (2/5): Avoid until verification that property is habitable. - Access was easy and the pub was twenty feet away. Only upstairs was good. The awful sickening mildew. I left early paid $800 for a ticket home as the mildew was so bad it made me physically ill. We told the property host by text, what’s app and email. They did nothing.
