- Fernanda (6/5): Premises were basic, physical facilities were adequate. The technical facilities were satisfactory. - Location was close to amenities and the unit was easy to find. Facilities were adequate. Our Unit (2) carport was far too small for two cars. Half the carport is supposed to be shared with unit 3, which we were not informed about, until the neighbour politely mentioned it to us on our arrival. The neighbour in Unit 3 was very obliging and allowed us to park our vehicle in the carport without issue. He kindly parked his vehicle on the street whilst we were there for our allotted time. The back courtyard has an ornamental vine growing over the back door and it had wrapped itself around the outdoor setting as well. We struggled to loosen the vines that were entwined around the outdoor furniture...some backyard maintenance would provide a much better ambience.
