• Katie (10/5): Good accommodation, but tricky acces - Great views, really clean, good facilities. Very comfortable. The listing said there is parking, but it was only on-street parking, so I felt that was a bit misleading. There is also a flight of stairs to get to the elevators, which was really hard to manage with heavy suitcases.

• Michela (1/5): Bad - Nothing Apartment has different furniture than in photos. Ripped couch, scratched on the wall and doors, noisy air-conditioning which perhaps is only in the living room and not in the rooms, all linen are not professional standards but more grandmother style with flowers and also mismatched, i struggled to enter in the bed. I called them 10 times over 2 days and nobody picked up the phone which is unacceptable. I believe they are overseas. Very Very Bad, don't book this place.

• Mathew (1/5): Bad - Nothing I booked this room for two nights, arriving the night before my wedding. I was shocked by the condition of the room, it clearly hadn't been cleaned from the previous stay. The floors and tables were filthy, and the walls and doors were damaged. I had no choice but to find new accommodation at the last minute, and wasn’t offered any compensation. I would not recommend staying here.

• Kelly (10/5): Great city views, clean, great facilities, secure, homely. - Location is perfect if you’re adventuring around the city. Pretty close to everything. Felt very secure at the property and even though the property doesn’t come with a parking bay, there are plenty of street bays available which is free on weekends and free between 6pm - 8am during the week. Apartment comes with good wifi, good facilities including a washing machine and dish washer. Clean and tidy with great views. Quiet and tranquil apartment no noise complains. Would definitely book again. The couch is hard and the beds were a little firm, nothing extreme but just something to note.

• Sarah (6/5): Pleasant - 1. Amazing location 2. Easy check in/ check out 1. Not as clean as other places I have stayed at which I did speak to the host about however it was pretty much disregarded. Not hard to do a deep clean- dust skirting boards, clean walls. Refer to photos. Would of loved to post a video of me cleaning the wall, to show that its not just “marks” and that its sticky & gross 2. Beds are a bit un comfy 3. Place doesn’t look exactly like the photos- different couch etc.

• Jennifer (7/5): Fabulous View - Loved the view.. Kitchen well equipped..Good Internet and TV. The cleaning staff in the lobby were very helpful The tram stop is just across the road . Very uncomfortable small bed and couch. Needs a new mattress and the bed linen needs updating .The parking is a bit difficult, if you are lucky you can get a 9 hr park further down the street.

• Zahid (6/5): Apartment with a great view, good for staying night - We liked the city view, large glass windows which showed eastern side of the town. Building location was very close to the city even you could've walked to South Warf. Cleanliness of the beds - sheets were just done but not replaced, spots and wrinkles showed that they were not replaced after the previous guests left. Small size of the apartment. Parking on street was a trouble to find the spot.

• Zarndra (9/5): A convenient apartment with a gorgeous view. - Great location and gorgeous view at night, Apartment neat and tidy, very close to DFO which we needed. Squeaky 2nd bed, couch leg broken, kitchen chairs a bit flimsy, and one time the front door lock played up (the cover unscrewed to reveal the battery, the knob would unlock but it just kept turning, once the cover was on correctly it opened no worries)

• Craig (8/5): Great position and views - The apartment is quite conveniently located, close to tram route, and within walking distance of the casino and Southbank. The view is excellent, especially the lights at night. It was well equipped. The only criticism really would be that furniture is perhaps not of a standard that you would expect in a unit priced at almost $500 per night. The bed was very low and had a bulky wooden frame around the edge that was hard to avoid bumping into. Also the lounge suite was fairly basic. Ensuite bathroom is very pokey.

Very secure apartment building in a very good, quiet location. The communication with owner was amazing. Very friendly, helpful and answered all our questions very promptly. There were 5 of us mums, escaping to the city for a break from our hectic life. There were 2 bathrooms/toilets and accommodated comfortably for us all. We enjoyed our stay very much... Thank you!
