• Ching Hsuan (9/5): 除了入住時鑰匙指引有點混亂之外, 其他都是正常公寓型入住體驗 - 裡面附的備品幾乎該有都有 床也很乾淨舒適 陽台可以晾衣服 離京急蒲田約 10 分鐘內走路路程 半夜傳送訊息也很快得到回覆 廁所太小, 洗澡後衣服只能在廁所外拉布廉的地方穿著 因地理位置在大馬路旁, 對馬路聲音較敏感的可能會被外面馬路的車吵醒 入住時開信箱鑰匙花太多時間, 後續使用時才發現其實不太需要去開信箱
• Masako (10/5): 快適な部屋 - 過ごしやすい間取り、広いパウダールーム、寝室と区切られたキッチンが良かった。 アメニティーも十分に用意されていた。 全てプラスチック製の食器、ガスコンロが汚れていた。

• Otto (10/5): Beautiful start to our Japan trip in a tiny but lovely apartment. - We stayed here for our first few days in Japan, straight from Haneda airport. Easy to catch train to Kamata station and short walk to the apartment. Everything was SO clean. The TV was a smart TV so that helped that the kids could sign into Netflix etc. The kitchen was really nice. Clothes washing facilities so helpful - clothes dried easily out on the veranda or in the bathroom with dry fan function on. Lawsons was very nearby for any groceries. We arrived close to midnight and struggled a bit to understand how to put the code in for the door right, I think we had left out a symbol to start with - after about 20 minutes we thankfully succeeded. Perhaps we were just tired. The area isn't too touristy, but we kind of liked that.

• Vivian (8/5): Nice, cozy flat with a good price. - I liked that this apartment was a 10 minute walk from train station which also takes you directly to Haneda airport. The heating was not good. The cold draft from outside isn't contained by the windows properly especially in the bathroom. Makes the room unpleasant due to the cold. It was in December. I had to run the heater 24/7 to keep the room warm so whenever I returned from exploring it wouldn't be cold.
• Yung Chien (3/5): Dusty and some areas are not properly cleaned and maintained. There are dust and hairs at corners of the apartment and t - The apartment is considered spacious and it is near a convenience store and train station. The cleanliness of the apartment is not up to standard and basic necessities like slippers are not provided! It’s winter, come on! Towels are so old and worn! Wifi equipment in a mess, lying around in a corner of the apartment which was unsightly and taking up space.

• 藤田 (6/5): 連泊にいいですよ - 便のいい駅で　駅から遠くなく　歩くの嫌いな私でも　行ける距離でした 部屋には　一通り揃っていて　息子十代　二十代　2人　料理してあげられました 連泊には　ありがたい洗濯機　大変助かりました　綺麗に使われていたので　問題なく使用出来ました お風呂が　ユニットバスなのですが　中で　シャワーを浴びていると　排水が良くなく　お湯が溜まってしまって　大変でした 割り箸でほじくっても　無駄な努力でした😆 あちらの方には　行けば連泊なので　又　お世話になりたいと　思っています 排水口の改善　宜しくお願いします🙇 掃除機の中のゴミがそのままだったので　少し残念😞
• Mercedes (6/5): It was ok - Location and safety I found quite impersonal compared to other places I have stayed. Also as we were 3 people I assumed it had 3 beds. It needs a little upgrade as providing a butter knife, tea towels, at least salt will be great.Too many rules to feel quite confortable

• Mohamed abdelrahman (7/5): - The house was clean and its location was close to the train station. I was exhausted on the first day trying to get in because the code to open the door was not sent. I had just arrived and didn’t have any means of communication or internet. Therefore, I kindly request the host to be precise in providing the entry code, as the code for the apartment was given, but there was also an external door that wasn’t explained.
• Jan (9/5): - Good value for money, close to many small restaurants and shopping. The railway station suggested in the info from the property was not the best, since only few local trains stop there. I would suggest to change it to Keikyu-Kamata Station. Much faster that way. Unlocking the key box was not described sufficiently. It took many failed tries until it finally opened.
• Raksmaiy (7/5): - La station Keikyu-Kamata à 5mn à pied, avec des trains qui sont direct Shinagawa pour prendre la Yamayote Line, et les aeoroports de Narita et Haneda. Le OK Store pas loin pour faire les courses. La ville de Kawasaki à 15 mn en train. Le calme du quartier. Très bonne communication avec le hôte.
