- Wdo (1/5): Experiencia decepcionante con trato discriminatorio y cobro no informado - Mi experiencia en este alojamiento fue muy negativa. El check-in fue anticipado sin pedirlo, pero cuando quise recibir la visita de un amigo masculino, el trato cambió de inmediato a hostil. En las políticas publicadas por el alojamiento en Booking.com no existe ninguna restricción sobre visitas, y el edificio sí las permite de manera oficial. Aun así, tuve que pagar CLP 60.000 fuera de la plataforma para permitir su ingreso, algo totalmente inapropiado, poco transparente y francamente humillante. Después del pago, el trato cambió por completo, lo que evidencia discriminación económica y un trato desigual según quién sea el visitante. A diferencia de la cordialidad mostrada en el check-in, en el check-out me presionaron con mensajes apenas minutos después del horario límite, reforzando la falta de profesionalismo del personal. No recomiendo este lugar, especialmente a viajeros y partidarios de la comunidad LGBT, que pueden no ser bien recibidos aquí debido al trato desigual.
