• Roduit (4/5): - Propreté, près de la cathédrale ( 2 arrêt avec le tram ou 15 minutes à pieds. Parking 5 minutes 39€ pour 24h Beaucoup de bruit de voiture et du tram jusqu’à tard la nuit. Beaucoup trop de lumière la nuit le lit pas confortable à deux. Le canapé lit est une catastrophe bruit des ressorts.

• Sander (7/5): Prima. Goed vermaakt - Minpunten, matrassen liggen door, erg smalle douche en beperkt warm water, weinig kopjes/servies, handafwasje ipv vaatwasser. Redelijk gehorig. Host zou vervanging regelen voor sleutel, uiteindelijk een app met de benodigde informatie. Persoonlijke overdracht geeft de voorkeur. Pluspunten: locatie, kamers afzonderlijk airco. Wifi, redelijk onderhouden. Voldoende kastruimte. Prijs, kwaliteit verhouding. Aantal handdoeken voor 3 personen 3 nachten (2p/p). Parkeren bij de accomodatie is niet mogelijk...350mtr verder prima parkeergarage voor 137€ voor 3 nachten. Houd hier rekening mee

• Grigoryan (1/5): We never got access to the apartment, felt completely unsafe, and had to leave without staying even - Nothing Terrible experience – unsafe and no access We booked this apartment and paid €693, but we never got access to the property. The host gave us two different lockbox addresses—both were empty. Later, we were told to meet someone at the entrance. Two random women arrived, opened the main building door, but gave us no key for the apartment. We had no way to enter or exit safely, and it felt extremely unprofessional and unsafe. We felt we were being tricked or put at risk, so we left immediately and booked somewhere else. We did not stay even one night. Worst experience we’ve had through Booking.com.
• Nancie (7/5): Extremely stressful and property did not give instructions until someone at property reached out to them on our behalf - Close to the city centre, shops and duomo. No one reached out to me prior to my arrival from the property. Due to bad weather we could not fly out from Zurich but tired to let the property know but no response. We arrival late on Monday instead of Sunday however the key was not in the lock box and no instructions. Luckily we ran into someone who lived at the property who helped us. It was extremely stressful.
• Jordan (10/5): Perfect location, clean and quiet, this is exactly what I was looking for - This place was perfect for my needs and everything I was looking for. My work event was about a block away at the Chamber of Congress and I didn't find any good, reasonably priced hotels around there but this apartment was waaaay better than a hotel. It was in a very secure building that was attended by someone at the front desk or locked after he was gone for the day. The street was plenty quiet at nice so it was easy to sleep, but right around the corner from multiple different busy nightlife places if you were interested. Very close to the Duomo and other attractions, plus plenty of shops and bistros in a block or two walk for a quick bite. It was up only one flight of stairs (or you could use the lift if you have luggage), the king bed was super comfortable, and everything was clean and cozy. Also the communicating from the owner and property manager was so easy and effective.

• Irena (7/5): Good - The apartment is nice and conveniently located within walking distance of everything. Unfortunately, the noise from the street made it difficult to sleep.
• Haley (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great from meeting to collect keys to the location, comfort and cleanliness of the apartment. Even when we dropped the keys down the gap near the front gate, we had replacements within the hour, so thank you for that!! Not the fault of accommodation provider, but parking was not good, but that is the whole of Milan! We managed to get a space close by as I had a disabled badge, but would have been stuck otherwise, as some public transport was not suitable for my electric scooter.

• Charlotte (10/5): Absolutely fantastic! - Great central location, which was perfect for seeing the best of Milan and round the corner from the theatre that I was seeing a concert at. The apartment is clean and very comfortable with everything you need. Towels, toiletries and tea/coffee making things provided. Even wine glasses and a cork screw! The noise from the road is fairly noisy, but it’s the price you pay for the central location and I didn’t find it too disturbing. In fact the building itself it’s extremely quiet and peaceful. Also more importantly it felt very safe and secure which was reassuring when staying alone as a single woman. Instructions/directions from the host were fantastic and available on WhatsApp to answer questions quickly. Really excellent place to stay and a good price for a couple of days.

• Chris (9/5): Central Milano here I come! - Good value for such a central and great location. Super host and great comms. Cozy and well serviced apartment. The offset for the amazing location is that there was quite a lot of noise from the road until about 10pm and then it was quiet and restarted around 5am. To be expected but worth noting.
