Marita (3/5): Poor - Easy access to public transport. Washing machine available Very Noisy place due to being above restaurants and delivery alley. A list of most defects (pots without lids and handles, broken gas stove top, (one unit) blocked drain, nails protuding out of wooden floor, loose floor tiles in bedroom etc etc) were sent to the landlord. The oil heating in lower bedroom could not be switched off. The upstairs bedroom is above the dining table. But one can not stand upright when trying to stand next to bed..even children have to bend forward. The staircase's handrail is quite flimsy- it is not securely attached and moves along with the person trying to get stability from it. So the upstairs area more a niche/ cave with extra beds than a bedroom.
