• Robert (7/5): Other than the serious odour problem, the stay was great with Bright and surrounds in Autum colors. - Spacious, clean & modern. Excellent communication with Bronwyn our host. Beautiful gardens at front and comfy sitting area out front. Ample parking and only 10 minutes to Bright & shops. I thought we had entire house to ourselves but there is another adjoining accommodation and could hear occasional noises through the wall. Also there was a terrible cooking smell from next door somehow coming into the second bedroom. Bronwyn wasn't aware of the problem and says she will investigate and remedy the issue.

Loved our stay there. ❤️ Maybe could have sensor light at front door and a sign on the road stating the name of the accommodation as driveway entrance quite hard to find, especially when dark

• Mike (6/5): Great beds, clean, and newly renovated but not worth the high price. - The beds are great, the big bath and the place is very clean. The advert is a little misleading as you do not have the whole house to yourself - the house is shared with two other residences either side and have paper thin walls. There are no laundry facilities so you can't wash or dry clothes if you are there for an extended period. Can't go out the back of the house, only out the front and there is a lot of traffic noise from the main road 50m away. Only a small aircon in the lounge room that doesn't filter through to rooms etc., and the indoor unit is sized incorrectly to the outdoor unit, so it doesn't function well. Missing simple things like soap etc provided in the bathrooms.

• Rachel (5/5): Passable - Great location, beautiful rooms and gardens Unfortunately the water pressure was a huge issue. There were several times where it was impossible to shower as the water pressure was so low. We advised the staff and were told that as the facilities run off bore water, there wasn't anything they could do and we should just try showering at a different time. It was very frustrating to have to run our days around unpredictable water. It also meant that it took a ridiculous amount of time to fill up the gorgeous bath! In addition, the only available parking was on grass underneath large trees that dropped sap all over our vehicle.
• Julia (10/5): Lovely romantic getaway - We had such a romantic wonderful getaway at The Old Rose Farm House. Such kind and lovely couple running this guesthouse on their property. Our staffy enjoyed his stay too! It was wonderful to have the front of the property to ourselves. Bed was very comfortable. Awesome big bath! Everything about this stay was comfortable clean and lovely. We hope to come back 😊
